I went to this store for Black Friday with my son. I was immediately greeted and helped by this young lady she has curly hair very sweet I forget her name. She was beyond helpful and put together outfits for my son and even went above and beyond to help me find something for myself. I’ve been in the store before I believe she’s new but she knows exactly how to make the customer feel so welcomed and is knowledgeable. It’s a chaotic time during Black Friday but she made me feel like I was having such a personalized one on one experience while shopping! She is the perfect touch for the store and brings a new atmosphere to Grandeur. She was extremely caring and patient, I walked in thinking we were just looking around but after our interaction I left buying a lot of stuff that I know my son and myself love now. I will definitely be back to shop with her!

I just went to this store and there was one weird employee didn’t let me and my friend in. He was very rude and gave us attitude. Such a shame that, this good store letting weird people work for them. (It’s just happened, so hopefully they can identify this employee and at least talk with him to be nicer to the customers). TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I like the store it’s nice I like what they have like hoodies, clothes, shoes, accessories and more it’s just the first time I went there it was way to over priced like for example the cross chrome heart jeans were about $20,000 and that’s because those are just custom jeans with chrome heart collaboration. I would give that a 3 star because the high price really affects the stuff I want to get from the store almost half of the things are just thousands and there is one shirt there for $800 something. Overall I like it but it’s way to overpriced

I don't know exactly what I can get from this store and what is the purpose of their service. They have a large footprint store in an expensive mall. You end up with a high price and an exorbitant fee because they rented a big store, filled it "artificially" with many "things" , and they must cover the rent and expenses. Sure, the store associates are very nice, they try to impress you, but ultimately you are the one who is going to be overcharged to cover the store fees. I was going to give them only one star, but since I honestly didn't get the main purpose of this store, I gave them 2 stars.

I just went to this store a minute ago and there was a very weird employee, he told me that “you can’t go in” and didn’t even let me in store. I said I’m just gonna look and he was like “I told you, you can’t, did you miss that part?”. It was very odd, I knew this store for at least 4 years and this guy is probably new. Such a shame that the place that I’ve known for 4 years letting weird people working for them.

The customer service was terrible. Ive never experienced being kicked out of a store for, “just browsing,” and, “not buying,” even though my son was going to buy a pair of yeezy slides for his 14th with his friends. According to my kid and his closest friends, “the store manager rallied us up and told us that ‘this is a place of business,’ and,’ you cant just hang around here because we make over 300,000 a day and you don’t matter to us.’ This is obviously not true, my son and his friends were deciding on a pair of yeezys to buy, not hanging out. Please work on your customer relations please and stop abusing age stereotypes.

Saw a couple of teenagers get kicked out? Shows that their service doesn't allow teenagers to spend their own money?? Talking about the value, Very overpriced. Salespeople told me to put back the shoe?? People can't just look around to shop now? The shop upstairs is so much better than this. Very bad experience, Do better.

Greatest store in the area biggest selection and the best service you will ever receive. Ill recommend this to anyone local or visiting!!
