We’ve stayed at several hotels in Bangkok over the years, but Grande Centre Point Terminal 21 truly stands out - especially for its unbeatable location. Being directly connected to Terminal 21 shopping mall and just a few minutes’ walk (indoors!) to the BTS Skytrain station made everything so convenient. Visiting during the rainy season, it was a real bonus to get from the train to the hotel without getting soaked.||||Our room had stunning views over the city, and the same goes for the pool area - breathtaking! The room also included a microwave, a large fridge, and complimentary drinks and snacks, which was a really nice touch.||||Breakfast was fantastic, with a wide selection that catered to every taste. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay.||||We’ll definitely be returning - this hotel has become one of our top choices in Bangkok. Highly recommended!

The room was spacious, clean and service was impeccable. The room had a good complimentary variety of snacks and drinks. The location was very convenient, it was adjacent to the mall and subway. The breakfast was included with an insane varieties of ethic food! I love everything about this hotel. The hotel has other amenities that we didn’t get to use. There’s also an on site massage spa which we used twice.

We stayed at Grande Centre Point Terminal 21, Sukhumvit, Bangkok from 19th to 24th June 2025, and had a truly pleasant experience.||The room was spacious and thoughtfully equipped — having a microwave and sink was a big convenience, especially for light meals or quick snacks. While there are no blackout curtains, the light-filtering shade was sufficient and didn’t bother us, as the sunlight wasn’t too harsh. Being on the 16th floor, we enjoyed a peaceful, noise-free stay.||The bathroom’s automatic bidet was a luxurious touch and definitely a highlight. Breakfast was decent, though vegetarian options were limited. However, when we shared this with the staff, they went the extra mile to prepare vegetarian fried rice especially for my daughter — a gesture we truly appreciated.||The staff were exceptionally warm, helpful, and courteous throughout our stay.||The biggest advantage of this hotel is its direct connection to Terminal 21 Mall and the MRT station, making travel and shopping incredibly convenient. The Pier 21 food court on the mall’s top floor even has a Japanese restaurant that offers Jain food, which was a wonderful surprise for us.||Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we would happily return on our next visit to Bangkok.

Clean, comfortable hotel with large rooms. Very convenient location — next to subway station (Sukhumvit station), and the Sky Train station (Asok Station). Anchored to major shopping mall with plenty of food places on top floors and a supermarket & more food places downstairs. Across the street is Westin, McDonald’s etc. Around the corner (facing Westin) are a bunch of foot and body massage places, the largest of which is Healthland, about 5-10 minutes walk. ||Housekeepers were great, very nice people. Concierge, bellmen, door man, elevator man etc were all very nice. A tip or gratuity might go a long way for excellent service. ||Only thing I didn’t like was how the 300THB daily room credit could be used. There seems to be confusion even amongst the front desk personnel, and some were not nice. Also, I hated dialing 0 to ask for anything, sometimes I’m given wrong info, sometimes not too nice as I’m used to great Thai hospitality. Both minor things but I wanted to point out if this hotel wants 5 stars. ||40 minutes by taxi or Grab to BKK Suvarnabhumi Airport, depending on traffic. For reference, 7 subway stations to Chinatown (Wat Mangon) and 9 subway stations to the Enerald Buddha temple, Grand Palace (Sanam Chai). Pretty convenient. 4 stops by Sky Train to Central World Mall.

An amazing hotel. Facilities are great and maintained to an extremely high standard. Lobby staff are very efficient and helpful even with their basic English. Cannot fault this hotel except for their parking. Although the front of hotel staff do as much as they can you will be absolutely stuck in around the hotel if you have a larger vehicle. There simply is no parking. The other thing this hotel may need to improve on is their small buffet breakfast selection. I personally felt it was a little bit basic for the standard of the hotel. Still a great hotel overall.

We stayed here for 3 nights and absolutely loved it! The location is perfect—the hotel has direct access to the mall from inside. The view from the 32nd floor was breathtaking. Breakfast wasn’t included, but we paid around $15 per person at the lobby for the buffet and it was totally worth it! The pool area is beautiful, and the hotel itself is modern, with all facilities well maintained. Our room had a washer/dryer, which was super convenient for doing laundry mid-trip. The staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling and eager to help in any way they could. Highly recommended!

I really appreciated the thoughtful touches – they provide daily snacks, bottled water, and drinks in the fridge, all free of charge. It made the stay feel very welcoming and convenient. Overall, I truly enjoyed my experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok.

Stayed here for 2 nights and the staff was great and breakfast was a wonderful variety. Convenient access to the mall. Very clean and free fridge drinks. Only thing I didn't like: it was me and a child in the room, but instead of having one big bed or 2 small beds, they squeezed one big bed and one small bed. Left hardly any room to walk around. We both slept in the big bed.
