We had a relaxing stay at Grand Resort Lagonissi in October. Staff Despina was friendly and helpful, kindly recommending several local attractions. The only feedback we would share is that the food at the beachside restaurant wasn't as fresh as expected, and the octopus dish in particular tasted off. Overall, the experience is quite chill.

Grand Resort Lagonisi in Greece is a true gem by the sea. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly and made us feel at home. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and offered breathtaking views of the Aegean. The beach was just steps away, with crystal-clear water and comfortable sunbeds. Breakfast each morning was fresh and plentiful, featuring local flavors and delicious coffee. The location is perfect for both relaxation and exploring nearby villages. Overall, Hotel Lagonisi combines comfort, beauty, and genuine hospitality — a place we will definitely return to and recommend to friends.

I spent 2 nights at Grand Hotel Lagonissi on a business trip and I would give it not 10 out of 10 but 11 out of 10 . An amazing property with excellent food and plenty of restaurants within the complex. I literally could not stop eating. Kohylia Japanese Restaurant was one of the best experiences in my life. I booked a Sunset Villa with a private pool room and I literally did not want to leave the hotel. I also visited the other room types , every single one is spacious with beautiful views. This is truly a proper 5-star luxury hotel. Athens city centre is about 1 hour by car. The beach is super clean and quiet. The staff are constantly available for any assistance you could imagine. I really enjoyed my stay and I’m already looking forward to going back. Truly recommend it to everyone, couples, families, adults only, business occasions.

I stayed at Grand Resort Lagonissi in a beachfront bungalow, and the experience was absolutely perfect. The room was exceptionally spacious, beautifully designed, and opened directly onto a private beach – you literally step out of your room and into the sea. The service throughout the resort was outstanding: prompt, courteous, and highly professional. Breakfast was a highlight – an impressive variety of fresh, high-quality dishes. A true delight for food lovers. The overall atmosphere is peaceful, luxurious, and private – one of the few places I already know I’ll return to. An unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!

One of the coziest and quietest hotels I’ve stayed in. Perfect for anyone who wants to disconnect from the world and just relax. It’s mostly adults and families, so it stays very calm and peaceful. Great for big families, as they offer large villas, including a honeymoon villa that comes with its own private gym, makeup room, and a special hair room where the bride can get ready for her big day — all with a beautiful view. There’s also the Royal Villa, a luxurious 7-star villa with both indoor and outdoor pools. It’s absolutely massive and stunning. All the villas and suites come with their own private jacuzzi, which is always a plus! I personally recommend the bungalows with the small pool — super cozy and private. Highly recommended if you’re looking for peace, space, and a touch of luxury.

There is not a chance this is 5 star- I will never understand how Hotels and companies within the hospitality industry simply do not comprehend that a continuous staff training program is essential- people expect the experiential nowadays - this is no in the number of threads in the sheets - its the people behind the engine of the project! I say project because no resort is ever complete- they should change and evolve all the time- Poor management and poor staff training leads to 3 star reviews and this review has little to do with the poor finish on the paint jobs or plaster in the corridors.

We went today with my family to use the beach at the Grand Resort for the first time Before we enter we had to pay for the parking which is fine, but then they charge us 110€ for entry to be chocked after we enter that all the seats on the sand are RESERVED!!!!! Strange, reserved without signs of reservation Anyhow my husband pushed the hostess that we want to stay here and we won’t move and how much we need to pay more, she said 90€ so after all the seats are not reserved but we need to pay extra Very bad attitude and approach from the staff This is not like how Greek people treat tourist we feel that they are just taking advantage from people There must be a clarity before we pay money that you can pay this amount and you get this and what can we got if we pay extra but that didn’t happen. We went to take our money back and we shared our disappointment to the receptionist who was very rude and treated us like no problem if you go that’s fine. We don’t need you, I don’t think that lady should be receptionist the way she treat people Very bad experience and we will never repeat it again.
