Grande Brasserie

Amazing food! The staff was very friendly, and spoke enough English to help a couple of Americans order some amazing food. The foie gras was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend stopping in for dinner!

There's no shortage of excellent restaurants in Paris, but the Grand Brasserie in the 4th arrondissement stands out! The food was superb. I had the pork belly, my son had the duck, and my wife had the tuna. All were perfectly cooked. And the pork belly (which I've never figured out how to cook) was truly wonderful. Crunchy outside, done to perfection inside. Not at all dry, as sometimes happens. The service, however, really stands out. I did something foolish: I accidentally spilled my wine onto the plate. I asked for another plate, but instead, the maitre'd insisted that they would make the dish over again. Which they did, and the second version was just as good as the first. I cannot recommend Grande Brasserie highly enough. They not only serve excellent food, they are also very nice, very generous people.

I’ve dined at Grand Brasserie three times—once last year and twice this year—and each experience has been fantastic. The atmosphere is elegant, the service is top-notch, and the French-inspired dishes are consistently excellent. It’s one of my favorite spots, and I highly recommend it.

Came with a small group where everyone ordered some version of the formula. I personally ordered the porc pate and the equivalent of an American chicken bake. Kind of a pot pie, kind of like scalloped potatoes. I loved both. The chocolate mousse was tasty - the chocolate shavings on top was a nice touch - but it’s hard to go wrong with chocolate mousse. I enjoyed my meal enough to want to come back. Based on that and the reactions of everyone else in my group to their meals I am giving 5 stars. Staff was friendly, service was decent.

Excellent dinner and service! The ouef mayonnaise and profiteroles are not to be missed! The wine and drinks list is very good also.

Amazing place with classic brasserie atmosphere. Do order the egg appetizer it’s absolutely delicious!! Actually everything we ordered was amazing! Tartar and profiteroles were my favorites! Super friendly and fun stuff.

Great place - full of local clientele. The deviled eggs were amazing especially on a bed of celery. Had various entrees in the group and all were delicious. Place was packed so make reservations.

We came here for my birthday and it was perfect! The team seemed stressed (possibly understaffed) but our server was the absolute sweetest and made sure we had the best time. The food was great, the decor was very nice and dated (in a good way of course) and the wine was delightful!
