Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

Sumptouri was top notch 10/10!! We had hibachi one night with Roblee & the food was incredible, but the service & entertainment EVEN BETTER! Frayia was a very attentive server & the food off of the menu was delicious!! We loved the sushi that Roblee rolled up. Grand Palladium had delicious food. We didn’t have a bad meal. This restaurant was our family’s favorite!

I stayed at this resort for five days and had a truly wonderful experience. The property is absolutely fantastic: beautiful, well maintained, and with a relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel on vacation from the very first moment. A very special mention goes to Raymondo Salmon, waiter at the El Dorado restaurant within the resort. During our five-day stay, he was by far the most attentive, friendly, and kind waiter we encountered. Always smiling, professional, and genuinely caring, he made every dinner at El Dorado even more enjoyable and memorable. Thanks to the excellent service, and the amazing staff-this resort truly exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend it and would be happy to return in the future.

We booked our New Year’s stay at Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton Resort & Spa, but due to a storm, the resort was temporarily closed. Unfortunately, during that time we were repeatedly told that the hotel was fully open. Upon arrival, we were instead relocated to Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort & Spa, which is located right next door. Despite the inconvenience and miscommunication, the service truly stood out. The staff worked very hard to accommodate guests under difficult circumstances and were consistently kind, attentive, and professional. You could really see the effort they were putting in, and that deserves recognition. Food: The food was okay overall, but nothing particularly memorable. The menu options were very similar from day to day, which became repetitive over the course of our stay. Rooms: The rooms are spacious and comfortable in size; however, housekeeping could be improved. Cleaning was inconsistent and not as thorough as expected for a resort of this level. Spa & Massage: We booked our massage services through SHERNETTE SAMUELS, and she truly made the entire experience exceptional. She is incredibly sweet, professional, and has an amazing personality. During our conversation, she even gave us a short trial massage, and her hands are absolutely incredible. Thanks to her warm energy, knowledge, and genuine care, she made us feel confident and excited about booking the services. While the massages themselves were decent, Shernette’s skill and positive attitude were by far the highlight of our spa experience and left a lasting impression on us. Overall, our vacation was ok, the staff’s dedication and kindness, especially individuals like Shernette, made our stay much more pleasant and memorable.

It's now our 2nd morning, and the great service continues! Felicia was very attentive, made sure we had hot coffee, some pepper sauce, and everything we needed! On our first night here, service was excellent so far. Nioka, Elicia, and Chef Lennox really took care of us! With me being both vegetarian and gluten free, it was great to be so we'll take care of and I felt so comfortable! And her husband Michael here and got to say, respect to the whole kitchen staff, holding out down and showing us love!

Evening at Sumptuori was good for our large group of 14. We did have to split the tables into 7 people, but this did allow for better attention to detail and our needs. JENOY was our server for the evening. He was attentive and fast with our drinks, refills and orders. The manager for the evening came by to check on us a couple times to see if there was anything else we needed. The food was what you would expect for a resort-style Asian cuisine with various hot entrees and sushi/sashimi/rolls. Make sure to try the fried ice cream for dessert.

We had an incredible experience at the Grand Palladium buffet restaurant thanks to our server, Amanda. From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel genuinely welcome. She was attentive without ever being intrusive, checking in at the perfect moments and making sure we always had everything we needed. Amanda’s professionalism, kindness, and upbeat energy really stood out. She remembered our preferences, offered great suggestions, and made the whole meal feel special. It’s clear she takes pride in her work, and it truly elevated our dining experience. If you’re visiting the buffet, definitely hope you get Amanda — she’s exceptional!

HAD A BRILLANT STAY We were a family of 5 and had 2 different suites. The service we had was great. Food we had at the various restaurants was lovely. Special mention to Rochelle who was a server at a few of the places we had a meal she went out of her way to ensure we had a good experience. Also massive thanks to Eunice and Daneil in Mo' bay restaurant who were always friendly and helpful. The housekeeping who I didn't even see kept our room clean everyday and the staff would stock up our fridge everyday. The whole experience was great and I would happily stay at this resort again. Almost forgot to mention Andre a Gardner who would say Hi and check on us making sure we were enjoying our stay.

Just dined at the hibachi dinner, favorite meal of the week! Absolutely loved it. The food was amazing, the chef was fun and engaging, and the whole experience was entertaining from start to finish. I left overly happy and completely satisfied - would 100% go back.
