GranMonte Vineyard and Winery

Had a wonderful time at GranMonte Vineyard! A huge shoutout to Flame, who made our visit so special. She was incredibly friendly and walked us through their different wine lines with so much knowledge. She even let us have a taste and was very easy to talk to. The wines are delicious, easy to drink, and very affordably priced. They have everything from Red and White to Sparkling and even Champagne-like options. Also, fruit cake definitely lives up to the hype! Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience in the cottage. Nice views of the wine yard from the terrace. Clean rooms and calm environment. Water pressure was good and internet worked ok even is not the best connection.|Good breaksfast and food in general in the restaurant and very friendly staff, welcome drink(glass of wine) and complementary cava during breakfast. There is a “van” to pick you up from the room to the restaurant/shop/parking.||Also our tour in the wineyard well explained and the tour guide was very nice to us in the tour and in the shop. Very nice staff in general.||We will comeback for sure next year and I totally recommend the stay if you look for a calm environment near Khao Yai park.

Another great visit to GranMonte Vineyard and Winery! This time we had the pleasure of participating in the harvest competition which was the highlight of our visit — energetic, well organized, and genuinely fun. The competition was a fantastic experience that gave us real appreciation for the labor, time, and precision involved in grape harvesting. Following the competition, the winery tour was excellent - as always. The guide demonstrated strong technical knowledge of viticulture and winemaking, clearly explaining grape varietals, vineyard management practices, fermentation, and aging processes. The structured wine tasting showcased a range of GranMonte’s wines that were balanced, clean, and thoughtfully crafted — a testament to GranMonte’s technical capability and expertise. We also stayed for dinner at VinCotto Restaurant and highly recommend rounding out a visit to the vineyard with a lunch or dinner on the lovely terrace a relaxed yet refined atmosphere with great staff and attentive service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for something both engaging and well curated.

One of the best vineyard in the region, beautifully set against the Khao Yai mountains backdrop. The facilities were modern and clean. They had even won a best wine in Southeast Asia award for one of their labels. The guided tour + wine tasting was informative and our guide was very friendly. Tickets can likely be purchased on site without reservation, and tour timings are published on their website. A pity their signature wines were not included in the tasting session. We bought a glass separately and it was excellent, though similar quality European wines can be found at roughly half the price. Beyond wine, the shop also carries a wide range of premium products like grape juices, desserts and jams. A great winery experience with calm ambience and quality products. It was always refreshingly rare to find a vineyard operating in this tropical region, and we hope to see more such vineyards emerge in SEA in the future.

We spent the day enjoying everything this excellent vineyard and winery had to offer. Strolling through the vines, set in a wonderful valley, a lovely white with a cheese and meat board in the shade of the vines. A guided wine tour with sampling of 4 really good wines (the cremant and the red were my favorites). In the evening we had a delicious meal in the restaurant with excellent service. The rooms (not a hotel) are perfect for an overnight so if you are interested in good wine and food in a lovely location with knowledgeable staff, this is a great choice.

Amazing estate and winery! They offer free tasting of all their wines at their shop, which had a huge variety. Ellie was really knowledgeable and gave us lots of good recommendations. The wines itself were really good for local made, especially their Syrah. Really impressed!! Food at the restaurant was so-so. Normal Italian food with quite high prices, nothing special.

A very pleasurable wine journey here at GranMonte with a great selection of reds, whites, and sparkling. We enjoyed two bottles of their sweet white wine which refreshingly satisfied the sweet tooth. We paired it with some lemon butter cookies and cheese crisps. Our server, whose name is, “Flame” was very kind, attentive, and made sure we felt comfortable. I would recommend this winery and vineyard experience to those who enjoy great wine and quality food!

Ms. Flame provided excellent service and very thoughtful recommendations. She took the time to explain every product in the shop. I initially planned to buy only a bottle of wine as a gift for my mother, but thanks to her helpful guidance, I ended up discovering many other interesting products. I truly appreciate her for giving me such a wonderful experience before returning to Bangkok.
