This was, weirdly enough, our first visit to this very well known Midlands accommodation stalwart.
We popped in for a cup of tea on our way home from a meander.
It came across as well kept, clean, neat and with friendly staff who provided good service.
The dining room, pool and entrance exhibited signs of recent upgrades, showing a commitment to continuing the legacy well into the future, which is good as some places get a bit too shabby about the edges. But Granny Mouse came off admirably well in the Midlands rustic look, but well maintained and upgraded.
