Grand Residency Hotel & Serviced Apartments

This hotel is not what it seems. From outside looks like a modern and professional hotel but inside everything is old. I couldn’t sleep one night because the light was on and off permanently. Another night I didnt sleep because the AC was broken and drops were falling every 15seconds (the whole floor wet). Apart from that, when I arrived, the door of the room wasn’t working while I had all my personal belongings inside (it took some time to fix it). On top of that, if you want to have lunch or have dinner in the hotel it takes 1 hour since you order the food until you have on your table so I recommend to order well in advance. But I most admit that the people are polite and nice. (Mr. Jeetendra and the maintenance staff really good).

Stayed with family for 3 nights in May 2024. We had pleasant experience overall. The location is accessible and conveniently placed in Bandra west. The food choices in breakfast are limited but taste is upto the mark. The common area has a odour which could be taken care by better ventilation, however this is not noted in rooms. Staff is supportive and overall this is good choice if looking into Bandra or nearby for Mumbai tourists.

Very well maintained, pocket friendly service apartments. Good for ex-pats coming for an internship/ assignments/ projects for few months in Mumbai. The location is in the heart of Bandra and accessibility to the hotel is super easy. They allow the residents to get raw materials from outside and cook in-house. They provide basic cooking utensils, induction, refrigerator, wayer purifier, microwave, etc, etc. It is a proper home-away-from-home feeling.

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite the fact that we booked a twin bed room in advance, it wasn't ready upon our arrival, and we were delayed until 8:30 pm. There was no offer of a discount or compensation. Also, when we requested a refund, the process took a long time, wasting even more of our time.

Enjoyed my stay here. The rooms have a blaring bright green a/c light. Enough to light up the entire room. They need to tone that down. Room service is pretty prompt. Housekeeping needs to clean rooms a little better.

Nice Location. close to linking road. Rooms are good and clean.|Only Internet-WI-FI slow on day 2 and 3 of the stay. Complained but no improvement. Good range of buffet breakfast and friendly staff. Would recommend this Hotel.
