We had such a brilliant experience at the Italian restaurant, and a huge part of that was thanks to Richard. From the moment we sat down, he made us feel genuinely welcome, friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive without being overbearing. He knew the menu inside out, gave great recommendations, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. You could tell he really cared about the customer experience, and it made such a difference to our evening. The food was delicious, but Richard truly made the night memorable. Give this man a raise, he’s a credit to the restaurant!

This helper/server Damian was very good! He made sure we were satisfied with our meals and drinks and even the desserts! He is very knowledgeable with the different meals or main dishes and went beyond his time to make certain we were happy and enjoyed our time here! We would definitely be back here maybe tomorrow or Saturday if they are open! Kudos to Damian! One love!

La Adelina did not disappoint. The food was delicious. Chef Adrian took the time to make a special dish for one of our special guests. A special presentation with flames. The food was amazing. Ask for the Tequila shrimp!!!!We have special food requests in our group and they were very accommodating. Our server Rushell was amazing. Would definitely recommend. Night 1 did not disappoint.

Really a great experience! The restaurant Xaymaica was the best. Food was great. Good size portions. Excellent flavor. No complaints. Our server Sheneeka was so nice and joyful. Chef was the best. Took the time to go through the menu because our son had food allergies. This restaurant made the trip!3 stars for bar service in sports bar and short guy in infinity bar which was the Worst money hungry tip hungry bartender I ever seen

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Palladium, and while the resort itself was stunning, it was the food and catering staff who truly made our experience unforgettable. From the wide variety of delicious options to the thoughtful accommodations for dietary needs, every meal felt like it was made with care. What stood out most was the exceptional leadership of Greg, who went above and beyond to ensure that the specific needs of my SEND child were not only met but exceeded. Greg took the time to understand our concerns and worked closely with his team to ensure we always had safe, nutritious, and delicious options available. His genuine care and attention to detail were evident in every interaction. Thanks to Greg and the incredible catering staff, we were able to relax and enjoy our vacation knowing that our child’s well-being was in good hands. Their kindness, professionalism, and dedication made a huge difference for our family. Thank you, Grand Palladium team—and especially Greg—for turning what could have been a source of stress into a highlight of our trip. We are truly grateful and can’t wait to return. We didn't get to say goodbye but I do hope when we return you are still there and my son eats a little bit more than "WHITE RICE AND CURRY GRAVY!!!" LOL

The Grand Palladium is a must visit resort in Jamaica. The people are so inviting and really make you feel at home! The rooms are newly renovated and the food is outstanding. This evening we ate at the Bhogali restaurant and Renaldo was our server. He did an excellent job anticipating our needs and taking care of all our requests. Every place we have eaten has been amazing and the service is top notch all the way from the lobby entrance to each corner of the resort.
