Be careful booking with this hotel, there is mold in the shower, no proper hygiene and horrible awful smell. for the sake of your health do not book with them, they will scam you of your money. I have entered the accommodation and i was shocked by disgusting smell, and when i looked in shower, imagine my shock, where is actual circles of mold. I notified the accommodation’s people immediately, and left it immediately because I couldnt risk my health like that. The accommodation only offered 50 percent with no plausible grounds. Be careful, there are better accommodation in Vienna than this

The worst accommodation, that scams you. I have booked my stay specifically for their self check in. Come in the middle of the night, for the code that they gave me not to work, had to be ok the phone with them at 1 am in the middle of the night, and that wasn’t the biggest issue, once i enter the room, i smell something pungent, that reeks of pee, go in the shower where was the origin of smell and notice MOLD there. I was so disgusted that i left the place immediately and notified them of this. They refused to give me full refund without any VALID reason. Be aware of them, they are scamming. DO NOT STAY there, stay in any other place and it will be 100 percent more clean than that place they called “room”.

A cozy apartment in a very friendly and attractive neighbourhood. The arrival was smooth, keys easily accesible. The apartment itself was super clean, spacious and very tastefully furnished. We loved our stay here and would gladly come back! All in all a great stay!

A stellar experience. A one of a kind room. And one of the bestestest of locations you could wish for when in Vienna! Defo coming back.

We booked at grätzlhotel Karmelitermarkt for three nights in July 2024.,||After the reservation, we received a confirmation email where we were informed that we would be staying in a “street suite” but we never thought that the suite entrance was literally on the street adjacent to a bar / restaurant.||The suite’s entrance was a glass door, the pedestrians could see right through the room. The room had curtains that had to be closed all the time for privacy thus darkening the room. Also, there were no windows. ||At the time of our visit, construction work was ongoing so it was not quiet from the early hours in the morning.||The adjacent bar / restaurant had tables across our room so it was noisy all the time and especially at night. ||The room was separated from the bathroom area with a curtain, so no real privacy when taking a shower. ||The room itself was not very big, it was rather crowded for three people.||I think they should have informed us of the conditions we would be facing.

My experience at this so-called “hotel” was nothing short of infuriating. First, there’s no reception desk—a fact hidden from the booking section as if they’re actively trying to mislead guests. This meant I had nowhere to leave my bags upon arrival. Only after a long Uber ride, multiple unhelpful calls (including with the general manager), and standing outside in the cold did they finally inform me of this absurd setup. The level of incompetence and disregard for basic customer service is appalling. If I could, I’d rate this place negative stars. A refund doesn’t begin to cover the hassle and frustration they caused. Avoid this place at all costs.

The room is Nice. But! The adress of the hotel you get is not the good location? If you arrive before 15:00 no way to leave the luggages, there is no reception. So, you will take à second cab to the office and leave luggages there as you go around.|Oh, the office closes at 17:00...They were kind to send our luggages to the room( 10 minutes drive). The tv is Nice but dossn't work and nobkdy to help |If you want an hotel with no services this one is perfect.
