Hotel has a pleasant lobby and staff were helpful on arrival letting us store our bags in their secure luggage room. We arrived before 10am so dumping our bags meant having a full day of freedom to explore without baggage.|We found the hotel to be ideally located with regards to visiting local areas of interest. A real strong point for the hotel.|We later checked in at 4pm and that was pretty straight forward. We were given room 230 on the second floor. Supposedly a deluxe room. Deluxe is not deluxe. It’s just standard. Clean and spacious. No view but I think not being street facing was possibly for the best with regards to street noise. |Nice sized bathroom but shower space in the bath was small. And towels were not deluxe either, on the small side and tired. Plenty of shower gel provided, and body lotion. Also little vanity kits. Hairdryer also in bathroom but not powerful. |Tea/coffee/kettle in the room but everything else in the minibar, you pay for. So we found a little supermarket called Albert. It was a few minutes walk from the hotel and you could miss it but you have to go down some steps to get to it (underground almost). We were able to keep bits in the fridge in the room. |The room had a great tv, not that we came to Prague to watch tv but after a 3am start, several hours of travel and then 6 hours of sightseeing on foot (nearly 25k steps), we were exhausted after our evening meal, so whilst we tried a bit of a walk around, we found ourselves quickly giving up and succumbing to the lovely big and comfortable bed in the room - another plus. We popped on Netflix and Amazon stuff we’d been watching at home and let our legs and feet get some rest! |Breakfast - good choice but don’t expect British bacon. Cereals, breads, a variety of meats and cheeses. Coffee was lovely. |We found the staff at the hotel to be friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean including rooms and communal areas etc. |I would recommend this hotel and would would return to stay here.
