Best buffet EVER!!! Our experience at Grato was amazing. The staff are so kind and friendly. The food was out of this world!! So delicious and they continuously bring out fresh dishes to refill the buffet. Lots of choices from Indian, Pakistani, and Chinese cuisine. The price is also great! And on top of all this, it’s all halal!!! We’ll be coming back here for sure.

Updated Review: Been there few times since my first visit and good quality has significantly improved. They also have probably the lowest buffer price in DMV. ————————————— Don’t like to write negative reviews, but unfortunately food was very bland. Great variety but not much taste. I will still give another try as they recently opened up. Overall I like the ambiance.

It took my family almost a 2 hour drive to get here to find out that the restaurant is open and full but the people there saying that the restaurant is closed to the public due to a wedding booking when they clearly have two separate areas. One for the public to eat and the other for venue bookings such as parties and gatherings. We were 16 people that all left disappointed in 3 separate vehicles! I am posting a video and google hours screenshot to verify that this is not a fake review!

We love Grato Restaurant Buffett. Big dining area. Our family had a separate area with comfort seating for 25 persons. Amazing food. General Tso Chicken was 10 out 10 . Pakistani food devious. Chinese food was my favorite 😍 😋 Yammy . I highly recommend everyone to come and try. You will be happy and happy 😊. Manager & other staff very friendly & good environment. I give 10 🌟 stars .

Found it on FB and got here for Iftaar dinner. Everything was great. Had iftaar and then dinner. Dinner included Pakistani and Chinese dishes. Plenty of options including desserts, sharbats, Qhawa and tea. And yes Zam Zam. Overall very satisfied.

We were really excited to dine here, but unfortunately, our experience with the food was quite disappointing. While there’s no doubt that the ambiance is beautiful, a restaurant cannot thrive on ambiance alone. Anyone who values good food wouldn’t consider a second visit unless there’s a significant improvement in taste. We opted for the buffet, but sadly, every dish lacked flavor. The service was just average—we constantly had to remind the staff to refill the buffet, which was frustrating. Since it’s a new restaurant, we understand that it might take time to refine the flavors. However, it will need considerable effort to meet the expectations of true food lovers. Hopefully, they improve soon!

We (8 Adults & 4 Kids) went to Grato restaurant for Lunch at 1:30pm on a Friday and we were asked to wait until Buffet was setup. Once the Buffet was setup, food was cold and food quality was extremely poor. Chat Papri mint chutney was spoiled and when we complained were told its fresh. Overall food was not fresh and no flavor. Wouldn't recommend anyone to go there.

They couldn't handle it at the first day, poor service, Chinese dishes mostly remained empty while we were there. Most of the food dishes were cold. RasMalai ran out and no tea available. They did pretty well in advertisements and pulled a lot of crowd but I think their chefs couldn't keep up the speed. Chinese food was tasty but desi food was missing authentic taste. We traveled 60miles one way to try this out but I don't think we will ever go there again unless they hire proper chefs and improve their service. At this point, I would just wish them a good luck.

Tasteless food, no service, not worth it. The setup is just not welcoming; it was so hot in the main area, a bit better in the hall. It was supposed to be a buffet; most of the dishes were completely empty.
