I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here for two nights, slept very well. We had an issue with adjusting the air-conditioning the first night and it felt a little warm. They fixed it and resolved the issue very quickly. Hotel staff were very polite and attentive. A lot of varieties for breakfast and my personal favourite were the cute pancakes. There are many shops around and even a mall connected to the hotel. Very convenient for last minute necessities and a late night snack. Traffic was heavy due to the night market, but the room was sound proofed well. Very quiet and peaceful, no noise from the busy street.

We booked a family room that had a king and 2 single beds. The room was very spacious and beds comfortable. The bathroom is big and it has a nice shower. The overall condition of the room was good, maybe a bit tired but not too bad. ||The pool is on the roof by the bar. There is a good view from up there to watch the sunset - not sure how this view will be once the construction on the seaward side/in front of the hotel is complete however. ||The hotel is well located within an easy walk to Jesselton Quay and other shops and markets. Overall it met our needs and was good value. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Buffet breakfast was very good. I would recommend this hotel to travelers looking for an economical stay in KK.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and it was a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay enjoyable. Conveniently located in the heart of Kota Kinabalu, the hotel is connected to Suria Mall, which offers a wide variety of food options and a supermarket for essential supplies. The breakfast provided at the hotel was decent, with a fair selection to start the day. I look forward to returning to this hotel on my next trip to Kota Kinabalu.

Pros: Location is good. The room and amenities are great. Cons: • The parking policy is inconvenient and feels borderline deceptive, with a charge of RM10 per entry. For tourists who frequently go out, this becomes a significant hassle and adds unnecessary planning. While the hotel is overall good, the parking arrangement and pricing are a major disappointment. • The rooftop food is enjoyable, but be sure to present your complimentary voucher before ordering, as otherwise, you’ll be charged the full price, without letting the customer know in advance. Additionally, the next day when the vouchers were available, we want to redeem it. We contacted restaurant’s staff and asked to order, but the staff’s response via chat was very slow. When I inquired about my food vouchers, it was told that it’s valid to redeem. After placing my order and waiting for 45 minutes, I was informed that the vouchers could only be used at the restaurant. This critical information should have been communicated upfront, causing unnecessary delay and frustration.

Nice staff. Construction work going on. Bar was ok. Price of drinks and food changed depending on who you spoke to as there was some confusion as to how much items cost. Ended up more expensive than we had initially been told. Didn’t visit it again. |Breakfast was fine. Lots of choice and good coffee. Situated between 2 malls where we found places to eat.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and was quite satisfying. The hotel’s location is unbeatable — right next to Suria Mall and Jeselton Mall, with Jeselton Jetty just a short 3-minute walk away. It made exploring the area so convenient for our family. Overall, a fantastic experience! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Overall, I have a pleasant stay. I have a smooth check in, the staff is very nice; the room is big & clean. I stay at the top floor, so is a quiet room for me. The hotel is just next to a mall; by walking distance, you can also reach Todak Waterfront, very nice seaside view and along the road, you can visit the central market, food market and etc. I do not really use much facilities such as the gym and pool in the hotel, overall well maintained as I observe; the breakfast has less variety of choice, hope this can improve in future. Hotel also offers a free meal for my 1st visit. I enjoy the double patty fish burger as my dinner. You can also enjoy a good sunset view at their skybar, and chill with your friend and family at the bar too.

Arrived rather late from KK Airport and did a checked in late to almost midnight. Reception was busy at this hour with another group of 6 (family) of koreans also doing their check in. For the first night, the aircond did not cool down the room but informed housekeeping and maintenance next morning during breakfast and the team resolved the issue promptly . The room allocated is SPACIOUS . theres still available room to possibly fit another 2 single beds ! Location of hotel is superb as it is just beside Suria Shopping Centre. Breakfast selection is extensive and you get to see a good seaview AND a construction site of an upcoming Condominium. I love this hotels pool area and Poolside bar with the beautiful Sea view and Sunset . The Gym is located same floor as the pool. The TV in the room is a smart TV, I could surf and view youtube channels directly . Will i stay here again ? yes , and will choose a Deluxe category as these rooms faces the sea directly (sunset also)
