Spacious room, excellent service, quite environment, away from busy downtown yet nearby train station. Nice and big swimming pool and very convenient changing room. Amazing view from window room. They offer outsatnding hokkaido dinner buffet with fresh seafoods and meats. A very peaceful neighbourhood to have an evening walk around the hotel enjoying beautiful sunset..

First and foremost, this is a very beautiful and great value hotel. The lobby is grand and beautiful, with many helpful staff members available to your service. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Not to mention the large tub in the bathroom. It is about a 15 minute walk to the nearest station with not much to do in the area, but at least that gives a more quiet and comfortable space for when you want to rest. Definitely recommend staying here if you want to explore Osaka, especially if you plan on going to the aquarium (one of the best aquariums I've visited) which is only one station away from this stay.Highly recommend booking here!

This hotel is perfect to escape the hustle and bustle of the touristy area, but still remains within close proximity of the city area. The rooms are very well maintained though the sizes vary. We booked the universal twin rooms and it is spacious - unlike the usual hotel rooms in Japan. We would definitely come back.

Overall, a great experience. Rooms we (my family and my brother’s ) stayed in were very spacious with a great harbor view. The breakfast was superb. Staffs were extremely helpful. When I forgot to bring a knife to cut a melon, the front desk staff made an arrangement with the room service and delivered 8 pieces of melon to my room! It was just an amazing, heartfelt service!! The location was a little remote, but I believe it was worth it with the quality of hotel at a reasonable price, especially if you plan to rent a car to drive around the city. I will probably come back to this hotel when I visit Osaka next time. One small complaint: it doesn’t make a lot of sense why the hotel guests have to get parking tickets every time in & out. The hotel should simplify the process. It was a very confusing system for beginners.

Deeply troubled by the service … as if deliberately adding pain to your travel … lost my AirPods in the room, they first didn’t “believe” till I showed them my find mine - brought me to the room and I said it should be somewhere on the bed but they didn’t let me even touch it, so what’s the point … ?? the key is they knew this is just wasting time because they “have cleaned and replaced it” yet they still brought me up and left me no time to catch the airport shuttle - another thing being “you can only buy this before the particular shift” vs reality it’s just the dates being printed on the paper - ok, pre buying forbidden, fine, why does it matter? Because out of nowhere when I was trying to just get the ticket they claimed u could only buy the ticket using cash, and there is no atm, just exchange, also they took my luggage with usd in away … it’s even hilarious to see after successfully making me missing the bus, all of a sudden you CAN pay with card - and at the end of the day the driver said you can pay directly with just IC card so Apple Pay could have worked … thanks to the staff at the front desk I wasted 30mins for nothing and not sure if I can catch my flight. Good job. When the new shift came that was late by a fabulous 10mins, and no one even informed me, while for the one I was supposed to catch the hotel staff was like “no you can’t” . The double standards… Appreciate it. Oh they never apologized for one thing during the ultimate chaos Location is bad, away from everything and also the subway (20mins walk

Overall really good experience. The location is kinda isoloated but they offer very frequent shuttle bus to Osaka station. The only downside is the breakfast selections - very limited and does not change. B1 has convenience store that opens unitl 10:30 pm

We had high expectations for the Grand Prince Hotel Osaka Bay, but unfortunately, we were disappointed in many aspects. On the positive side, the breakfast was excellent – great variety and quality. The room we eventually received, after some initial problems, was very nice with a beautiful sea view. However, our stay started off on the wrong foot: the hotel was overbooked, and they initially tried to put all five of us in a single room. Only after a long wait were we offered upgraded rooms with better views. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was extremely expensive, and using the pool required paying an additional 3,000 yen per person per day. On top of that, advance reservations are required for the pool, and swim caps are mandatory in the indoor pool – none of this was clearly communicated beforehand. Another major drawback is the location: the hotel is about 45 minutes from central Osaka, which makes it inconvenient for city sightseeing. Finally, on the day of departure, we were charged 1,000 yen per item of luggage, including not only suitcases but also backpacks. For a 5-star hotel with already high room rates, this is completely unacceptable. Overall, the service and value for money were far below what one would expect from a hotel of this category. I am very disappointed and would not return.

The room is wide, clean and nice but the location is quite far from the city center and tourist spot. However, it’s good for the traveller who want to escape from city buzz and would like to find peace and relaxation during stay.If Lawson mart downstair opened 24/7 would be nice.
