We had a luxurious all-inclusive stay with excellent amenities and outstanding service. Our concierge, Gianni, went above and beyond, making us eager to return with our family next year. The service, food, rooms—everything was exceptional, and the level of care we received is unmatched anywhere else. The kids' club staff—Alejandra, Itzel, Alex, Yaneli, Clara, and Karla—made the experience unforgettable for our children. They had so much fun that they haven’t stopped talking about it! It was truly a great time for our family. We can't wait to visit again!!

Clean and soft bedsheets and pillowcases. Big and anti slip bathtub with water jet massage. Thick concrete sound proof wall. We loved everything about the hotel.|All eateries and restaurants are within the hotel which gives the whole family members to be flexible and at ease with planning. The nannies we hired were very nice and sweet to my child and they also had lots of fun and safe time while the adults enjoyed the Michelin star restaurant experience.

Excellent service, Josue was wonderful and always checking in to make sure my needs were met. The food is great with lots of variety. The hotel is meticulously cared for with large spacious rooms and the pools are amazing. Location was great and there is a long stretch of beach if you’re looking to take a walk away from everyone.

Pure luxury here. The rooms, food, spa, bars, and infinity pools are second to none here. Just an incredible experience. I would recommend this resort to anyone. Pedals of flowers flying off your balcony makes it even more magical. Gorgeous sunrises from your room every day. Make sure you do the water journey at the spa. 2 hr and 20 minute experience includes your 1 hour massage. What more could you ask for?

What an incredible experience. The hotel is beyond gorgeous, stunning truly. Then the food was out of this world! Abdias our concierge was second to none. Took care of us when my wife wasn’t feeling well. Amazing service and professionalism. Highly recommended!!

Gianni was an amazing butler who was able to attend to all of our needs. Food and service were absolutely incredible. Rooms were great. Can’t wait to visit again with the kids. Kids club looks amazing. We ate at the Michelin star restaurant. We ate at the steakhouse and the Italian restaurant, all were really good.

Beds are amazing, and we’re picky about that. Food was the best I’ve had at an all inclusive in Mexico. And our concierge, Josue, could not have been nicer. We left our phones in the room a lot and he went above and beyond to take an initiative and schedule us for things and find us to convey information. All in all it was a top notch experience

Worth the hype and the price. Great kids club open until late, as an foodie I can confirm the food is amazing anns really tasty and All of the restaurants A La Carte are high end and high quality, the hotel itself is stunning and the grounds are maintained well. What also stands out is the service, kudos to Mariana our concierge to always accommodate our needs and Sebastian a new waiter that started and was always so helpful.
