We had the pleasure of having Doug drive us around Napa, and the experience was amazing. He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable throughout our day. His vehicle was clean, comfortable, and stocked with water. We felt very safe with Doug as our driver. I would highly recommend Doug to anyone for a reliable, friendly driver in Napa.

Ask for Doug. He’s the best!!! Highly recommend this company, but Doug knows what’s up!!! Doug gave us lunch recommendations both days and even picked up lunch so we could maximize time. He also got us an impromptu reservation to help us fill a gap in our day. A former universal tour guide, his delivery of fun facts about the region/wineries while safely driving us from place to place. Great playlist. All around would recommend this company and specifically Doug.

Grapeline was very professional. Pam at their office was always responsive and good to work with in setting up our itinerary and our driver, Tony, was excellent. We would definitely use their service again.

A great wine tasting experience at 3 local wineries. The weather was perfect along with the scenery and quality of wines. A delicious lunch was also provided. The highlight of the trip was the friendliness, knowledge, and accommodating driver and tour guide, Kris! From the beginning until the end of the trip, she kept the conversation flowing with our small group and provided us with insight and interesting tid bits on local knowledge and history of the areas we were visiting, and also the areas we passed through. She brought a professional and fun vibe to our experience. In addition, she went above and beyond, with a smile and sense of humor, when I realized I left my wallet behind at our last stop. She continued on dropping off other guests and then brought us back up the mountain to retrieve our forgotten items. This was after hours for both the Gainey Winery and the staff of Grapeline; however, with combined efforts from both sides, our problem was quickly and happily resolved. Being someone in the service industry I couldn’t have asked for a better attitude and professionalism with Kris. Above and beyond, exceeded our expectations.

We had an amazing experience! Doug not only catered to our needs and got us around Sonoma and Napa safely, he helped secure extra experiences and great food along the way. 100% will be back!

Grapeline was willing to coordinate lunch pick up and delivery with a picnic at our second winery ahead of time which was fantastic! Our driver additionally went out of his way to grab pizzas for our group on the way home. Flexible and hospitable! We would definitely use this group again.

Doug was THE BEST travel guide for our trip through Sonoma’s beautiful wineries! The wineries were thoughtfully chosen, the timing perfect, and our lunch set up for us was just over the top! Pam and Doug with Grapeline Wine Tours were such an amazing duo to work with. Starting back in February, I began planning our wine trip with my friends. Pam was prompt in her communications and extremely helpful in supporting me along the planning phase of our June trip. Once June got here, Doug was our driver for the day and he was seriously one of the best humans we have met! He provided us with such a memorable day and his infectious personality made the journey through wine country one for the books. I cannot recommend Grapeline enough! We will be back, Napa and will definitely go with Grapeline forever!
