Grand Park Hotel Rovinj is truly incredible. The hotel combines elegant design with comfort, offering beautifully designed rooms and breathtaking views over Rovinj. The food is excellent, and the staff are attentive, professional, and always welcoming. Its location is perfect — just steps away from the old town, yet surrounded by nature and stunning sea views. It’s also a fantastic choice for families of all ages, with plenty of space and thoughtful amenities. Overall, one of the best hotel experiences in Croatia — a perfect blend of luxury, location, and hospitality.

The hotel impresses with its stunning architecture, breathtaking views, beautifully designed rooms, and an outstanding spa area. The variety of restaurants is also excellent, offering something for every taste. While there are several highly professional and friendly staff members, it was also noticeable that some interactions—whether at the reception or during breakfast—felt rather brusque or lacking in the warmth one would expect from a five-star property. At the pool, no dedicated service was available to assist with towels or loungers, which would have been especially helpful given how busy the area often was. A more attentive service in this regard would certainly enhance the guest experience. Additionally, the water at the pool was served in reusable cups that did not appear particularly well cleaned. For a hotel of this category, fresh disposable cups—or at least a higher standard of reusable ones—would feel more appropriate. Overall, this is a beautiful property with many strong points, and with a few improvements in service and attention to detail, it could truly live up to the full five-star standard.

We had an excellent stay in this beautiful and amazing hotel. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming, making us feel at ease. The quality of the hotel is exceptional. We loved the infinity pool with its amazing views over to Rovinj - and the view from within the hotel was spectacular. We would love to come back and will certainly recommend it to friends and family.

We had such a wonderful family holiday at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable, making us feel at home right away. The food was excellent – always fresh, delicious, and with many options for both adults and children. Staff were very kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Everything exceeded our expectations and we enjoyed every single moment. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this hotel to other families.

Wonderful experience. The hotel is well maintained and comfortable, equipped with all the amenities you might need. Excellent Spa and sauna variety. Also the gym is well equipped with all the things you need. Really nice infinity pool and lounge areas. Exceptional view and food in the restaurant. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is very comfortable. The whole hotel vibes with its distinctive style which induces calmness and relaxation.

We had an excellent stay at the Grand Park Hotel Rovinj! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. There’s so much on offer at the hotel—it took us a little while to explore everything, but it was worth it. Our room on the 4th floor was lovely, with a stunning view that made it hard to leave. As an independent travel agent, I can confidently say this hotel is a top choice for anyone visiting Rovinj. Truly a place we didn’t want to say goodbye to!

Dining room staff was awesome! They did their very best to accommodate my wife’s special dietary requirements throughout our stay. Housekeeping was up to the task as well and we liked the perfumery shop staff. Very helpful, knowledgeable and the choice was amazing! Shop manager Tatjana was amazing as she was always smiling and pleasant! Looking forward to stay with Maistra again!

Overall a wonderful experience. A beautiful hotel - we particularly liked the infinity pool with the amazing view of Rovinj, which we could also enjoy from the terrace whilst having breakfast and from the bar. The room was just big enough for 3 but we could have done with some more wardrobe space. We were delighted to get an upgrade so we had a room with our own small pool. We used this a lot. The bathroom however wasn’t cleaned to the standard we would have expected every day. The breakfast was very good but it took a long time on some days for coffee to arrive. We also waited longer than expected for food at the pool bar. Some minor improvements could be made but nothing major! We would definitely consider coming again.
