Richard, our waiter, was the best. Very attentive and polite. Out dining experience was on of the kind. 5 stars all the way. Akim and the crew who served our romantic dinner what awesome as well. Over all, everyone was great. Lollipop was wonderful full of information and we simply enjoyed and will be back soon for sure! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I am currently here at the resort and I thought I would write this preliminary review after 2 days. I will write a full review at the end of our stay.|I just wanted to reassure anyone who may be considering staying here or were worried about some of the negative comments.|I have found the staff from check in to bar staff and everyone to be polite, very helpful and courteous. They don’t just look for tips. I have tipped a few dollars now and again but they certainly don’t expect it. |Our room is spacious and clean. yes it might be showing signs of general use but no issues. The air con works fine as well .|The food so far has been good and the drinks are also good. most premium spirts are included.|The entertainment team are also good. no pressure to get involved in day time activities. I would say a lot of people don’t want to take part. |In short the resort is very good and we are enjoying our stay. I’ve been to Zanzibar and Mauritius in the last 3 years and this is on par with those resorts. |I will update with full review when our holiday is over but so far, so good.

Great place. The food is good. |Make sure to check the SUNSET COVE beach. Best beach ever. And ask Donna for one of her special drinks. Pineapple upside down and rum punch are great! Staff are generally nice. Room is great. Room service is a bit slow

Great service from the very beginning. The hostess was welcoming, the server was very friendly and polite and took care of the family. They served the children firstly which we really appreciated. The food was outstanding, the chef did really well. The manager Kimberly is very involved. I would highly recommend booking this restaurant. Great authentic Jamaican food.

The hospitality here was 4 stars. Very attentive staff, very informative and patient. House keeping was amazing and Martin stood out the most to be at the sports bar because he corrected an order before it had come out. I watched him from the bar inform the cook about the small discrepancy. Also while leaving times the guys at all spots told us no it’s not necessary, which caused me to add a little more to it.

The Jamaican restaurant has been amazing, our waiter Abigail was amazing and friendly. Come and get a plate. Only wish was for plantain but the sour sap juice made up for it! God is good 👍🏾

Had a night cap of Japanese Cuisine at Sumptuori Restaurant. Our server Antonio was very attentive with our service. He ordered and retrieved our drinks from the bar and had all our food out in a timely fashion. I would recommend this establishment to eat if you come to this resort. Had a great experience at this restaurant.

Throughout my stay at this resort it had its pros and cons. The pros is the staff was amazing! Taj at portofino was an amazing server! He went above and beyond for us! Was extremely kind! The staff here was extremely friendly ! They made it welcoming from our first day! Now- the room, it stayed warm , never got cold. The food was okay. There was mold growing in our room. Transportation took never would come when we asked them too. Our first day our shower flooded the bathroom but they did were able to fix it quickly ! Other than that it was fine ! Drinks were amazing, the pools were great! The beach is tiny but it’s beautiful
