I like the store it’s nice I like what they have like hoodies, clothes, shoes, accessories and more it’s just the first time I went there it was way to over priced like for example the cross chrome heart jeans were about $20,000 and that’s because those are just custom jeans with chrome heart collaboration. I would give that a 3 star because the high price really affects the stuff I want to get from the store almost half of the things are just thousands and there is one shirt there for $800 something. Overall I like it but it’s way to overpriced

I don't know exactly what I can get from this store and what is the purpose of their service. They have a large footprint store in an expensive mall. You end up with a high price and an exorbitant fee because they rented a big store, filled it "artificially" with many "things" , and they must cover the rent and expenses. Sure, the store associates are very nice, they try to impress you, but ultimately you are the one who is going to be overcharged to cover the store fees. I was going to give them only one star, but since I honestly didn't get the main purpose of this store, I gave them 2 stars.

Sneaker shop? More like a waste of space to me. They waste so much space that they don’t even utilize. Like why you paying rent for a huge place when your sneaker inventory ain’t that huge to begin with. They need to get spot like Douse back in the day before they moved to a bigger store in the mall and again waste space, but at least they got walls filled 😂 I’m a sneakerhead and I admit sneaker culture is kind of dead. The hype just isn’t there and even Kobe, Travis, MJ or Virgil can’t save it. Don’t waste your money or time. Come look but save your money unless money don’t mean much to you

Every time I go into this store, it is always and i mean always a bad experience. I have tried to give it multiple chances but the actual service and smell of the store is overwhelming . I feel like I walk into a gunja pit. with a bunch of lean cups on the floor as if half the staff will start nodding off in front of me. overall the store is just overpriced reps and you can definitely get ur money worth somewhere else.

Terrible Customer Service asked the guy a question and he said I don’t know and walked away really rude. Crazy part was i knew what i wanted saw it on their site before coming .ur Employees are losing u guys sales.

I was helped by a kind skinny boy who helped me find hellstar products. I was completely enthralled the way he weaved his words as a master sales person. I believe the childs name was xaivier.

The customer service was terrible. Ive never experienced being kicked out of a store for, “just browsing,” and, “not buying,” even though my son was going to buy a pair of yeezy slides for his 14th with his friends. According to my kid and his closest friends, “the store manager rallied us up and told us that ‘this is a place of business,’ and,’ you cant just hang around here because we make over 300,000 a day and you don’t matter to us.’ This is obviously not true, my son and his friends were deciding on a pair of yeezys to buy, not hanging out. Please work on your customer relations please and stop abusing age stereotypes.

Saw a couple of teenagers get kicked out? Shows that their service doesn't allow teenagers to spend their own money?? Talking about the value, Very overpriced. Salespeople told me to put back the shoe?? People can't just look around to shop now? The shop upstairs is so much better than this. Very bad experience, Do better.
