Grande Centre Point Terminal 21

This was our first time visiting Thailand and we wanted to stay at a hotel with the amenities we were looking for. Right when we first arrived, the staff were so friendly. The entire week we stayec there, all the staff were friendly and professional. I he all you can eat breaktast was amazing. Ihe menu changed daily so we were able to try different dishes. We utilized the gym and infinity pool every day. We ordered room service and the price for all the good was inexpensive. We ordered watermelon drinks and sticky rice with mango so many times. There was a laundry service that was close by that did our laundry for cheap. They picked up all our laundry and delivered it cleaned and filled the same day. We had the use of the washer and dryer in our room but it didn't dry as fast as we wanted it too. If you have your room cleaned daily, they replenish your four free drinks daily. The hotel and our room was very clean and our bed was very comfortable. The mall next door was a plus and the massage place was also a plus. My wife and I did a 2 hour massage for $142 for the two of us. We get massages monthly in the states and have had them in other parts of the world but we honestly think the massage we got in Thailand was the best out of all of them. We highly recommend staying at this hotel. It's close to the mall, restaurants, subway and taxi rides were very cheap. We look forward to staying at this hotel in the future but plan to stay for two weeks instead of one week next time. Don't hesitate in booking your room here. Book it because you won't regret it. Thank you to all the staff at this notel. I hank you tor accommodating all our requests for a high rise floor on the 29th floor with a king size bed, washer and dryer and kitchenette. Our stay was awesome because of your hotel and your staff.

This one is a bummer. We really wanted to like this place for the location. We had an issue with the cleanliness of not only the rooms, but the hotel itself. Mold. Mildew, musty smell throughout the hallways. When you look at the walls and doors, you can see it is quite dated and hasn't been that well taken care of over the years. The room itself was large, but again very dirty. Everything has low lighting, almost as if the hotel is trying to hide the lack of cleaning. The manager was very polite and helpful when we brought the issues to his attention. However, two front desk ladies seemed to be "polite" while speaking English. Nit do much when they switched to Thai to talk with each other about my family and I. It pays to know Thai without others knowing. Gave three stars for service because of the manager and concierge workers. If you're okay overpaying for what is a two star hotel at best, this is your place. However, much better options for the money nearby.

Stayed here as a family of three in Jul 2025 and absolutely loved the convenience! The hotel is directly connected to Terminal 21 shopping mall, with plenty of food and shopping options right at your doorstep. Even better, it’s linked to both a BTS Skytrain and an MRT station, making it super easy to get around Bangkok without worrying about the city’s heavy traffic. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable and even had a microwave and even a washing machine inside the room. These features probably explain the slightly higher room rate, but the location and comfort definitely made it worthwhile. Overall, a fantastic stay for anyone who values convenience, comfort, and easy access to transport and shopping in the heart of Bangkok.

Was in Bangkok for a 3D2N trip and booked this Hotel. I have stayed here many times the past few years and I still enjoy staying here, when the price is right!||Getting to the Hotel is easy by the Airport Train, stopping at Makkasan station and connecting to MRT to Sukhumvit station. The Hotel is linked by covered walkway to both the Asoke BTS station and Sukhumvit MRT station. Convenient to travel around!||The Hotel is connected to the Terminal 21 Mall, with lots of shops and eateries. There's also lots of nearby shops, convenience stores, and restaurants as well!||My biggest surprise this trip was when the Hotel gave a Birthday decor greeting in the room for my partner when we came back from sightseeing on Day 2! Thank you very much! Very thoughtful of the Hotel!||If the price is right, try staying here and experience the hospitality!||I will be back!

Location was good. Linked to terminal 21 and Asoke BTS. However the room is showing its age. The amenities provided by the hotel (shower gel etc) are cheap looking, don’t lather well and in very small containers. Also the floor is not carpeted, not sure why. Housekeeping replaced the water and snacks every day though. One major gripe I have is that the soundproofing is horrible. I hear doors opening and slamming and also the TV from next door. Not for light sleepers. The swimming pool is nice. Considering the hotels available at a similar price point in Bangkok, I prob wouldn’t stay here again.

Lovely room (2327) with good views. Location is the absolute best. Excellent staff. Easy check in and check out. Room has mini hot plate, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and free mini bar. No alcohol at the hotel which didn't worry us. Room service was good and food delicious. Breakfast had a good range of choice and I loved trying new things. Only thing I did not like was the traffic. The rooms a very nice, mine had a washing machine full fridge with freezer, sink and cooke top. The sheets and towels were changed every day and the bed was comfortable. The location being right next to the MRT, BTS, and Terminal 21 is great. Service is friendly as in most hotels in this area.

The rooms…Very clean , with plenty of mineral water, coke, sprite, mango juice and tasty snacks replenished every day. Special mention is the sprawling garden where I could do yoga everyday, swim with a beautiful view of the city, my sons could play tennis daily and spend time in the spa. Heated jacuzzi, sauna and steam all included in the cost. This hotel delivers flawless convenience and genuine Thai hospitality. Highly recommended for a perfect, seamless stay in the capital.
