It was very nice. When we 1st arrived there was a woman that wouldn't help me, I had a problem with the view in my room she was rude but then when the bellman came up and dropped our luggage off I asked him if we could get a higher up floor with a nicer view (we were supposed to be on a high floor with a view, we got the 4th floor looking at the actual units) the girl on the phone said nothing could be done. The bellhop took care of it and got our room changed, so our stay ended up being amazing, and he was so nice to go above and beyond to do that for us. We ended up getting a room on the 25th floor with an amazing view. This hotel was pricy, but I feel like it was worth it once we got our new room. We stayed here for a week for the Dance convention and I will say the stay was great after dealing with that 1st worker and her being rude no one else was rude the rest of the time so hopefully she was just having a hard day because this hotel is amazing and I will definitely be back one day!

Google
This hotel is advertised as a luxury stay, but it’s really just a 3-star experience at best. From start to finish, it felt like one issue after another. We were put in a corner room they claimed was an upgrade, but it turned out to be the smallest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Room service was shockingly overpriced — I ordered two crème brûlées and a bottle of water, and it came out to $70. The pool area was decent, but it was loud and the service was almost nonexistent. The on-site restaurants were underwhelming. The only one that seemed promising, Citron, was closed for private events the entire time we were there. While there are some solid Uber Eats options nearby, drivers aren’t allowed to deliver to the room, so you’re stuck picking it up in the lobby — and depending on who’s working, that can be a hassle. Honestly, the best part of the trip was spending time at the Ritz-Carlton pool nearby, where the service was impeccable. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.

Currently staying here. I hate this place. Was here last weekend as well. I’ve stayed here now 5 times in the last two years. Never again!! WiFi is horrible. Every restaurant 2 hour wait. Booked queen beds only had a king available. Tried up charging for a different room. Better options everywhere

A big THANK YOU and shout out to Savannah! She is at the concierge at this Resort and went above and beyond to help with airport transportation. Incredibly helpful and very efficient with getting me connected with the right people.

We were so well taken care of here! Passing staff kept us hydrated with ice water and everyone was so helpful. The restaurant by pool had delicious food!

Yelp
As always the Ritz carlton is on top of their game in the luxury standards where they keep reaching new heights in each little detail. The staff was very polite and professional they took their time explaining and giving out tips and help when needed, rooms ,common ares , bathrooms, and all of the facility was extremely organized and well maintained. Definitely a remarkable experience and a very beautiful property!

Yelp
I decided to take a whim for my big day and do a solo half day escape at The Ritz Spa! Here's my freshly remembered do and don't's, you're so welcome. Do the complimentary valet parking for your spa guest service, seems like a no brainer, JW parking seems way out of the way. Arrive way earlier so you can take advantage of those low key amenities that are only for spa guests (getting in some good hours here feels key to match the price point). When you finally make your way to the spa check-in lobby make sure to say yes to the mini tour - the grounds are a bit of a maze. Also, if you're not sure like me ask about a suggested itinerary of what to tackle in order (e.g. steam room, pool, showers, sauna, restaurant, etc.) just trying to see if there's a better method to the madness. I ended up missing the restaurant as it closed I recall 4 (imo felt too early) so keep that in mind if you're planning to want to have a meal there. Lounging, soaking, and escaping is of course the name of the game here. So extra tip, come with a book or two and even pen and pad - my preference but it helped with the mental escape even more! Silly tip. Don't be like me and forget your wallet when you go lounge by the pool. I missed on that good looking menu and like I said before it was too late when I tried to go back later in the day! Lounging in your robe at the pool was bliss, it's the very off the radar hotel that made it feel comfortable along with the great service from staff. Staff always had it covered from towels/water/and even spf.. Don't skimp out - take a dip in that pool or get a lap in or two - its room temperature but a nice shocker to the body esp coming out of the hot tub - helps with the body refresh/reset. Here comes my best part a must do - the Eucalyptus steam room! Oof hard to catch a breath in there but something about that strong detox will make you come out melting away all those toxins. Next, do hit the cool rain shower near the hot tub and try one of the cold citrus infused towels in the fridge for the extra dose of- ahh this is life. Just be careful and don't burn yourself in that shower. The one by the indoor hot tub water temp can get HOTT! And for heavens sake do taste those muffins O-M-G - to realize I almost denied it! Side notes - they have lovey spa products e.g. body citrus scrub in the locker room shower - it's a sweet touch. Not yet done though - do end the day right with a slow and nice self blow dry- you'll thank me later. Then while on you're on your way out, feel free to wonder more around the grounds. You'll pass a scented garden, after that, veer left and you'll see the lovely lake with hammock just awaiting all lifes thoughts..... Lastly and most importantly of all, if you're reading to much into it or a bit apprehensive to book, I say just give yourself the damn Justification. I sure did- because the RITZ Spa should be passage of right to any who seek it! A good sample it was..

Yelp
If you're looking for a romantic day date with your partner, look no further than the Ritz-Carlton Orlando's Spa for a couples massage. You'll sure to be relaxed and rejuvenated as you get pampered by their amazing staff! If you're celebrating an anniversary or birthday make sure to mention it for special treats. Don't forget your bathing suit and take some time to relax by the pool with wait staff to bring you drinks, food, and anything else you need. It's a great way to rejuvenate and refresh right here in Orlando. I've been to a couple of the local resort spas, but the experience here is always elite!

Yelp
My best friend and I had an amazing staycation at the Ritz. From checking in to checkout was a smooth experience. Upon our arrival we were greeted by the valet attendant approached us got our bags out the car the bellman Charles took our items and directed us to check in where we were greeted again which I love the hospitality that was being shown we checked in at the front was given out room keys. Because I was Gold elite Marriott Bonvoy member our room was upgraded to have a better view. Hopefully next time we could get upgraded to the executive suite. Charles then directed us to our room advised of the restaurants on the resort and times of operations. The elevator was a smooth ride didn't even noticed we moved. We got to our room very nice and clean. Charles brought our bags and advised us were ice machine etc is on the floor. We stayed for the weekend. Friday after we got settled changed and went straight to the pool to relax. Everyone that assisted us was very helpful. We ordered room service that night and food was good. Saturday we had breakfast at Highball & Harvest so good, then went back to the pool highly recommend going early to get a good spot. We went after breakfast so round 1 it was busy we didn't originally have a good spot but one opened up closer to the pool we got lucky lol We had dinner at Highball & Harvest another great experience. We were able to see the fireworks. We came for a relaxing weekend and that we did. The app made it very easy to checkout. I will definitely be going back to the Ritz. Thank you to all the staff that assisted us with questions and going above beyond to make sure we know where everything is.

Yelp
We stayed here for my husband's birthday. The staff, employees and management are incredible! Carlos (food manager) went above and beyond to make sure we had a special experience for our family. He and Erica set up a tea experience for my MIL and my girls which was a sweet treat. Mitchell, bartender, created craft cocktails that may be the best we have ever had. Lovely stay and our Dalmatian enjoyed all the decorations.

Yelp
Wonderful. Loved everything about this property - a staff that consistently exceeds expectations, wonderful & quiet rooms, great meeting spaces, exceptional work out facility and beautiful pool (w exceptional lunch). I forgot the great lobby bar - again spectacular service & great views. Exceeded my expectations in every way.

Yelp
Orlando during the holiday season is a sight to see! We love staying at the Ritz Carlton when we visit the area. It's a beautiful hotel which is freshly remodeled with lots of amenities on site. The outdoor pool area is beautiful on a sunny day. The gym is well equipped with premium equipment. The restaurants offered top-notch food with reasonable prices, considering where you are. With regards to the rooms, everything is at or above Ritz Carlton, quality with regards to comfort and design. Overall, a wonderful place to stay... Especially when the prices are reasonable. Fishing, mountain biking, and other activities are available to do for fun during the day. These are included if you have the American Express perks. We especially like the mountain bike trail, which was a new addition and very exciting. We decided to stay here over the holiday time into Christmas Day and unfortunately, it wasn't the typical Ritz Carlton experience. Let me start off by saying that it was still very nice and with regards to room, cleanliness, and the amenities, our stay was great. However, it seemed like the staff were flustered the entire time we were there. Upon check-in, we were told of a few things that we were supposed to be given with our American Express complimentary perks, but we never received them. Throughout our stay, we asked for a few additional smaller items, one of which was a lint roller. We were told that if it was possible they would bring it up and never heard from them again with a yes or no. Additionally, upon arrival we were told we would be given a glass of champagne for our aniversary that never arrived to our room & nothing was heard of that again. During checkout, we called down for the luggage cart on two occasions, because the first time nobody showed. And then, lastly, our checkout process, and receiving our car from valet, had a few messy issues along the way, including them not being able to find our car keys. We come to this location rather frequently as we live only a few hours south, so we are familiar with how things are normally run there and this just wasn't up to par. This may be due to it being holiday times, but considering that we paid nearly double the typical nightly rate, for a less than typical Ritz Carlton experience, it's a little frustrating. That being said, I would not consider this typical for this hotel, and I would still easily recommend the Ritz. Separately, these issues would be minuscule and probably ignored. However, since there were so many of them, I felt I needed to mention them in this review.

Yelp
What an incredible property. Stayed here for a work conference & I'm already planning a trip back in the winter time (yay for Michigan snowbirds!) Everything from check-in to the in betweens: the Diptyque toiletries, the Michelin starred restaurants, the nitro cold brew/matcha lattes with strawberry cold foams at the coffee shop, and the Pelotons in the fitness center...what more could an elder millennial want?! There's also so much to do at this resort like: *Mountain Bike Rentals & Trail *Kayaking *Floating down the lazy river *Driving Range *Pickle Ball *Tennis *Kayaking on weekends *Falconry Experiences (?!?! right?! lol) *Fishing Excurisions *Sunrise Safari *Eco-Tours *THE SPA -- the pricing is a pretty penny but there's even a dedicated pool area for spa guests. Definitely something I will be trying. This also seems like a great property to stay at if visiting WDW/Universal as there's shuttle transportation available. It's also a quick 15 min from Disney Springs. It's my first time staying at a RC and definitely won't be my last!

Yelp
I'm recently attended a 3 day conference here . The staff was super attentive and amazing in every way . The hotel is luxurious in every way and the ambiance just amazing . Beautiful grounds and tins if vegetarian food options . Thus is the first time I've been in Orlando and not felt that I was always surrounded by everything Disney . Perfect on every way

Yelp
Please don't go here expecting 5 star service. I feel the ritz has really dropped the ball as of lately. I went last memorial weekend and while I recognize it was super busy and a few mishaps were to be expected the service and staff's attitude was awful. Every time there was an opportunity to provide "legendary" service that opportunity was terrible missed. On several occasions I found myself having to call front desk to ask them to perform simple tasks like clean my room by 5pm or follow up on why the fire alarm was randomly going off in my room at 2am. Their attitude was dismissive and unapologetic. Really disappointed

Yelp
Right when you walk in the fragrance that envelops the area smelled amazing. I asked the hotel staff what it was and was told that it's their signature scent and they sell it at their gift shop. There's friendly greeters at the door. The hotel staff were excellent very friendly and knowledgeable. The view from the room was nice. The rooms were clean and tidy. We ordered room service for one of the nights. It was delicious, loved the burger and truffle fries. I also checked out the gym and worked out a bit one of the other days. The staff also helped me book a shuttle to Epcot.

Yelp
What an absolutely fabulous stay at this property. The Ritz deserves its five star rating!! From the moment you drive up you are greeted with kindness and feel special. Beware there is only valet parking and no self parking unless you want to park at the JW Marriott next door. The check in process was smooth and seamless. I had a standard double room and it was beautiful. The bathroom had a huge soaking tub and a separate shower. Everything was marble and pristine. The bed slept very comfortably. There's also a full mini-bar and snacks available in your room for purchase. The bar area downstairs was very nice and they had live music both nights I was there. They were very good artists. They have a very nice steakhouse on property called the knife and spoon. There are a lot of beautiful seating areas all around the property. What is also nice is that it is connected to the JW Marriott. Since the properties are connected, you have access to both pools and amenities at both. They also have a very massive convention and meeting area spaces. The breakfast café had a really good danish and coffee that I liked and any type of snack you could imagine for purchase. I had an absolutely wonderful stay and I highly recommend and will return again.

Lissete C.

Yelp
I won't recommend this to be anyone first try at a ritz-Carlton. From start to finish it's probably cheaper to stay at a Hilton with probably better service. We went for memorial wkend and it was packed as could be expected. But the staff I usually impeccable at the Ritz Carlton, but for some reason in Orlando, it left very much to desire. For starters, the fire alarm went out off in our room at 2 o'clock in the morning we got up got our two little ones up, and it ended up being just the fire alarm in our room not an actualfire. The AC for some reason wasn't cooling to the desired degree And the main problem was the pool, it has so much chlorine that it damage all of our bathing suits and damaged our hair and we got pretty bad skin rashes from it. We had to get haircuts because the damage was so much that there was no repairing.

Alex M.

Yelp
Do the Four Seasons, 100% They deducted every single point out of my Marriott account AFTER I left the property because the way they ran my card triggered fraud so it declined, so they went in and hacked my account and took thousands of dollars worth of points for some extra charges. Terrible
google avatar

John M.

Yelp
This Ritz Carlton is an amazing hotel if you are looking for an upscale hotel in the Orlando, Florida area. The staff are amazing and the grounds and building are stunning.
google avatar

Heather W.

Yelp
Absolutely stunning! You have welcomed as soon as you step out of your car. I loved the fresh flowers that changed daily in the lobby. It was such a nice touch. They even had a kid section with a hotel pet near the checkin desk for kids to hang out in! Again all staff went up and beyond here. I was truly impressed by everyone and I came in to contact with most departments. They truly have compassion even with out of the norm situation. Definitely take time to walk around and enjoy the beautiful interior decor and millwork. Beds were probably the comfiest I've had and I travel quite a bit. I loved the food options and can't wait to go back just to try the steakhouse! Even though it has a great east location to theme parks and Idrive, you don't feel like you're in a touristy spot. It's serene to walk around the lake and property. If you get a chance to stay here, do it!

Yelp
Everything, staff, as always very efficient, hotel impeccable. My suite was absolutely flawless. Everything was brilliant. Congrats. Highlights Alex one of the waitress in the red downstairs is a gem! Well spoken, Knowledgeable in good Italian and French wines as well as the Sonoma Valley and all others!! Excellent personality and approach to customers. She's so much more than a waitress!!! To keep an eye on her career!! She belongs in one of the Ritz Carlton in Europe. Her husband as a bar tender is extraordinary, Fluent in Italian and knowledge in French. Experienced in beverages and wines connoisseur of good vineyards around Europe. This could be the couple that should be the sommeliers in any of the 5 star's restaurants of the Ritz. Congratulations on your excellent choice of Human Resources.

Yelp
The lobby is massive and beautiful. We used digital key to skip the front desk and went straight to our room. Our room faced the golf course and had a view of a few palm trees. Nothing to write home about but it was clean and the balcony was big enough to eat breakfast on. The real wow factor about this place is it shares pool amenities with the JW Marriott next door. There's a lazy river with pool rafts for you to borrow. We honestly could have spent our entire vacation just hanging out back. Additionally, there are a countless number of pools and hot tubs for you to relax in. The grounds of the property are massive. We wandered around for an hour or so and came across a hammock strung up between two trees. After a quick nap we found ourselves pretty far from the hotel. When you're in Orlando I feel like you always have to keep an eye out on gators but luckily we didn't encounter any.

Yelp
Had a spa day with a friend, for my birthday. We are both women of a certain age. Still spry, but mature. When we went to the pool, after our treatment, we asked for two umbrellas, as one umbrella was leaving sun on us, and we no longer want the intense sunburns! During my stay outside, at the pool, between 10am and 4:30pm: I asked a total of four times, for an additional umbrella. He told me it was not allowed, but I saw him take multiple umbrellas to 20 and 30-something young ladies This is ageism, and is not attractive or productive for a luxury spa such as Ritz-Carlton. Also, when I went in at 4:30 to get dressed, my locker had been unlocked, and was open for anyone to access the things I had left in my locker. I talked to the locker attendant: she just shrugged her shoulders, and said: "Sorry.", not sounding sorry. I normally go at least 1-2 times a year to a spa day at the Ritz. (as does my friend). I may be changing this. It was NOT a pleasant day, because of these two issues. I will find another spa to go to.

Pooja N.

Yelp
It was an awesome experience at Ritz. The grounds are well maintained. Staff is friendly and rooms are super clean. Truly a five star experience! The housekeeping was two times in one day. We visited the pool bars at both Ritz and JW Marriott that are connected and enjoyed the drinks and food there.

Yelp
This is fantastic facility and I had a great experience while attending a security conference here. The room was clean, modern and spacious. The hotel staff were courteous, helpful and friendly. The food was good. This is located in a central location, not too far from the airport. I must admit that this is undoubtedly one of the best hotels in Orlando. Highly recommended!

Yelp
Rest and rejuvenating at the Ritz Carlton during Memorial Day weekend was truly refreshing. A slow start with being given the wrong view then sent us to another room without a working TV and sent maintenance. 1.5hrs later and room #3 with the correct view, we were finally able to get settled in. The unexpected Fire & Ice performance in front of our room made it an unforgettable experience!

Yelp
Great hotel, amazing staff, would come again if I'm in the Orlando area. Very luxurious, lobby smells impeccable. The First drop cafe in the lobby is great with many things to choose from: gelato, cold bites, chips, coffee, tea. Free water bottles upon request. Room service was very fast at 2:00am.

Yelp
From the moment we arrived we have been treated like royalty but my favorite part of the whole stay was the attention we got from Giovanna at the Bleu pool. She went above and beyond! We got to talking a little when I was by the pool and I shared with her that I left a some stuff at home like hat and sunglasses and she took it upon herself to send me a hat to my room so I can enjoy my day a the pool the next day. It was a beautiful thought and made my experience extra special. It's the little things that count the most! I would never forget this wonderful experience! Thanks again Giovanna!

Yelp
Was here for my husbands company event and stayed one extra day past the event time to go to Universal. The night we came back from the park, they somehow had not linked our two bookings together so we had to check in again. Annoying but I looked past it. When we got back to the rooms, nothing had been cleaned. They completely skipped over our room because of the mix up so we didn't have new towels or water. We ended up drinking the extra water we had bought ourselves the day before. Checkout day arrived and staff knocked on our doors twice to rush us to check out. We had already called the front desk to tell them about our checkout time (noon). My husband's a platinum elite member here and service was just not up to par on the last day. Probably would not come back for private vacations in the future. Never had such bad service at any of the other hotels which are much cheaper in price.

Yelp
Beautiful hotel. The smell of the lobby is just incredible. The design, the decor, stuff, all incredible.

Sean S.

Yelp
The Ritz-Carlton lived up to its brand. Staff are exceptionally professional and extremely helpful with any question or concern. The lobby is elegantly designed and very welcoming. I do wish the hotel bar was open longer. They have quite a good menu. It you can't try them after 11 which isn't realistic if you've been out at Disney all day. You can get two cocktails; a Manhattan or Margarita via room service until 2am. Room service is well done. Both times I ordered it arrived before they said it would. The food didn't seem like they took very long to get to the room. The fries were crisp. They had forgotten my toast but they knew it and went to get it. I wish they would have retoasted it because it was cold by the time it arrived but that's minor in the scheme of things. Our room was serviced 3 times a day, was perfectly quiet for a jet lag nap and spacious for stretching out with a comfortable melt sized deck. Would definitely return!

Yelp
Gorgeous property with outstanding service! Wonderful restaurants. Luxurious, quiet and comfortable rooms. So many activities that there's no need to leave the property. Among the experiences you can book here are guided Eco Tours by kayak, and Falconry, of all things! Definitely a 5-star experience.
google avatar

Mils S.

Yelp
Wonderful hotel.  Staff is exceptionally accommodating.  Very clean is an understatement.  They have so many amenities and conveniences that you shouldn't even need to leave the property.  You are able to use the JW Marriott's amenities as well, which we did.  I was there on business,  however,  my sister, daughter and mom joined me and they mainly enjoyed themselves.  Everything from the pools, hot tubs, complimentary fruit infused water, games (cornhole, air hockey, etc.) and exceptional staff really made our stay a memorable one.  If given the opportunity,  I will definitely return!

Yelp
Arrived on Jan 19th 2024, assigned room 1056. Upon arrival we were greeted at the vehicle by a doorman who promptly took our luggage and took them to the front desk. On the way he asked us for our name, when we got to the front desk he introduced us to the clerk who promptly looked up our reservation. Nice touch. The clerk, then gave us an overview of the property and was quite thorough. The property is huge, with several restaurants. They're also connected to the JW Marriott and you can use their facilities as well. Beautiful properly. Now for the not so good stuff. We're Platinum Elite and part of the perks is a complimentary room upgrade. As the clerk (Donald) was looking at the screen he looked up and said he had a "club" level room for an extra $500. I declined. But it left a sour taste in my mouth that he tried to upsell me a room he could have easily upgraded me for free because of my status. I don't really brag about status, but perks are perks. I should not have had to pay $500 more to upgrade. It's a small thing but it bothered me the entire one night stay. The Lakeview king room was very nice. Large, clean, and quiet. There is an honor bar in the room, never touched it. But there was plenty of choices if that's your thing. The only thing I I was not happy to see in the room was a pillow case had a big hole in it. For what I paid for the room, and this being Ritz-Carlton I expected better. But I loved the hotel. But with the clerk trying to upsell a Platinum member, I probably will not be back.

Yelp
Where do I begin? From the time you set foot on this property, the staff makes you feel special. Oftentimes, the staff will come from behind the counter to address you by asking, "how may I assist you?" The property was meticulously maintained with everything in it's place. And I almost forgot, they have a live falcon on the premises. I can't wait for my next adventure at one of their properties.

Yelp
This is a massive resort (note "resort" meaning that benefits for Marriott Bonvoy holders may be slightly different). The rooms are very clean, bright and comfortable. Some incredible views (including some of the Disney fireworks). The amenities are plentiful - the pool is large (but not terribly deep - which is nice for families). Staff is very gracious and welcoming. Awesome Michelin star restaurant (Knife and Spoon) on the premises as well. Shuttle service to and from Disney available as well (although only one outbound at 8:05am - with returns in the evening at 4:45, 7:45, 9:45 and 11: 45). NOTE - if you're getting service down at the pool. Gratuity I usually already added so double check the bill before you add additional tip (not saying you shouldn't tip up for stellar service - but know that it's already included).

Yelp
This place smells of excellence from the moment you walk in to the moment you won't want to leave! From the ambiance and decor inside to the doormen greeting you and opening doors. The lobby bar has an elegant touch and on occasion you will find live music and the best bartenders around! They have several restaurants on site and they're all independently spectacular! Highly recommend even if you're just grabbing a cocktail!

Yelp
My favorite staycation and spa sanctuary in Orlando! Easy to book appointments online. Adequately priced for the service and amenities. You can valet your car and have it validated while spending the day at the spa. Each therapist I have thoroughly enjoyed- from massages to facials. The sauna is always empty and clean. You are checked on to make sure you are comfortable and don't need anything in a lovely and endearing manner. (Not bothersome at all!) On the men's side they have a plunge bath that my partner thoroughly enjoys after the sauna. I highly recommend the blue crab salad poolside and trifecta of dips. It's light and filling- and still on the healthy side. I recommend booking your massage/facials in the the morning and then spending the day by the pool.

Yelp
Love this hotel. Probably the best Ritz in all of Florida. They maintain the posh Ritz attitude and experience you come to expect. The property is huge and the 40,000 sq ft spa on site is spectacular to say the least. This property also has a Michelin star restaurant on site, known as the Knife & Spoon. Be sure to make reservations if you want to table otherwise, you will not be eating there. The rooms are clean and beautifully appointed as you would expect from a Ritz. Top notch service. Valet. Room service. Turn down service. They have it all.

Yelp
We are traveling a lot this summer and took some quiet time to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. Made a quick trip down to Orlando for a few days to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of the Ritz Carlton. They take care of everything! It's beautiful! Amazing on sight amenities! It's expensive. Our plans were sort of last minute since we have major travel plans for July, so we ended up with a standard, king room on the 2nd floor. The room and lakefront views were wonderful. The Ritz Carlton is the quitest hotel you will ever stay in. Exactly what we were looking for. We spent most of our time enjoying all the outdoor facilities the Ritz offers, but if you want to enjoy the Disney options, they're only 20 minutes away. I can't say I'll be a regular customer of the Ritz Carlton, but when special occasions arise, this luxury hotel certainly fits the bill.

Yelp
Great stay here. We had a lake view king on club level. Room was newly redone. Great bed. Arrived to welcome macarons in the room and waters. Nice honor bar. Pretty big terrace with a great view. Very comfortable home base while we were in town. Also love that this hotel has zero Disney references. I get that it's Orlando, but we weren't here for that so I am glad we picked this Ritz. Excellent service throughout. Fast and friendly valet. I have stayed at a lot of Ritz Carlton's and can say that Club level was one of the best I've been to. Huge club area. Great to relax or get some work done. Awesome service, too. Give food and snack presentations a day that are always excellent. Got in a little pool time even with colder weather -- warm pool, nice service, not cramped. Nice walking path around Ritz/JW Marriott, golf course, lake area. We enjoyed it. Great hotel and location. I would 100% stay here again if I were back in Orlando. Highly recommended.

Yelp
Amazing!!!! I'm absolutely speechless by the service we received this week. Special shout out to Nick from the pool who stayed over time to serve us dinner at Blue. He also was our server at the pool and he did an outstanding job! He was very friendly. The guys that set up the towels were amazing too. I literally just wanted to be at the pool the entire time because I knew I was going to get pampered. My daughter absolutely loved Dobby ! We had to give her a visit everyday. Shout out to the cleaning crew that picked up our room everytime we left. Amazing stay! I told my husband I only want to stay at the ritz from now on. Hahaha!! Love everything about the resort. Thank you for an amazing week!

Yelp
This property is beautiful and smells amazing inside. I liked the fitness center and spa. Great workout equipment and machines were clean and well maintained. The pool was AWESOME. The setup was perfect, there are optional water toys or floats for rent, and it is perfect temperature in the pool. The pool is perfect size and many chairs and cabanas are available. The staff will set you up at an umbrella and chairs location of your choice. The drinks and food are great and the wait staff is very customer service oriented. I will definitely return. I recommend this pool and hotel for sure.

Yelp
Had a great stay at the Ritz-Carlton. The staff were amazing. Very accommodating and polite. Room service was a little spendy but the portions were huge and I didn't have anything I didn't like. The pool area was very nice and relaxing. Plenty of loungers so you were able to get a nice spot without having to be there super early.

Yelp
I am utterly speechless. In the BEST way possible. I have only been checked in here for about 8 hours and am honestly BLOWN AWAY by the excellent customer service, amenities, and beautiful scenery here. First off- during the check in process, they treat you like the queen of England. Like you've never stayed here with us before!? Well be prepared to have the experience of your life. The room- uhhhh GORGEOUS. Comfortable. Did I mention the bathroom has a spa shower AND tub AND huge vanity??? Bed- feels like you're on a cloud. Not your typical hotel bed with the thin sheet like comforter and flat as a cotton pad pillow- soooo comfortable. Did I also mention 24 hour room service?! I stayed at a well recognized hotel in Chicago for a National convention a few months ago that refused to bring me WATER to my room. Not here!!! I had some hair spray delivered to the front desk via insta cart, because ya know, humidity, and my hair won't survive without. They kindly brought my delivery to my room with no questions. THEN between the hours of 6-10pm they already managed to service my room and fully restock my supplies! Not just talking your basic hotel supplies either!! You'll receive a full nicely done wooden toothbrush set, razor set, little sewing kit type thing idk what it all has but it's a lot, mouth wash- I mean all the things (other than aerosol hairspray) that you could need while traveling. Last but not least- I was also hungry for some wings (delish) so had those delivered via room service around 10:30PM. They brought this entire set up with a rolling table and rolled it into my room, again like make me feel like the queen of England here, and set it up for me. Felt like I should have had a date for this set up. My pink Jammie's definitely felt under dressed for the occasion, but the kind customer service gal made me feel so welcomed to enjoy those delicious wings solo from my husband and kid without any guilt. If I could make this place my weekly, or at least monthly, get away from all the adult responsibilities of the world- I'd pay all the money for the luxuries of this Ritz. I have stayed at some of the top resorts in Mexico that cost my first borns college savings fund and those resorts have nothing in this Ritz. I maybe be traveling here for work, but j sure feel like I'm on the vaca of a lifetime!

Yelp
We stayed here for a Birthday/VMX Conference and thoroughly enjoyed every inch of this property. We have never had a bad experience when staying at one of Marriots the Ritz properties, but in our limited experience, Orlando takes the cake so far. This was my first Saks personal shopping experience with Raul and that man is seriously beyond amazing. Everyone should have a Raul! Such an eclectically talented man. The club lounge is always stocked with a vast variety of delectably consumables, sure to please most any palate. We highly recommend visiting Daniel in H&H restaurant. His drink curations are phenomenal. Akiko in the spa is hands down the best masseuse I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The spa facilities are exactly what one needs when seeking a calm & tranquil reset. The pumpkin salad at Knife & Spoon is absolutely worth a visit. Remove expectations as it is a different sort of "salad" but my goodness it really is so scrumptious. There was a taller tan lady in the lounge (14th floor) that was not just attentive, but genuine in her following up and conversating with us. Logan, also a very attentive young man with impeccable manners. Valet and Bell, ready and willing to assist and so friendly. Last and certainly not least, our room attendant Ann, so very sweet and thoughtful. I don't think we had to ring for her once. She even penned a nice welcome/birthday letter. If every business modeled customer service as the Ritz does this country would be unstoppable. Twenty stars! Thank you for sharing in a wonderful birthday week(end) & making it one of my most memorable.

Yelp
Stopped by the other day for some appetizers and drinks. We didn't explore the entire hotel, but the parts we did see were beautiful. We sat down at a table in the main lobby and started off with some drinks. They gave us a small tray of snacks (olives, chickpeas, and popcorn) to pick on while we drank. We also got the crab croquettes, shrimp cocktail, and a flatbread pizza to split. The food was all great, but I was especially impressed with the crab croquettes. It was my first time trying these, but they were delicious. Aside from the food, the servers were all so friendly! The hotel manager even stopped by a couple times to make sure everything was going well. This is an awesome hotel, so I'd definitely come back again.

Yelp
I've been putting off this review and will likely come back and edit it. I'll preface with the fact that I did get a refund for my stay so I'm not scoring it lower. Will I go back? Likely not. It's so pretentious and the prices really are outrageous. We've stayed at The JW next door which is the same price for the most part but much more laid back and family friends- just ... nice. We decided to try The Ritz for our anniversary (ten years)- first- no self park- only valet for $50 a day. Then, I get to our room and did mobile check in because we got there early and ... our room key doesn't work. We wait, I use the app, they're sending someone, no one comes. Awesome. Later, we're having dinner and our server starts a very awkward conversation about his rent cost and how he lives there with his wife and child and they want to move but can't because it's expensive. I'm an empath. It's in my soul. But, I'm splurging and wanting to enjoy a fancy weekend. Buzz kill! Next day, the pool is OVER-RUN with kids. Not in a "wow lots of families are here that's great"--- but in a ... did someone whistle and tell every kid within a few miles to come swimming in the main pool kind of way. Turns out the pool was closed at JW for renovations and we were never told. So, there goes our entire point of staying at The Ritz vs JW--- it was absolutely not fancy and quiet. The air conditioning in our room wasn't working well on the second night and I asked for someone to come look at it- no one came. Our 10 year anniversary noted on the reservation? Never acknowledged. I'm even a "Bonvoy Elite" member. Had the awkward conversation with the manager about our stay- he says he'll refund and give us our points back- it took a full month. Is it nice? Yes. Is it clean? Mostly. Is it nice to have someone set up your chair by the pool and have comfortable chairs? Yes. Is it worth the price? I don't think so. Are the employees and guests snobby overall? Absolutely. So much so that it's impossible to miss.

Yelp
This review is for the lobby bar. As expected, this is a beautiful space with a rather expansive bar and seating area. Exceptional service, and the best part was our bartender making a specialty cocktail for my friend after asking her a few questions about her preferences. I enjoyed three Earl Grey martinis :)

Yelp
Property seems nice enough and lots of marble to make you happy in entry. Staff will not answer a second call.. they know they messed up and are avoiding (From room service to concierge desk.) All in all, nice property.. horrible customer service from beginning to end. I was actually greeted by a woman at concierge desk by "welcome peloton man." I literally turned and walked away from her. Imagine saying "welcome lulu lemon woman" haha..

Yelp
Best hotel so far we have visited, front lobby service gentlemen/women are very professional and kind. Loved every min we stayed. We were there for a week, felt so pampered and cannot say even anything minus about the whole experience. Ritz Carlton will be my only place to visit hence forth which ever country or city. Thanks for giving amazing vacation.

Yelp
I stayed at the Ritz last week and had such an incredible stay! The front desk staff, especially Yash, were super professional and helped me with a package being delivered to my room. The bar staff, Dhai and Jose, were so sweet! When I was outdoors for lunch, Dhai spotted me and brought over a Red Bull like I had been drinking the night before! The property is beautiful as well. I don't want to stay anywhere other than Ritz Carlton hotels after my wonderful experience.
