Stayed for one night as a stopover having caught an evening train to Calais. Centrally located with easy parking (public underground parking). Loads of pleasant restaurants and bars nearby - Friday night felt very vibrant but comfortable to take kids out. ||The hotel room (apartment) was clean, comfortable with a good bathroom. Me and my son shared a sofa bed, and my wife and daughter shared a double bed. Both really comfortable. ||Would certainly recommend.

The hotel was dark and dingy with black carpets and walls it was more like a night club. |The restaurant was closed Sunday and Monday despite information in the room to the contrary. Furniture was rickety and there is nowhere to put items in the bathroom which is open plan to the bedroom. |Bed was comfortable|Breakfast is served in a windowless basement and had flies on the food. |Wouldn’t recommend.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The room was lovely, service was welcoming and very helpful and breakfast was good. Hope to return again one day.

Excellent situation in the Grand Place. Pleasant and helpful staff, nice room and a comfortable bed. Very good choice for breakfast, all of good quality. Restaurant was closed on Sunday for my visit but there was a good restaurant next door.

Very well located, nice design, friendly staff however ; coffee machine in room that doesn’t work. Nicely designed showers that are poorly installed. A smell of wood rot from humidity permeated the room. Not the hotels fault but there was a rave next door that kept me up all night. Booming bass making my eardrums contract. Managed to even record the bass on video. Breakfast to be desired. Another coffee machine that was broken. The flies others have remarked are still there in the dead of winter. Also saw the staff fill up the beans with decaf coffee…. Kind of need caffeine in the morning. Very contrasting experience to say the least. Maybe willing to try again…

We ended our holiday with this hotel and it was by far the worst one we stayed in whilst visiting France.|The shower was broken. The bed covers smelt like moth balls or damp, didn't smell fresh or clean.|We were charged an extra €12 per person (even for a small child) for the breakfast. The breakfast had flies on the break and fruit so we couldn't eat that. The staff were not welcoming at all towards us. We came away from this hotel feeling sad that our holiday ended on this and I felt I needed to write this review as it isn't acceptable. If anyone had asked us how our stay was and been polite enough to say goodbye I would have aired it to them in private.

Stayed a couple of weeks ago, had an amazing room located in the loft, it was lovely, it was somehow very grand but very cosy at the same time. Things I wasn’t so keen on were the bathroom it didn’t have a door on it, the fridge smelt terrible and although the breakfast was nice when things ran out they didn’t replenish them, not ideal when you have 2 hungry teenagers with you. However I would stay again.

The lift doors opened onto a black threadbare carpet and black walls. Not a welcome sight. The suite was adequate but with little storage . The safe only worked when the a master key was provided.|Outlook was onto rooves and the constant noise from an air conditioning unit kept us awake.||The dining room looked inviting , however it wasn’t open during our stay. The hotel’s location saved the day, Grand Place and the adjacent place des heros are the beating heart of Arras.
