Hotel Grau Roig, Andorra – Short Review Our stay at Hotel Grau Roig was truly exceptional. The service was outstanding, with special thanks to the manager for the warm welcome. We stayed in the best suite, which exceeded all expectations in comfort and elegance. The food was a highlight—top-quality ingredients and refined preparation made every meal memorable. The hotel is surrounded by stunning natural beauty, perfect for hiking, biking, and outdoor sports, so come prepared to explore. Also be ready for the spa, with holistic treatments. A fantastic experience from start to finish—highly recommended!

Truly a five star experience, from the stunning location, to the check in experience, to the staff, to the restaurants, to the rooms. Only small issue is that there could be more lighting in the bathroom itself (particularly the shower (as it is fairly dark and the dark paneling and flooring only exacerbates this). But that is very minor and did not take away from our stay. We had a wonderful stay, with the staff and amazing restaurants taking care of our every wish. The spa/hydrotherapy pool are incredible, and a great way to relax after a long day of hiking the beautiful area. The rooms are clean, quiet, and beds ans linens very comfortable. Bathrooms are great, with plenty of hot water and water pressure. Parking is free and on-site, and there are even two charging stations for electric/hybrid vehicles. Rooms do not have air conditioning, but opening the balcony doors at night makes the room very cool, plus offers the relaxing sounds of the bells on the necks of the cattle grazing on the hillside. This reminded me of my time in the Alps and Dolemites. Cannot recommend this place highly enough (and, in fact, already have done so to friends back home). Gracias, Grau Roig, para todo.

A wonderful hotel in an amazing location. Everything is perfect from service to spotless and very well designed rooms. Summer activities are very fun and Spa was simply incredible. The best choice if you wish to escape to the Pyrenees.

Great service in reception, great breakfast, very clean hotel.. Stayed in July 2025 and the weather was between 9° to 15° on day time. Must have jacket if you want to have few walks around.

If you love being pampered by elite leves of service/hospitality, you'll love Grau Roig!||The hotel made our brief ski trip over new year's a trip to remember. It's truly ski-on / ski-off. The hotel will procure your ski passes for you, even have a gear rental store in the basement level of the hotel, next to the lockers. ||Our room rate came with board, which included a terrific breakfast buffet and a la carte menu as well as a gourmet multi-course dinner each night. ||One night, the kids wanted room service, which literally arrived 10 minutes after it was ordered. My wife and I enjoyed the Theater of Wine, which was a lavish dining experience with wine pairing. The service, plates, stemware, etcetera were on par with any dining experience I've had, anywhere. ||The service level was outstanding throughout our entire trip, and we loved the quiet alcove with connected rooms that the hotel provided for our family of 4. ||I will be looking for an opportunity to return, as ssoon as possible! The owner and the maîtres d'hôtel particularly stood out for their exceptional dedication and went out of their way to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. Processes of check-in and check-out were conducted with seamless precision and remarkable efficiency and ease, a testament to their operational mastery. The hotel's spa and wellness area offered a peaceful escape, with a truly relaxing atmosphere that allowed us to unwind. After hours spent chasing the thrill of slopes, it was the ideal place to unwind and reset. But the restaurant, ah, the restaurant. The restaurant emerged as the pinnacle of our sojourn, the true jewel of our stay. This is where the hotel’s soul revealed itself. Both breakfast and dinner were extraordinary, a celebration of high-quality ingredients, refined technique, and bold yet elegant flavor. The maîtres d’hôtel, with their passion for what they do and unhurried wisdom, guided us through wines revealing a profound understanding of complementarity. The sommelier’s selections, in particular, spoke of a mind attuned to nuance, a rarity even among the accomplished. We awarded no points, only gratitude. The hotel's location is simply ideal. Proximity to slopes allowed for an unencumbered transition between leisure and activity, while trails through the mountains provided solitude of a most gratifying nature, and the stunning mountain views and peaceful ambiance were a constant source of delight. The provision of perfect and convenient ski storage was also a much-appreciated amenity. The location, quiet, picturesque, and just steps from both ski slopes and mountain trails, offered the perfect blend of accessibility and seclusion. If you look for a ski-in ski-out hotel with the amazing food and excellent service this is your choice. We loved the stay at this hotel and the service, professionalism and friendliness of the staff was exceptional. The SPA area is also very beautiful and relaxing.

Amazing restaurant, decorated and designed professionally. Professional tract and friendly staff. We went for a lunch a cheese fondie and we really enjoy it! And the desserts were the best part of the meal, we recommend you reserve space in your stomachs to taste it. We will be back.
