Granpa's Inn Hotel Bougainvillea

I had an exceptional stay at Granpa's Inn Hotel Bougainvillea in Goa. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The friendly staff provided excellent service especially Diago, provided excellent service, and the restaurant was delightful. The resort features an infinity pool. It's a perfect blend of luxury and natural beauty. Highly recommended!

Hidden gem in Goa. Affordable-Luxurious-Peaceful and Beautiful You just cannot miss it and would be coming again, if you’ve stayed here. Our stay was pleasant at Grandpa’s Inn. Food is good, room service is top notched. Location was apt with many places nearby to explore. The best of all was the treatment and hospitality by Betina-the owner. She made us feel like family and i loved chatting with her as she shared her life experiences. Location 5/5 Food 5/5 Ambience 5/5 Parking space available.

It's a very calm and serene location, with easy access by road. There's greenery all around - like an oasis in the middle of the chaos of Goa! The rooms are clean and comfortable. There's a pool here also. Adequate parking is available inside the hotel. The staff is very cordial, helpful and friendly. It's not pet-friendly.

Had an amazing stay at this property! The place has lovely heritage vibes, a well-maintained pool, and very tasty breakfast. All the staff was extremely helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Big thanks to Javed for being so helpful and Diago uncle for his warm friendliness. The rooms were clean and well kept. Overall, an incredible experience—highly recommended!

This place has lost its sheen, we paid 5800 during the season and it hurts to have paid that much as the shower takes 15 minutes to turn into a hot shower and with their etern reminders to checkout at sharp 11, we could not even shower. Moreover the shower is old and chipped and hurts to hold. The towels, sheets and the floor were all stained and the curtains are super light and I did not feel that I had the privacy. You cannot call the reception but they can call you as they don’t want them to call you for anything. You get up in the morning and the bed light does not work! When I told this to the incharge while checking out, she said you should have told the manager about it, but what is the supervisor checking after preparing the room if I have to go up to the reception for everything. There’s no dresser in the room and owing to the high ceilings you’ll see cobwebs in the light and around the edges. Outdoor shower is dirty and scary to use with the buildings that have come up in the area. The bathroom door is dated, it seems the edges have been eaten by termites and the blinds / curtain is not clean. The outdoor sitting area though pretty has stained cushions. I don’t recommend this place at all!

Really lovely place, rooms are simple and clean. Staff welcoming, helpful and friendly. Very chilled atmosphere, main menu - traditional Indian food is really good. Location is easy and central to other local villages and beach spots.

My wife and I had a very relaxing 6 night stay at this lovely hotel. The buildings are all Portuguese influenced architecture with lovely outside verandas. The pool area is spacious offering seating and sun loungers in a mix of shade or full sun. The highlight was the restaurant which provided a generous and tasty inclusive breakfast and an extensive lunch and dinner menu. The service was excellent with both Diogo and Subash going out of their way to look after us. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Bunch of lies posted under my comment. First lie : At the time of check in I said "let me check and get back". Because even I couldn't believe I had done 2 booking that too of 5k each. Your receptionist didn't even provide me my own booking voucher details even asking it repeatedly. Dude it's my own booking voucher and she was pretending it to be super private. Second lie: As already told to you when I got to know what had happened and asked booking website to cancel they said "You have already crossed the check in time" so according to them even if I were to be true but they can't cancel because they are not present at the resort to know I have taken just one room. They declined cancellation and I already knew they were not at fault. So your lie about cancelling on time doesn't stand here. Third lie: Releasing the room? There were other empty rooms in same category! I wouldn't have even asked for such a favour if the same category rooms would have been full. There were multiple empty rooms Last lie : tried best helping you. I was constantly asking for the booking voucher details to receptionist. Didn't get. Then when I asked about any chance to refund receptionist said at month end we get all booking voucher money so can't say anything now. Agree. Even WhatsApp messaged after my vacation that if you get money at month are you willing to refund...for which she said will get back manager is back. Which she never did. When your receptionist wasn't even trying to help that's when my partner said leave let it be these guys want free money let us not spoil our vacation. That's when while checkin out I said please try or " let it be" About helping? The manager just talked and cut the WhatsApp call. This is his communication. Put your point and don't listen other person's. Guys these people just wanted to get the money for free. No morals.
