My granddaughter and I just returned from our vacation, and the Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres, was absolutely amazing. The resort was extremely beautiful and well kept, and the food was outstanding. Travel Club Pool, was fantastic. Carlos (10⭐️) was extremely pleasant, friendly and very helpful as well as the rest of the staff. ♥️ Sad that we had to leave, but I leave with wonderful memories with my granddaughter, and amazing new friends that are now family! 🤗 Thank you for a memorable time, and I’m looking forward returning hopefully soon. ♥️

It was nice! However not sure I’d book a return trip. The food was mediocre and the rooms just didn’t cool down! Also the restaurants had no availability for dinner and we were limited to the same 1 restaurant every night. Service was hit or miss. However the amenities (beach access, pools, bars, overall resort restaurant and buildings) were nice! I think if you book a big suite; the A/C works better as my friend had a suite on the first floor with private pool and her room was nice and cold. The service was good during the day- the people are very nice. However after hours it sucks. I called for clean towels at 10pm because room service didn’t come that day and we had no clean towels. I just wanted to shower and go to bed as I was 8 months pregnant. They never brought me towels. I stayed up until 1am waiting, and they never came. I called back at 11:30pm and asked again. They said they would rush. Then when I called back at midnight, they just stopped answering the phone. I called a few times between 12-1am and no answer. I had to use a hand towel to dry off. Very frustrating. However in the morning, the staff brought me towels within 10 minutes. Beach was very nice! The pool is heated even in summer and so was like a warm bath all day long. But was still nice and large.

This place is great! Isla Blanca’s selection of food made it so there was something for everyone! Our servers Gerardo and Freddy were very kind, and there was never a moment where I felt like we were lacking in anything. Definitely get a cappuccino to end the night with your desert, it’s amazing.

We stayed as a family of five in the family selection area. We had a great week made all that extra special by the fantastic kids activities both at the family selection pool and at the kids club. The staff at the kids club were fantastic, especially with our baby and toddler who attended the baby club and our five-year-old who is in the kids club. |There was a packed timetable of a variety of activities so every day is different. The à la carte restaurants were really good, especially those that had the buffet at the same time so you could feed kids whilst waiting for the entrées. We found the resort to be spotlessly clean and really enjoyed the main square where the evening entertainment was. We will definitely be back to this resort.

This is our second time at this resort in the last 6 months. It is truly perfect for families. We are staying in a family section loft partial ocean view. It’s truly perfect. Our daughter sleeps on the sofa bed and we are in the upstairs bed. It gives everyone enough privacy and the two bathrooms are perfect. Plenty of room. |The main pool staff is exceptional again. Omar is a star and has been surfing us the last 5 days. These guys really work hard. Also, Carlos and Ruiz. They really attend the guest beverage needs all the time. Also, asking us if we need anything and ensuring our daughter has water to stay hydrated in the heat. Chef Luis is exceptional. He’s a soldier working the pool kitchen. He was so kind the other day to make French fries for my daughter since it was what she wanted to eat. Even though it was not on the menu. |Family selection staff: Carlos is gem and never missed a beat with our requests. Then we were assigned César and he’s been great. Enrique was nice also. Wish we still had Carlos. |Resort is perfect on everything. Only thing they need to improve is their coffee and deserts. We will comeback again for another vacation soon. We leave on Sunday. We spent 10 days here and happy with our decision again!!!!

Diego Rosalinda our waiter for the night was absolutely outstanding! 10/10 service, always smiling and happy to serve. We all went away with a big smile on our faces and all agreed it was down to Diego’s customer service. We hope he is available everytime we are at the restaurant!

One of the best experiences I got at this resort. We booked for a 7 days and that was good amount of time to get the most out of the stay. All the restaurants inside resort had good amount of food and drink options. There are 2 buffet locations and they had plenty of options. Beach was about 5 mins walk. They have golf cars and small boats to take you in-between places. Staff was very friendly and overall really good service. Resort team has many activities scheduled everyday which you can find on their mobile app. Leo and his team are the best. They had archery, yoga, morning stretches, pool bike, painting, drink making, etc. workshops. Also had variety of events at night time!

Our stay at Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres started with a small room mix-up, but thanks to Jose Noh from the Travel Club, it was resolved quickly and professionally. Jose went above and beyond to resolve the issue with our room. Not only did he handle it quickly, but his professionalism and calm demeanor immediately put me at ease. Jose informed his manager, Ivan Rodriguez of the mix-up, then he immediately gave the authorization to rectify the small issue. Both Jose and Ivan made us feel right at home, they were kind, funny, and efficient. We truly appreciated their outstanding customer service and hospitality. Another Travel Club employee, Sebastian jumped in to help my cousin recover a phone left in a transportation shuttle my family occupied from the airport. Sebastian didn’t hesitate at all to make calls and follow up to find her phone. And lastly, a big thank-you to the Travel Club bartender, Angel who made me two incredible drinks and kindly brought them over when I got sidetracked. Not everyone we encountered had the same attitude, but this team really stood out. Exceptional service that deserves to be recognized! I highly recommend a stay here!

Yelp
The resort is huge but they have golf carts and boats taking you around. The amenities were good as well. They have various of activities to be done during the week - there's something for everyone. The food overall is average. The buffets get repetitive but the dinner restaurant options were not bad. The Indian restaurant was our favourite. The Japanese one was awful. My family of four had a great time and all the staff were very friendly overall.

Yelp
The resort is huge with really good amenities. Staff is super friendly and accommodating all over the resort. The food is great across the board. There's golf carts and boats to take you to the different areas of the resort. Very relaxing. One of my favorite resorts in Cancun. Will definitely be back!

Yelp
If you get hurt here at the resort, they will try to sell you medical service. If you refuse, then you are on your own. This is a dangerous resort that only cares about upcharging you. If you deny their costly medical service, they claim that you denied medical attention without the context of them wanting to charge you a fee. Stay away. Edit: after 5 attempts with guest services to speak to someone, I finally spoke to a "Manager" after 2 days of the falling incident. They replied with this generic response faster than they followed up with me at the resort. I informed the manager of several unsafe areas which they replied "It is difficult to get things changed." They offered to credit my medicine purchase but never did. I had to pay at checkout since I charged it to the room. They are dishonest and will make you run in circles to try to get something resolved. They still haven't sent the incident report to me as promised 5 times. And they still haven't sent me their insurance information as promised 5 times. This is how the operate. They just lie and tell you what you want to hear but do not follow through. Ive added pictures of the dangerous areas. In 2 pictures of 2 different areas you can see the stairs are not visible as they blend in especially at night. During the day they are not visible as the same material blends in as you walk looking forward, down the stairs. There needs to be a caution line to show the edges of the steps. This was a tripping hazard and where the accident happened. This is throughout the resort in many different locations. The other dangerous area is an accessible planter area work no guard for a fall on the 3rd floor of building 16. Kids can easily access this area and are in danger of falling off. Remember this is an "all inclusive resort" so you'll have plenty of drunk people stumbling around and they are also at risk. Food was also poorly done. Many stations in the buffet were closed. Most of the cooked meat in a sauce tasted like pork. There's something really wrong with the food. Unfortunately, they closed down the grilled meat section after the first day so I stayed away from half the food. They also closed down the buffet and several restaurants without notice. The little shops around the resort constantly ran out of food. So much for all inclusive... Lastly, they refuse to send me the incident report, insurance information, and did not look in my room when I said I left a few things. You have to talk to guest relations which never answers. When they do, all they say is "we don't have a report of this." This is a poorly run place that does not include service, safety, and guarantee of food in their "all inclusive service."

Yelp
The resort is very big and they have golf cart to take you around everywhere. You can find a golf cart in about 5-10 minutes of waiting at one of their stops. The drinks are not strong but that's usual at every resort. The food is good for being resort. My friends and I were looking for a bit more of a party resort and this was not it. There was a wedding that we got to join some of the guest afterwards at night but that ended around 12am. The room were clean and had no issues to report.

Yelp
Pros: - keyless entry (wristband key) - golf carts/trolleys for easy access to pool(s), restaurants, amenities within resort - poolside costumer service - daytime activities for all ages - 24/7 room service Cons: - even being an all inclusive there were certain things we still had to pay for which we shouldn't have (hookah, bottle of wine, and even room service) - some restaurants - food mostly tasted the same/bland - hookah takes an hour or more to bring out (not even worth it at that point)

Yelp
(1) The family selection butlers are amazing and just for them it's a 5/5. Enrique was great! He was kind and helped us a ton. The place is beautiful. (2) I want to give -5 stars to the sales manager at Travel Club. They coerced us and gave us a lot of stress on our vacation to join travel club. Said that we cannot think about it and come back. Pointed that there was a 15 day cancellation policy so if we decide this is not for us we can cancel without penalty. All that is not true, we tried canceling within the 15 day cancellation period and they refused to give us our down payment and added all these additional hidden fees if we do cancel (which was never mentioned to us). Thankfully we have a great legal team that we are working with. But please be aware, they might tempt you with a free spa for spending only 1 hour of your time etc. but that isn't true you will waste more than 1 hour during your vacation and cause you distress. We also found the food of the cabaret not worth and our shuttle to go back to the main lobby to catch a ride to the airport about 1 hour late.

Yelp
I booked our transportation 6/30/24 and paid $100 through the hotel for private transportation. A week before our trip we contacted the service team because we didn't receive our confirmation after 72hrs like they said we would. Long story short, we had to make a fuss at the airport to get a ride even though we had a reservation number and an email receipt, they couldn't find me in the system. We leave tmro and they still have no answers for us. We were told that we'd need to pay for a taxi and perhaps the hotel will reimburse us. RIDICULOUS!!

Yelp
Run, run as far away from this place to another location. This will be a bit long but worth the read. From arrival the hotel looks great but when you check in they try to upsell you access to TRS. My dad was offered this for $100/per day, sister $80/per day and me $40/per day. We didn't buy the upsell we wanted to see why this hotel showed up great on other sites and not here. Well, everyone is super nice when you arrive then it all goes down hill from there. There is only 1 restaurant that is open every day, yes 1. All others have black out dates and this is during peak season. For dinner you have to make a reservation for all restaurants upon arrival. Except for that one that is open which is the buffet. If you attempt to make a reservation the same day for dinner you will be eating at 10pm. The food from that 1 restaurant is the same every day, literally every day. 80% of the people who stayed here for a wedding we attended ended up sick with bubble gut, so if you're looking for a natural colonic this is the place for you! The food seems like they just keep reheating it. And it is flavorless. During the wedding reception the desserts had ants on them we told the staff and they just wiped them off. At the pool, the food they serve is gross as well the kids didn't even eat the burgers and you know kids and burgers. It didn't look like ground beef, it was pale off white patty looking meat. The water in the bathrooms smells horrible they don't have a water purification system and is probably what causes bubble gut. It smells like sewage when you're showering. We actually brushed our teeth with bottled water. This place as also falling apart, not sure why this place doesn't have more people reviewing it. I have stayed in other resorts in Cancun and this has been the worse place. I have never gotten sick in Cancun and this place had 80% of the wedding guest sick. And finally, they cancel your tv access the day of checkout. This was taken at 8am checkout is at noon.

Yelp
We stayed here for about a week for my best friend's wedding. Overall, the hotel is beautiful and did not disappoint. The butler service is phenomenal, the rooms were very pretty, the pool/beach access were also amazing. I can't rave about it enough. There are so many fun activities to do whether for adults or families. The spa was equally as beautiful and relaxing. My only complaint is the quality of food. I guess since it's an all inclusive you can't expect gourmet food, but it got very repetitive and old very quick. I'd still recommend this hotel to all! I want to go back already.

Yelp
came here for 6 days with my family and it was a good experience. As with all resorts, often many of them want to sit down with you and get you to come to one of their timeshare presentations. The Rep that was assigned to us was pretty pushy but she was still nice. While this resort is so large, it can be a blessing and a curse. Since it's so big, it's not really walkable, but the effort it takes to get a golf cart is a lot most times. The golf carts are actually few and far between most times. But looking back on it, the building we were given was a great location for what we needed. In building 4, we were on the ground floor with a walk out terrace to the pool area. We were also close enough to walk to the main buffet at Isla Blanca and to the city centre with all the dinner restaurants. I also really loved the gondolas that were available to take you across the resort. It was a little frustrating that dinner reservations needed to be done through the concierge in person and they strongly encouraged us to do so within minutes of us checking in. Sometimes you're not sure what cuisine you're going to be in the mood for later on in the week. The food is pretty good, but it's pretty bland and can get repetitive after a while. As Canadians, I felt a little disadvantaged in not knowing as much Spanish as the Americans that were there. The entertainment was great, every night there was something going on in the amphitheatre, the bars and pools. And if you didn't want to be in a party pool, I really liked that there was a few adults pools and quiet areas. The rooms overall were honestly pretty good. we got two rooms a few doors down from each other and it works out well for us. But one of our rooms had a pretty frustrating mosquito problem. We actually complained and they brought fumigation and it still didn't work. After days of frustration with the mosquito situation and the inconsistency of room servicing the concierge was able to grant us access to the Family Resort and TRS near the end of our stay. It was a nice gesture that was appreciated heads up, this resort is a little further away from the other ones in Cancun. So when you're going to and from the airport, it's at least a 45min drive. And if you're doing excursions, you may need to keep that in mind.

Yelp
We stayed here for 4 nights and had an absolute blast! Our room was very luxurious and it was cleaned daily. The room service was quick and the staff was very friendly. We visited a few of the restaurants on the resort and loved all of them; our favorite was definitely the sushi place! The massive pool in the center was always a good time and the swim up bar was so convenient. They have an aquatic exercise class each day and that was a lot of fun. My favorite part of the resort was definitely the Rafael Nadal tennis academy on site; I had a tennis lesson there and it was my first time playing on clay and it was a blast! Overall, 10/10 would recommend and would definitely come back!

Yelp
This place is a show stopper! It's giving luxury.. it's giving family..it's giving all the feels for a return visit! I am not usually big on staying in hotels, really anywhere outside of my home. But in this case I am trying to get everyone in my family to jump on and join me for this experience. The food, the drinks, the scenery all a vibe by themselves. Took it up a notch by exploring a little more. Went back to the spa, it was good..Gloria did my massage and it was nice. A lot of misunderstandings around my 11year olds experience, I'll take responsibility for that one. Luisa was soo accommodating and polite. Although the helper at the health bar annoyed me with her smart remark about my daughter. The dining was great with the shows right after. I walked the property and enjoyed it every single day. We had a cabana poolside and it was great! Jose Miguel helpful accommodating and Jacobo too! There are soo many things here for every person type. Although I wished they had a kid club, with a more modern vibe. It's either baby or teen.. nothing in the middle. I'd be happy to work with GP to come up with a plan. All no in all I enjoyed myself and will be back soon! Always room for improvement in the rooms,a little extra TLC, I think that there should be some responsible for triple checking the rooms and making sure it's cleaned and restocked properly. Our fridge was open and not replenished. It took some time to get it done and a rude waiter in the Isla Blanca gave us a hard time for wanting a water bottle. We had none in our room and were thirsty. I will not hold the entire Stay accountable for the few that may have been having a rough day. Also Isla Blanca has good food but someone needs to check the food that can spoil quicker like guac and pico. Some sauces.

Yelp
Stayed at this Hotel with my Wife and two teenagers the first week of August 2024. We can say that we enjoyed our stay immensely, Staff was great ,food was above average and the resort is amazing and spotless. It's a place to go relax, enjoy the beautiful beach. My Family enjoyed all the amenities ,giant pool ,restaurants and morning cafe . Will definitely make a visit the following year.

Yelp
The all inclusive resort is beautiful. You can get around the resort by walking, taking a boat, or one of their caddies. There is a beach and big pool of course. They have restaurants to choose from but you have to book in advance. The food at the restaurants is slighly better than what's served at the main hall. The reason for the two and half star rating is because the food is horrible. It's not fresh and they are bringing the same food out every day at the buffet. The bread is never fresh and even the quality of what you're eating is low. Service depends on who you get. Some workers are happy and some are combative and have a bad attitude, even at the front desk. The rooms are nice. Big bathrooms and comfortable beds.

Yelp
We chose the Grand Palladium for a milestone wedding anniversary. First - what we liked: the beach, fish tacos at the sports bar, sushi, the spa (GLORIOUS), size of our room, and the soaking tub. What we didn't like: VERY limited lunch options if you stay on property (2) and HEAVYYYY HIGH PRESSURED TIME SHARE peeps. I could hardly walk to the front desk without being approached to go from guest to family (aka - join their time share but they don't call it that). I made the mistake of asking for help from one of them - I was looking for a snorkeling excursion. After sitting for 2.5 hours (was told it would be 1) and being promised snorkeling passes (which I didn't get) I began DREADING going downstairs. Restaurant options are decent and require reservations. Over all the stay was good - just not as relaxing as I had hoped due to the high sales pressure. We wouldn't return for that reason alone. If you come- just know the people at the front I'm turquoise shirts are not concierge- they are sales.

Yelp
Food is good but kids run rampant at the nest but the adult side was great. great service and good pools and don't smell like chlorine. The kids pool is great for kids. And adult drinks are great. The loft suite was nice and spacious. And the ambassador suite was even more spacious and very clean.

Yelp
This resort is very nice and big, but the food is not good except the Italian restaurant. Another problem is customers have to make a reservation for the Restaurant, and getting the reservation is too hard. Still, when you get the reservation and go to the Restaurant, the restaurant is empty! In addition, customer service is too low for this resort and the price. Not recommend!

Yelp
3.5 stars** don't let the unlimited (included with your stay) food & alcohol or beautiful beach front property entice you; food is practically inedible or it's hard to make reservations for decent restaurants.. the rooms are not well maintained despite being recently opened in 2018. my biggest complaint about my stay was the food. If you plan on eating dinner, you HAVE to make dinner reservations otherwise you have no choice but to order room service (included with your stay until 10:30 daily) or grab bar food at the sports bar. unfortunately for us, dinner reservations were booked for the first night-- our first choice restaurants were also booked up for our entire stay. food was completely hard to eat throughout the resort because it's either bland or completely off from how it's normally made. mexican food fell short of my expectations-- beef tacos were unseasoned beef with random assortment of veggies and mexican cheese or Mozzarella sticks having a block of cheese but not fried. you can tell that the food from the buffet is reused for room service-- everything came out cold regardless. the restaurant food is slightly better than room service or buffet food, but not by much. Japanese food tasted way off than what I'm used to in LA- yakisoba noodles were buckwheat noodles with some weird ginger sauce or main dishes seemed randomly prepared with the smallest portion of protein with three pieces of different veggies-- you can tell that they barely tried putting a presentable plate together. everyone in my party agreed that the food sucks, and you end up leaving hungry despite having all the food available. the steakhouse was honestly the best part of the trip! there is a mariachi band that comes by to play live music too. *pro tip, if you are unable to reserve dinner reservations I was told by hotel staff that you can sometimes drop by the restaurants and ask if there are any cancelations or try calling the restaurant directly through your building concierge for reservations. My brother in law was able to score last minute reservations for a party of 15 at the steak house. most of the time, restaurants are half empty so definitely keep trying if there is a place you want to try. despite being advertised as luxury travel, you can tell the rooms are not properly maintained. my bf & i saw minor details with our room that showed housekeeping not thoroughly cleaning the rooms properly. used beer cans on the patio from previous guests, tables not properly wiped down, minor stains on sheets. the first day, our bathroom ceiling was leaking water and there was water all over the bathroom floor. the mini fridge was stocked with sodas, juices, & water but was barely able to keep any of the beverages cooled. on a positive note, the staff has been fantastic with dealing with issues & have always been prompt in resolving any issues we had. we contacted the maintainance man and within 20 minutes he came to fix our ceiling. everything is very convenient because you can control reservations, order food, request for services, etc either through the GP app or off the TV. everyone so far has been very friendly & helpful to assist.. they even give out umbrellas to combat that storm that has been going on this week! we had a late checkout and the staff still allowed us to dine in at the buffet/ hang out on the property while we waited for our shuttle to arrive.

Yelp
The GP was such a lovely stay! This review isn't for TRS (adults only) or family selection Pros: very luxurious resort with lovely thoughtful accents, multiple pools, friendly staff who go out of their way to help you. There are multiple restaurants and buffets and included activities such as archery, water shows, boat rides, and paddle boarding. The beach is nice with warm clear water and soft white sand. The food selection is good and tasty! I'm not sure what these reviews mean when they say the food is inedible, which was one of my main hesitations I had before booking, but I was pleasantly surprised by the selection and quality! Especially since resort food is known to meant to feed the masses but every dish we got at the al a carte restaurants was plated beautifully and cooked well. Cons: waiting for a golf cart to take you from place to place but could be a pro because the grounds are so large there's alot to see! Have to make restaurants reservation by 11am or else your food options for dinner are buffet or room service. Rooms smell kind of mildewy but that's expected coming into a humid beach area. If you're staying in grand palladium then it is a far walk to the beach but if you take a golf cart it's like a 2 minute ride. There is some seaweed on the beach and in the water but the staff does their best to clean it.

Yelp
My family and I come to the Cancun area every year during this time. We would never recommend this place to anyone. We stayed here for 7 days. This place is beyond filthy. The rooms were not clean. The toilet dirty. The sheets stained. The coffee machine was never cleaned and emptied out. The floors were so dirty that we kept our shoes on. The food was sub par at best. Also, this place makes you pay for room service after 10pm. Also the adult beverage selection is awful.

Jacob C.

Yelp
The Grand Palladium exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and efficient service. The resort itself is stunning, impeccably maintained, and boasts breathtaking views. The rooms were spacious, luxurious, and spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The food was absolutely incredible - a diverse range of cuisines, all incredibly fresh and flavorful. We particularly enjoyed the themed restaurants, each offering a unique and immersive dining experience. Beyond the amazing accommodations and food, the staff truly made our stay unforgettable. Every single person we encountered was friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. The entertainment was top-notch, with nightly shows and activities for all ages. The pools were pristine and always had plenty of comfortable lounge chairs available. The beach was beautiful, offering calm, clear waters perfect for swimming and relaxing. There were plenty of water sports available, and the overall ambiance was one of tranquility and pure relaxation. We felt truly pampered throughout our entire stay. We would wholeheartedly recommend the Grand Palladium to anyone seeking a luxurious and unforgettable vacation experience. It's a five-star resort in every sense of the word, and we can't wait to return!

Yelp
Food is meh to average. Rooms are nice size, however not clean and sheets have seen better days. Golf cart transport around the resort is ineffective and spotty. Staff is nice. Activities are meh and limited. You must pay a premium for anything decent--which includes activities such as tennis lessons ($140usd/hr) or any rule of decency alcohol. Btw, all hard liquor is watered down...

Yelp
The hotel looks good from outside and it's very beautiful area. However, the staff is not the friendliest , the restaurants do not give you reservations even though they are empty inside. The rooms are not the cleanest. The spa was amazing, however the restaurant service really ruined the experience.

Yelp
My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and this has been our favorite hotel in Cancun the times we have been. We did upgrade to family selection rooms for an extra cost- although the building for family selection is not adults only, upgrading does give you access to adults only areas within TR Coral such as the beach, pools and restaurants. If we had stayed in our original room, which I guess is just the basic, it would've been FAR to get to the beach daily. There are golf carts and boats to help transport you- during peak hours it can be hard to get one. Upgrading was 10000% worth it. Our new building was right next to the beach with partial ocean view. The rooms are clean and housekeeping was wonderful. I see some people saying the sheets had issues, but we had none. Perfectly clean. Comfortable beds. Stocked mini fridge in room daily. The food and drinks were excellent, unless you stayed toward more american foods like pizza, then it was alright. I am not sure why everyone is saying the food was the worst part. We made reservations with our butler the first day and had no issue- As i feel that is standard for an all inclusive. The resort is massive. Pools were clean and beautiful. They have lots of events in the evenings that are pretty cool, a lot do cost extra though. Overall, we will stay here again and recommend the family selection to anyone!

Yelp
Beautiful, massive resort about 35 min from the Cancun airport that was overall a great stay. Check in: easy, The welcome drink is like a delicious (nonalcoholic) lemonade. We arrived early and our rooms were ready, until we asked to change it to the same building and then we had to wait until 3pm. Covid testing- free and in the lobby. You set up a time to come in. We did 8AM and got our results by 4pm. Room: The room was super nice! Unfortunately, it was in the lobby building so we had no kind of view but it is what it is. Very updated, waterfall shower, huge tub, comfortable beds, stocked mini fridge, in room safe, cold a/c. Amazing staff! Please bring $$$ to tip. Broke my heart to see so many people not tipping. Restaurants: Breakfast Buffet: tons of options from Mexican (tostadas, quesadillas, burritos) dishes to fruits, donuts, breads, custom omelette/egg station, cereal, french toast, pancakes, bacon, etc. Lunch: (main pool) hotdogs hamburgers, chicken, nachos, and fries. (infinity pool) - tostadas and pastries (Lunch buffet) -many options including pizza, pasta, sushi, meats, rice, soup, quesadillas etc. Pastries and ice cream for dessert. A good variety. Dinner: Japanese (non-hibachi): only reservation for the hibachi table was 10 PM so we opted out and chose regular dining and it was a great choice. Of all the restaurants this was my absolute favorite. The portion sizes here were a lot bigger to compared to the other restaurants. Steakhouse- Great food! Iffy service. We unfortunately had 9pm reservations and didn't receive our entree until about 9:45.We were told the sides were shareable but I kid you not we got roasted potatoes as one of them and it was a half of a potato wedge...just one. Steaks and chicken were great! Italian: very good, no complaints. Got the ravioli and I really enjoyed it. Sports Bar- skip it! Disliked this place both times we went. Long waits, cold food. Coffee Shop- oddly not open at 7 AM (lol) but stays open late, is a large space and has coffee, tea, smoothies and desserts. $10 fee for room service Shopping: There's 3 stores on property and one night they had a flea market with a couple vendors in the middle. Activities: Paddle boarding (reservation only Tues/Thurs), pool area activities such as volleyball, ping pong, salsa dancing , aqua fitness. Ricky was amazing! Nightly shows, we unfortunately were only able to catch one (pirates) because all of our dinner reservations were too late. Nothing really to do past 10pm except live music at the bar. Gym: Massive and they have everything. They say you need reservations but every time I went there was never anyone there to check me in. WiFi- free and worked well Cons: One thing I really didn't like about this place is that you're in the middle of nowhere so you're kind of forced to stay on the property. Even tried to get an Uber and they wouldn't pick up here. We came on Mon-Thurs, tried to book an excursion for Wed and there was nothing available. Everything was booked up already. Checkout didn't go well for us as they tried to throw in a last minute fee I was unaware about and the back-and-forth about the issue almost caused me to miss my flight.

Yelp
yikes on the food situation https://iwaspoisoned.com/biz/grand-palladium-costa-mujeres-resort-spa-vialidad-paseo-mujeres-manzana-1-lote-10-sm-3-77400-cancun-q-r-mexico

Yelp
Where do I even start.. This has to be the worst experience I have ever had at a resort. To start this off we were supposed to stay at the Grand Palladium for 5 days. The experience was so bad we cut our honeymoon short and left after staying less than 24 hours. Food: The food is inedible (see pictures attached). The food is buffet style (no sit down service). The water to the dirty cups, to the bland and inedible food was extremely disappointing. The resort could not even accommodate for some of my food allergies (pork). We witnessed bugs and flies all over the food in the dessert section and were instantly turned off. The workers forced us to try to drink alcohol when we repeatedly asked for no alcohol due to religious beliefs. Room Service: This resort is advertised as full service however there are many hidden fees. You need to pay for room service every time you order an item. $15 every time you order an item. We tried ordering room service as maybe the food was different. We were wrong its the same as the food at the buffet but even worse it comes cold. Service: This resort has the lousiest service I have ever experienced in my life. Checking in took hours while others got welcome drinks. Some people had got rooms right away while others had to wait. The lobby was full of loud drunks making it hard to listen to staff (poor layout). Staff was really rude and do not speak any english. They were really unprofessional and kept asking my partner and I very personal and inappropriate questions that left us uncomfortable. Room: This by far was the worst part of the experience. The room smelled really awful. It smelled as if it was moldy and musty. The A/C barely works in the room. The phones do not work in the rooms so if you need to order something you need to order it via the TV which is lousy clunky and slow. There are random outlets that were pulled out in the room (see pictures). random paint streaks across the room. The bathroom was super dirty (there was pee on our toilet when we came in). The resort campus: The campus is littered with trash (see pictures). It is filthy and poorly designed. You cannot walk from place to place. You need to take golf carts for transportation which come every 45 minutes. The golf cart drivers are extremely reckless (ours actually hit another cart). Staff threw our baggage around (thankfully broke nothing). Conclusion: This is by far the worst resort you could come too in Cancun. The experience was so bad we could not last 24 hours. Having stayed at many other resorts in the past this was a nightmare. I would stay away at all costs. P.S. as we were checking out they gave us all these hidden fees which we paid over $200 for. Funny that they advertise all inclusive ... this was the worst time ever.

This place has excellent service just book a day or two ahead. Highly recommend, Gerardo was so pleasant and gave great service

Yelp
Mixed feelings.. the grounds, room and beach are beautiful. However, our family stayed in the "family selection" - but there were no accommodations to support toddler eating such as straws. The hotel room doors were not solid and therefore noisy. Huge resort - kids enjoyed the golf cart and lagoon boat rides around.

Yelp
Staying at this resort was terrible for so many reasons. Reason number 1, you book your room ahead of time, picking and paying for the exact room that you want. Reason 2, the rooms were extremely dirty and just run down. When you get to the resort, you won't get the room that you paid for, just any old available room that they have. You will not be compensated even though you PAID more for a different room. The rooms are subpar, and have many things that could be improved in them. The sink handle was broken, the shower & bathroom doors did not close. The fridge was broken and had to be replaced. The food was so flavorless, and disappointing. Not to mention half of our group that went got severely sick from the food while we were there. The staff was super unhelpful in fixing the problems that we had encountered. I would not recommend people staying here. Find somewhere else with kinder/ more helpful staff and get your moneys worth.

Yelp
Our expectations for this resort were not met with this trip. We went to attend a wedding and there were definitely things I'd change if I could. While our room was nice and spacious, the refrigerator remained broken despite being changed out several times. Room service was convenient but certainly frustrating for breakfast. Our order came wrong a couple of times with extra salmon on a bagel (which we had not ordered) so it felt like we were wasting food. Speaking of food--the food offered to the Family Selection side were not good. This was the common trend for all of the restaurants. From the burgers being flavorless, food being burnt, etc. it was definitely difficult to feel content for the all inclusiveness. For being family oriented they should have better choices for kids. My son wanted chicken nuggets and the only place offering something remotely close was furthest away from us at the sports bar. I had gone all the way there only to find out I had to physically bring my child to the bar to eat. I did this and they served burnt nuggets. The sports bars service was the worst of all the places. On more than one occasion I was met with "we are very busy" when trying to order something. overall, the food made our experience terrible. For the amount we are charged the food is less than mediocre. It's flavorless and boring. The entire resort could benefit from improving this aspect. The golf carts were also not good from taking forever to loop around to being asked to wait only to have the driver blow past us. The views and the ambience of the resort were amazing. They have plenty of pools and beach space which was great for the kids.

Yelp
It's very family friendly. Staff here are very attentive and friendly as well! Food could be a hit or miss depending where you dine but the room service food is great for a late night bite and if you don't want to go out! Drinks are constantly coming and very tasty! Would recommend if you're looking for relaxing vacation for large families.

Yelp
Really liked my stay at this hotel. Really think Grand Palladium resorts are the best! We came during COVID19 and the hotel was at a 30% capacity, so basically everything was like a ghost town. There weren't too many people t the pool, or the restaurants, which to me was pretty sweet. Some of the restaurants were closed though and there were some other things that were cancelled due to COVID19 but I still had an awesome time with my party. The rooms are awesome, I had a jetted tub in my room and pool view. You could order room service through the tv which is pretty cool to or request housekeeping services. In the mini fridge, they have soda, beer and water. They also have peanuts, candy bars and chips in the cupboard along with coffee/tea. I only have a few complaints: I would have would be needing to make reservations every time you had to do a restaurant, but I guess they had to do what they could as their covid policies. I also didnt like paying 10 dollars every time I ordered room service, when I know I have been at other Grand Palladium hotels and the room service was free. If I had an issue however, the staff were quick to resolve it. I wanted just water in my room and requested it from room service, but never received it. I was annoyed so I called the front desk and asked them again, and they brought up 7 bottles of water and removed all the soda and beer like I asked. Overall, I enjoyed this hotel and would return.

Yelp
One of the best resorts I've stayed in. Check in was super easy and the staff at the front desk were unbelievably professional and nice. We booked dinner for the next three nights on the spot at their delicious dinner venues as they said reservations go quickly. No reservation, no problem! There is a buffet that's open late with no needed reso's. Upon checking were asked if we wanted to upgrade our wrist bands for an extra $80/per person per day. Little crazy if you ask me. We had no trouble with the ones we purchased initially. No upgrade necessary! The grounds on the way to our room were impeccably clean and well groomed... watch out for the iguanas:) When we got to the room, it was just as pictured. We also tried to us our pool cards to get in the room not realizing our wrist bands give us access to the room lmao.... Beautiful spacious bathroom with motion sensor lighting(big bonus), a big comfy bed and great views from the balcony. This is truly a vacation! The pools were amazing and clean. There is a separate kids pool/lagoon with a dump bucket of water and other activities for the little ones. During the day at the main pool there was water volleyball that starts at 12pm, 1pm is some sort of water aerobics, and 3pm there was a dance party on Saturday. Such a fun time especially with a swim up bar and more than willing bartenders to give you your drink of choice! Only complaint if there is one...... MASSAGE?!?! You'll hear that everywhere you go. No we Don't want someone touching our sun burnt skin. Thank you, but no thank you. I'll take care of my husbands massage back at the room. Oh also, if you order something not offered with the color of your wrist band you must sign your life away. We even got asked, can you please write "I authorize this charge to room..." on one receipt and, sign here, and here and here.... what happened to one signature and a room number only needed once?!?! Oh well Great stay, great times!

Yelp
My family and I visited this resort on a wedding event pass we were not guests at the resort. We stayed at an airbnb in playa del Carmen because I have two elderly ladies that needed accommodations. So we paid $165 for each wedding event pass. The wedding started at 4. We arrived at 1:45. It took 30 mins to check in there was only one person ahead of me when I got in line. The delay no one knew where we were suppose to go and frankly every one was rude. At one point they suggested the bride come get us. When i initially called I was told the wedding event pass was $125 not $165 I was stuck. Over $800 later we got our bracelet. When I purchased the wedding event pass I was told we could eat, drink and sit in any area. Well that was not the case. First from the check in building to building 13 where my sister's suite was is a long long walk and in 90 degree whether to much for my handicapped mother and aunt. I asked for a golf cart. They were highly annoyed Another 15 mins to get a golf cart despite golf carts and drivers standing around no one seemed to be willing to take us. I speak Spanish so it was not a language barrier. Finally a golf cart. Left in front of building. Dropped off my mom and aunt at my sister's suite. My sister tells us to go enjoy resort. We had an hour before the ceremony. So my husband, son and I leave. When I say there was nowhere to go I mean there was nowhere to go. We weren't allowed in any of the pools (we only wanted to sit down not swim), we weren't allowed to eat at any restaurants, we weren't allowed to drink at any bars. We couldn't sit at the wedding ceremony venue because they don't allow you to enter until 15 mins prior. Every place we entered we were told we were on a wedding event pass and we couldn't be there. So we stood out on the beach for 45 mins. At 3:15 with no shade. Finally the ceremony venue was open. Beach Ceremony was nice. Then the intermission as my sister took pictures. For two hours we had three choices of where we could wait for wedding. 1. Back on the beach standing. 2. A tiny makeshift bar that could hold 5 people on the platform or 3. Outside the bathroom area that had benches. We walked and walked at one point my 10 year old was hot and dehydrated so we went into Fizz area where the poolside reception was taking place. Well we couldn't be there until 30 mins before reception. So out we go. We found the family pool and I saw some chairs by the trash cans we sit down. Didn't ask for water didn't ask if my son could dunk his feet in the pool we were kicked out of there also. So we ended up standing by the bathrooms with everyone else who paid $165 for a wedding pass that gave you access to nothing. Finally reception began our misery was cut short because the buffet line opened and the rain started. Everyone ran to the only two shelters and we were crammed in it was a down pour. It was then that I heard the horror stories from guest staying at resort. One of my sister's who just had a baby was told that the golf carts were only for club members so so she walked in wedding attire with a baby from where her room was to the opposite end of resort. Drenched in sweat. When the wedding planner had guaranteed my sister anyone who was attending wedding would be allowed access on golf carts as everyone eas spread out, a guest confirmed this as she never made it to ceremony because no one would give her a ride. Another guest on the list who was paid for was denied entry into resort. The bridal party told me they were tired of eating the buffet and had been eating at buffet restaurant because all restaurants were booked far in advance and no one told them that reservations were required. They did move the reception from the fizz poolside to a ballroom but at that point everyone's food was rained on. I had two elderly ladies that were soaking wet and now my concern was one of them falling on slick floor. The guest had to wait for shuttles to be taken to the new location. It was 8:45 pm and the move and set up would take an hour or 1.5. At that point my son was starving we had been table 4. So had barely sat down when the rain started. I made the decision to leave. Another 15 mins to find a person willing to drive us to entry. Check out person was rude and literally annoyed to have to find our passports because they take them away from you. So I paid over $800 to sit in the sun, have 1 glass of champagne per person and a coke. We found a pizza place in Cancun and had pizza on our drive back. I followed up with my other sisters that stayed to learn more details of what happened this morning. The resort doesn't appear completed either. My sister's suite had a hole on the door, unpainted in places. Same for parts of the resort it's like the opened up and aren't even done with construction. Trash and dirty. We frequently stay at resorts and this is not one I would ever book. Buyer beware.

Yelp
Overall bad experience here. To start, we arrived at the airport and the hotel shuttle wasn't there. We waited for over an hour and they couldn't tell us when it would arrive. They only told us that there were only 2 hotel shuttles for Grand Palladium. We got tired of waiting so we paid for s van to take us. We got to the hotel and we went to check in. We made 3 reservations together and one of the reservations was in a separate section of the hotel that's off limits to the general guests. That's where we learned that the hotel is separated in 3 different sections (Adults only - TRS, Family Selection, and Grand Palladium which is General). The lowest tier is the Grand Palladium and doesn't have access to the whole hotel. One of our reservations was put in Family and they didn't tell us we wouldn't be separate and have no access from our other rooms. We had to cancel the Family reservation and make another one and pay a higher rate. We also couldn't get our rooms until 3:00PM. This is the only hotel we've been to that has not let us check in early. We mostly ate at the Isla Blanca buffet because reservations were impossible to make anywhere else. The app didn't work very well. The wait staff at Isla Blanca were not the best. We also ordered room service (which is free before 10:30 for the Grand Palladium) and it took 2 hours to get the food. The beach is also full of sea grass, it feels gross to swim in. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the drivers of the little cars and boats were all very nice, also Alejandro Washington from El Dorado and Arturo from Adelita were both excellent. They gave great service and were very attentive. They were the best thing of our stay. When it came time for us to leave, again the shuttle service was not there. We were told that we had to make a reservation 2 days before (which we did) but that even then the shuttle wasn't guaranteed so we had to pay again for another van to take us to the hotel. We also heard other guests venting their frustrations because of the shuttle service. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all. We've stayed at better hotels here in Cancun. The place is too big and there doesn't seem to be enough staff to properly attend to the guests.

Yelp
The service was awful we were in family selection we paid extra 100 $ per night and we asked for water many times an we didn't received it but the hotel is beautiful and best spa but no service at all and veryyyy rude persons during the food checkings.

Yelp
I decided to celebrate my birthday at this hotel for the second time, I visited this place a year ago. This time we were 5 adults and a 2 year old baby from Argentina- The first day the service was rude and they only changed their attitude when receiving tips- The quality of the food dropped terribly- Sport bar - the only one open at 11pm- empty -no food- no waiters and we received very bad service and a very rude answer from the bartender- 45' without anyone taking care of us or replenishing the food- or giving us some kind of solution at least just for the baby who was starving. We went to the lobby to talk to the Manager "Daniel" who never showed up - we had to order room service - obviously they charged for it and they didn't have even half of what we ordered from the menu. In the morning we filled out a written complaint and absolutely no one answered or call us. Not even when we checked out. Terrible experience. I would never go back or recommend them. Only 3 people from the hotel tried to help us and took care of us as "Clients" Karina - who welcomed us - the Poseidon buffet waitress - and Irving at the pool - Decidi celebrar mis 40 en este hotel que ya habia estado anteriormente un año atras aproximadamente.

Yelp
The staff here are lovely. I went on the best dive I've ever been on, thanks to Alex at the dive center. Everyone is extremely helpful and welcoming. The resort was very clean and beautiful. I loved walking around for hours and sitting on the beach. It was also very safe. At one point, 6 of us left all our personal items while we went paddle boarding, and we weren't worried. I wasn't a huge fan of the food, but many other people in my party loved it. Overall, it was a great place for a family trip. The shows were fantastic.

Yelp
This gorgeous property is off the beaten path (30 min north of Cancun) and if you are looking for a quiet place, this is definitely the place to stay at. Make sure when booking excursions, that they can pick you up and drop you off at the property. we read that a taxi can be quite costly to get to a pre-arranged pick-up spot. We booked a package through Costco that took care of airport transportation which went flawless. The transport was via the reliable BD Experience and they had a counter at the hotel as well if you wanted to book excursions. The beach, the rooms, the design of the property and the inside of the restaurants are very, very nice. We stayed in a Junior Suite and were upgraded to an ocean view (building 11). The room is very comfortable with a good AC. The food options left a lot to be desired and were a hit or miss. Yet we didn't hear of any other all-inclusive places that were much better from veteran all-inclusive travelers, whom we met during our stay. The Japanese restaurant (Sumptuori) was a win, we tried both the a la carte and the hibachi. The Poseidon lunch buffet was also a win (Tip, Poseidon has an upstairs sit down restaurant for lunch with the most amazing ocean view, you must make reservations for this but the food is not good). The breakfast buffet was plentiful, and you could always find something that would like. The other restaurants were iffy. Some items were OK, some items were just plain gross. We were there for 8 days, so we were able to try everything that was open. One day the El Dorado steak house was really bad, 2 days later it was excellent. So, a lot depends on the cook of the day, we think. The Mexican restaurant (La Adelita) was OK - you find much better Mexican food in the States. Portofino, the Italian, was our least favorite. Stay away from the food at Xtra Time (Sports Bar). Overall, we give the food a 3/5 rating. The friendly staff was remarkable (5/5 rating). Please tip these hard-working people. We saw so many people not tipping. Even a buck isn't going to break you for every time you ride the golf cart or get a drink from the bar. The oversized golf carts were so convenient and made travelling around the property during the hottest parts of the day a breeze. We wanted especially thank our concierge, Ronie, whom made our stay flawless. She booked all restaurant reservations, covid test, answered all our questions, plus she called us every day and made sure a golf cart was waiting for us to pick us up for dinner from the room. Also Martin, the waiter at the breakfast buffet and at Poseidon, was excellent - he made sure that we were taken care of even when we were not sitting at his table. Every single employee greets you, gardeners, cart drivers, housekeeping, wait staff....everybody smiles and says "Buenos Dias/Noches, Hola" Lots of pools to choose from, the beach was clean and not crowded at all (Yes there is wait staff and a bar at the beach). Each pool also has a bar with a great selection. We did not feel it would be worth it to upgrade to TRS. They do an excellent job of keeping the insects down, but just you know, that involves some heavy fogging. As mentioned before, while we were there, we met a lot of people who do all-inclusive Mexico resorts and they all agree that this one is better than most, though the food is a hit or miss A few complaints: the water in the shower smells terrible. We read a lot of complaints about Mexican resorts having that smell, because of the drains apparently - it smelled kind of like sulfur. Of course, this depends on how sensitive to smells you are. The pool waters are also a little on the too warm side for us Calling for drinks for minibar doesn't work. They say they will, but it never happens Though we never used the room service, since we are not a fan of paying another $10 delivery fee for an all-inclusive resort, we heard it's terrible and takes forever (since the food comes from the Sports Bar apparently). Be aware that none of the food places will let you take food away with you. The Zentropia Spa was excellent, the nicest one that we have ever been to. Yes, everything required reservations, but that really didn't really bother us. We had to change it a few times, and it was never an issue. It's eventually up to you to follow up and through with things. MAKE SURE TO: -make the reservation for your Covid test or go to the concierge desk to do so. Don't forget to pick up the results because you need those at the airport. -book reservations if you want to eat in a restaurant, book these as early as you can -visit Piacere, the coffee place. Delicious coffees and deserts -bring lots of sunscreen because it is outrageously priced at all resorts -bring inflatables for the pool -take care of the staff, as they were all amazing Lastly, we wanted to recommend My Quest Concierge Private Tours. We booked our private Chichen Itza tour with them and our driver/guide Manuel was the BEST! This was truly the best excursion

Yelp
We had an amazing experience with this resort, the third we have stayed with throughout the years. We had a large group of 40 which made it very hard to navigate as the resort is still understandably following covid protocols. At check in Oscamale and Fernando helped us, we all wanted to move up to a swim up room which is totally worth it!! The pools are all amazing, we went to the large pool with the kids slide nearby and the pool by building 11. We really enjoyed some of the bars, Edgar and Jassiel at the floating bar really made one of our nights. Johanna at the Vacation club pool deserves a million stars, she was the best!!! The beach had a lot of seaweed that you couldn't even enjoy it. I will say that the last day we learned of the small sailboat that is included in your stay. It takes you out to the ocean to a beautiful part that you can jump in and enjoy. They said you could see sea turtles. Unfortunately we didn't know and got a quick 10 minute tour at the end of the day. I promise it's worth it! We also went to the gym and spa. The gym had an attendant that made you wear your mask the entire time even though no one was around you. That was super annoying. The spa was amazing! We had a one hour massage and then you enjoy their pools, sauna and a cafe. I wanted to go back another day so bad! Transportation. I will say the boats were on point and we had no bad experience with any of the employees. The carts well that was the total opposite. It was hit or miss with the employees. They would drive right past you without even acknowledging you. The resort is huge and the transportation is very important. Good- the buffet was ok, as good as a buffet can get. But I wish they offer different foods each day. It's the only thing opened for breakfast and lunch so it becomes repetitive. Getting into restaurants with such a large group is nearly impossible, so we had to split up. I tried the Mexican, steakhouse, Italian and Japanese. The steakhouse was the best! The pool by the 11th building also has a small taco stand for lunch that was delicious! Lastly we were there for a vow renewal. It was beautiful and memorable. The only thing that sucked was transportation from one place to another. Really wish they would have had a dedicated cart to help. Instead we waited around before and after the wedding in the heat. The consultant also didn't really advise us where in the beach it was happening so no one knew where to go. Overall I highly recommend this resort! The pros way overpass the cons. If you can, stay in the swim up room, it's worth it!

Yelp
I stayed at GP the first week of Sept with a group of 5 people. The check in process was simple and quick. The resort was operating at 30% capacity at the time of our visit so my experience may not reflect the standard experience. The good: the main pool was huge with clear beautiful water and a swim up bar. The had daily in pool/pool side entertainment like Zumba, water aerobics and dance lessons. You could easily spend half a day without even realizing. There was no shortage of in pool loungers or poolside chairs. They also have a few Bali beds available as well. Our room was huge and consisted of two floors with a balcony on each floor. The room was more like an apt as it had a living room, bar area, two bathrooms with a jetted tub. One of my favorite features was the jacuzzi tub on the 2nd floor balcony. There were 4 out of 6 themed restaurants open during our visit-all of which required reservations due to Covid restrictions. The Italian, Mexican, Japanese and steak a la carte restaurants were on rotation with two options available every evening. In addition, there was an oceanfront buffet open for breakfast and lunch, a coffee shop and sports bar. The coffee shop was perfect for afternoon pick me ups, pastries, sandwiches and other light snacks. The sports bar has pool tables and foos ball tables and was perfect for bar food, late night drinks. The bad: evening entertainment was a bit lacking. They did have daily themed outdoor shows but they wrapped early (10 PM) with not much to do after. They do have a sky bar and night club but both were closed due to Covid. The resort is huge and can be a bit difficult to navigate. They do have carts and boats available for transportation but we did have to walk on occasion because carts were full or weren't around. Normally I don't mind walking but with that summer sun beaming it's preferable to hitch a ride :) The ugly: the seaweed. The beach was nice with soft sand but the ocean was loaded with seaweed while we were there. But the seaweed appears to be hit or miss as I've seen pictures of the ocean with little to no seaweed. They did make an attempt to clean the seaweed daily but Mother Nature had other ideas. I absolutely recommend this resort to other potential visitors!

Yelp
Came for a wedding and it is a beautiful resort with a variety of pools, restaurants and bars to enjoy. Food- I recommend the Thai and Indian restaurant and the buffets. Nothing is out do this world delicious. The Mexican restaurant, steak and sports bar offer bland food that while visually appealing are not ones to look forward to. Drinks- Poseidon and the swim up pool bar have drinks that actually make you feel like there is alcohol whereas everywhere else is sugar and maybe liquor but I highly doubt it. Customer services- the first few days are great big the longer we were here the more it went downhill. Everyone in the lobby seemed to need 2-3 people to do one job, on the actual wedding day we waited 40 mins for a shuttle and every employee we stopped say they called for a shuttle but none were in sight and we missed the reception. The drivers were great. Kevin is a driver with high energy and we loved having him. Layout- layout is gorgeous but we stayed in 11 and were so far from food and bc shuttles were few and far between we normally had to walk the 10-15 mins to the main area. Hotel number 14 was centrally located COVID- they offer COVID tests and are COVID friendly. Overall recommendations- The ocean is beautiful Indian and Thai restaurant Spa Bring cash for tips

Yelp
First off, paying this amount of money for mediocre food and service thus far has been really frustrating. Good luck trying to find a go cart when you need it. Food hours are so strange. The buffet was a joke. Also if half your party is on the TRS side you can't go over there unless you pay 315.00 dollars. I spent exactly 3 hours at their pool and they charged me that AND took my passport. Don't go to the sushi restaurant unless you like warm sushi. Oh and the whole place smells like mildew. When I expressed my terrible experience they showed little to no interest in making it better. Spend your money elsewhere.
