"Powder hounds got a new reason to cheer when Gravity Haus, a 60-room ski-in/ski-out boutique hotel, opened in 2019 at the base of Breckenridge Ski Resort’s Peak 9. The lobby has an Alpine-sleek aesthetic: hardwood herringbone floors, a roaring fire in a clean-lined hearth, lofted ceilings with pendant lights, and wood-paneled walls. Guest rooms have a modern lodge appeal, wood and plaid throws, a simple desk for the unavoidable work check-in, and an emphasis on eco-awareness, like WinkBed mattresses and natural bath products from EO Essential Oils. The hotel is part lodging, part social club, and 100 percent focused on catering to a certain type of hard-charging, outdoor enthusiast. There’s a fitness and sport-recovery center and lanes for duckpin bowling, plus a co-working space, coffee shop and restaurant, and even a Japanese-inspired onsen." - CNT Editors

We stayed in Gravity Haus in June 2025 and had a wonderful time. The hotel's staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was in great shape and very comfortable. The location of Gravity Haus is fantastic since we could simply walk out the front door and be right in the middle of all the action. We will definitely stay there again.

We were truly impressed with the Gravity Haus! The design and decor are unique, with dark grey and bright red paint, exposed painted pipes, lots of cozy seating nooks, and a very open feel. To illustrate: There's an authentic ski lift updated with upholstered (possibly faux fur?) seating as you enter the lobby. What a statement! It seems like there's a team of 3 guys who run the place - John, Chase, and Patrick. All were super friendly and helpful. Valet parking was convenient. Our room was fantastic - comfy beds and pillows, sliding wood bathroom door, beautiful wood countertops, black-out shades, and an oversized print of a snow-covered mountain with a snowshoer that we just couldn't take our eyes off of. I like that they had snacks and beverages available in each room - some complimentary and some for purchase. Really appreciated! This place feels like how I imagine Colorado. The location is fabulous - a few steps from bustling Main Street in one direction and a few steps from the trailhead to Burro Trail in the other. Also a short walk to the Gondola, which is a must-do. I was too busy outdoors to take advantage, but the hotel has hot tubs and a nice fitness center. The food and drinks at the hotel restaurant "Cabin Juice" were delicious. Try the fried zucchini starter! This place offered more vegetarian options than many of the local restaurants. We spent our final night at the Gravity Haus and wished we had another day there. Breckenridge landscape is outstanding and the Gravity Haus fits into that scene perfectly.

Google
This hotel is great! If you hate a comfortable bed! The location is really great for being in the heart of downtown Breckenridge. The amenities are great, the coffee shop is good, food is good. Beds are planks of wood with sheets on them.

Gravity Haus Breckenridge, situated at the base of Peak 9, offers an exceptional experience for modern adventurers. With 60 thoughtfully designed rooms, guests can enjoy ski-in/ski-out access, making it an ideal base for snowboarding enthusiasts. The hotel's amenities include a fitness center, co-working space, and a mountain-side Japanese-inspired onsen with dry sauna and soaking tubs, providing relaxation after a day on the slopes. Guests have praised the hotel's prime location, just a short walk from the QuickSilver SuperChair and downtown Breckenridge. The on-site restaurant, Cabin Juice, offers family-style meals, and Unravel Coffee serves sustainably sourced coffee, enhancing the overall guest experience. Breckenridge Ski Resort itself is renowned for its diverse terrain, spanning five peaks and offering nearly 3,000 acres of skiable area. Snowboarders of all levels can find suitable runs, from groomed trails to challenging high-alpine bowls. The resort also features four terrain parks, including one with a 22-foot superpipe, catering to freestyle enthusiasts. Overall, Gravity Haus Breckenridge provides a seamless blend of comfort, convenience, and adventure, making it a top choice for those looking to immerse themselves in the vibrant snowboarding scene of Breckenridge. But the trainers didn't properly train well they didn't show everything we needed to know.

Google
The service offered by the staff during my stay was exemplary—from the valet, to the check in staff, to the friendliness of those cleaning, the customer service was over the top! The rooms were very clean, and there is even a smell in the hallways that was indicative of the cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms themselves are good sized where people did not feel crowded. The location to the lift is extremely convenient. Also, you are a two minute walk from the main street of Breckenridge so do not need to shuttle everywhere. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Google
Spent more than we would have to stay at Gravity Haus knowing that we were going on a long hike earlier that day and wanted to have access to the sauna and cold plunges. We were also excited for the trampoline. Got there and was told that all of those things were out of operation. Asked for a discount because of this and was met with a lot of resistance when the front desk agent defensively said that it wasn’t their fault that these weren’t operating, etc, etc. It doesn’t matter. If the service that was advertised wasn’t delivered, then it wasn’t delivered. Had been considering membership but after this, certainly not.

Google
A clean room would be nice as there was candy on the floor and the table was sticky. The hot water was broken the entire stay, and the staff did nothing to accommodate us. When sheets were requested for the pull-out couch, we had to call twice since they forgot to bring it up. There was a trampoline setup that was out of order and looked unkempt. Overall a horrible experience and wouldn't recommend.

Yelp

Yelp
We stopped in to have breakfast with friends who were staying here for their wedding. The food was amazing! Highly recommend the French toast. Our server was super kind and she was on it! Giving four stars because the host and a couple other employees were pretty rude.

Rachael J.

Yelp
Coffee shop attached to a hotel/condos on the bottom level. Took me a moment to find the actual door to the coffee shop as the one in the center which you would think was the main door was locked. The coffee shop had a full coffee menu and a full breakfast menu but it seemed things from the case were popular - overnight oats, croissants, chia seeds etc. I ordered a latte and had a seat on one of the couches to wait. The coffee was really good. My only issue is I waited in line for a solid 15+ minutes to order and then however long to make the drink. The staff was a bit lackadaisical and could have used another set of hands to have things move along at a better pace.

Heather D.

Yelp
Bartenders very attentive and skilled in their craft. Excellent selection of spirits across the board. Casual, chill environment and not pretentious. Highly recommend.

Yelp
Gravity Haus in Breck - you guys are amazing. The Staff runs the show and ARE they friendly - professional, FUN knowledgeable and eager to please. 5 stars. Rooms are cozy and location friendly. Excellent coffee in the morning. Understanding valet - huge shout out to Esteban /Dustin /Emily - I used to work at Bellagio in Vegas. VIP Concierge. I appreciate excellent service.

Yelp
We just got done with a hike and stopped in here. We are all drinking the Aurum spice latte. It's delicious. It's so warm and cozy here! Awesome coffee shop.

Jana E.

Yelp
The cutest little boutique hotel. Super dog friendly. You have to Valet or park and shuttle up. We just valet our car and walked everywhere. It is centrally located. Upon arrival our three dogs were given a trea

Yelp
Thanksgiving day in a resort ski town. Reservation for lunch. The only menu offered is a brunch menu. Not only are the offerings pretty sparse, they have no chicken for the fried chicken sandwich (probably 1 of the 10 entrees) and they cannot make any fruit smoothies because the blender is broken. I heard three other group of customers try to order smoothies only to be told they couldn't make them. Seriously! Go to the store and buy a blender. It pays for itself. And who runs out of chicken? And to be clear. These comments are not intended to be a negative review of the service or kitchen staff. Rather, these comment are directed on the management that is responsible for the menu, that orders the supplies and can't be bothered to go buy a replacement blender. Seriously?!?

Yelp
My husband and I spent a weekend here during a work trip for me, and we loved it. The facility is modern and very nice with a rustic look to it, with fireplace and comfy seating in the lobby in addition to a coffee bar and shop for ski equipment, rentals and gear. Our room was beautiful with a king size bed, fridge, spacious bathroom and fluffy pillows. Robes were laid on the beds too. They offer snacks and drinks for purchase but we left those. The property is on 4 levels. (We were on the 4th floor.) Not a great view, but there are beautiful views from the sitting rooms on the same floor. There's a restaurant and bar on the 2nd level just above the lobby. The fitness center and hot tub room which they call Onsen is there too. One night we were able to get drinks and we had the whole hot tub room to ourselves! There are 3 large tubs and 2 smaller ones and they supply towels. They also have a trampoline on the 3rd floor. We didn't have any issue with noise and some said; in fact we slept quite comfortably. The property is in a great location, walking distance to the downtown area where there are a lot of shops and restaurants. We had good Mexican (Mi Casa) right across the street and Italian (Sauce on the Maggie) behind us. I was even able to walk to my spa appointment at Beaver Creek. They sent an email during our stay to see if everything was ok, and provided contact information if we needed anything, which was a nice touch. (Everyone at the front desk was always friendly and helpful!) We loved our stay and would love to go back.

Yelp
Gravity Haus Hotel, Breckenridge We were so disappointed with so many things in this hotel. I'll start with our check in when they offered us only ONE free beer in their hotel restaurant, which was scheduled to close the next day and was never expressed to us in advance. We went to the hotel restaurant for the ONE free beer they informed us they were out and offered Thom coffee. I order a Grey Goose martini they were out of Grey Goose. We ordered a charcuterie board, wait for it, they were out. That was our first night. As far as our room goes we had the smallest toilet known to mankind, the bath tub was in very poor condition with the finish scraped away, the shower towels were frayed around the edges and so over-bleached that they felt like sand paper, one chair in the sitting area was missing a foot so Thom fell over spilling his coffee, the blackout shades were frayed and wouldn't open all the way, and the headboard was falling apart. The hotel sent us an email our first morning asking about our stay so far so we told them and NEVER hear back. We couldn't wait to leave. After our stay they sent Thom an email asking about our stay so once again we told them about our stay. Crickets!!

Forster F.

Yelp
Room was very clean and well kept my only complaint is it did not have air-conditioning

Yelp
Location is awesome. Property outside the rooms is decent. Front desk gentleman was great and super kind. The restaurant upstairs was decent. Had a drink and a couple appetizers. The selection was minimal on the apps. Sat outside because we had the dog. The server that started to help us was super awesome and talkative. He even sat down and ate my daughters chips. We were in shock but he was a hoot. One point after we ordered food & drinks he came back out and asked us if we needed to order drinks or food (after about 3 min) of him taking our order. It and was like "Hi I'm Dori", I'm dead serious that he didn't remember sitting there and taking our order. He certainly had a Dori from Finding Nemo moment. Then he fell off the face of the earth & never checked on us after food arrived and even had to go get my own check at the bar, so maybe not just was the server. Probably out back doing some more drugs. Rooms- only real reason I'm writing a review...they just were not there for us. Very small, reminds me of lipstick on a pig kind of nice. Rug was filthy and filthy like gross I can't believe I'm walking on this without shoes. One of the blackout curtain wouldn't pull down and had light in in the am, lamp in the room has a giant stain on it. Bed sheets actually had hole in it in the edge. O-M-G the shower pressure is A.W.F.U.L Beds are super hard and not comfy I couldn't wait to leave to come home to my own house and take a nap because I slept awful because of the beds. The hot tubs are super old and half the buttons have been pushed in and look like they are from the 80's. I am a newer Gravity Haus Member and first time staying here and I'm seriously questioning why I bought this membership. I'm past the point of cheap-low level hotels in my life. This is great for someone in their 20's not 40's. This place needs some SERIOUS attention for detail for a newer property. 1 star because the bones are there but this hotel is seriously lacking in the actual rooms.

Erica J.

Yelp
The rug is filthy and completely worn down. Gross to even walk on. We were SO excited to stay here, but the attention to detail in the room was just not there. Scuffed up baseboards, filthy rug, kinda took away from the experience. Felt like a hostel that is priced to be swanky. Even the sink drain had the black rubbed off. Felt like this place was designed and decorated on a major budget and they haven't put the money in to maintain it. Best part is the location

Yelp
Given the Gravity Haus literally opened last month, I don't think it the other reviews are totally fair. Every business is going to have some kinks to work out in the first few months they are open so that's on you if you made a reservation opening week and expect a flawless experience. That being said, there are definitely some misses that can be improved upon an otherwise pleasant stay. We were able to snag a last-minute deal on HotelsTonight.com and saved some money on the list price. The parking fee is $35 but we were expecting this and honestly it was great. They valet the car, bring your luggage to your room, and repack your car when you're leaving which made check in and checkout hassle free. The lobby and main floor are gorgeous with modern/rustic touches like chairlift seating and a massive fireplace. The free cocoa and drink vouchers are a nice touch. Our room was cozy and comfortable with some eco-friendly additions like reusable cups and mugs that you can purchase should you want a souvenir. We didn't have any issues with exterior or interior noise as some people have mentioned but I will agree that the sliding barn door to the bathroom is quite awkward. If you are sitting on the bed, you get a direct view to the toilet. Even making these doors a little bigger would solve this issue. The spa area was nice with big garage doors that could open- I wish they were open when we were there! The restaurant and bar and lounge areas are all great. The restaurant and bar has lots of space and a funky ski house vibe. Staff was friendly, and the food was quite good. Maybe a little pricey, but honestly worth not having to trek outside for a good meal. Overall, for being open a month and a half, I was pleasantly surprised. If I had paid full price I would have been a little more disappointed, but that's why it pays to be a bargain hunter! A few fixes and improvements needed but I see definite potential in Gravity Haus!

Kevin B.

Yelp
Beautiful hotel with amazing industrial modern style rooms! I highly recommend the Betty Suite! One of the nicest rooms I've ever stayed in! The gentleman at the front desk was very professional, friendly and engaging as well! A+++

Taylor W.

Yelp
Location is everything when it comes to staying at a place like this! Overall impressive when it comes to the vibe and sense of vacation. However I will list the pros/cons: Pros: Location with ski in/out access Location to rentals, downtown, restaurants, shopping Restaurant on site Storage for your gear Gym and amenities like hot tubs and trampoline Exclusive perks of a member Self service Laundry available on site for a fee (cost me a total of about $8 to do one load wash/dry) Cons: You constantly feel like you're getting ripped off since you aren't a "member" Due to coronavirus, housekeeping does not enter your room for the duration of your stay (in the past with other hotels, they usually offer a change of your linen once during the stay) / this was disappointing since we spent six days here. Despite clean sheets, it seemed as though the comforter was not washed between guests with stains/food/who knows on it. I asked for new linen and was only provided sheets. Leftovers from a restaurant were left in the fridge. The hot tubs. We got in a hot tub one night and persistently could not get rid of a body odor smell. It was on our towels and clothing and we at first just thought that, despite having showered, that it was a rank day on the slopes. No. We went back to the hot tub the second night and realized that it was the water in the tub. We were mortified. The staff were around visibly testing chlorine and things like that, but the overall sense of hygiene was not there. We switched from the above ground tub to the inground tub and had a better experience but did not go back. And then there is parking which costs $35/night. Per the staff, public parking in the area costs $25/night. Later during our stay we found out that it was more like $15/night. So we feel a little duped. Also. If you are a light sleeper, beware that this hotel is very poorly insulated inside and you can hear literally everything, including if your neighbor has an ill behaved dog. They know this because there are ear plugs beside the bed. Anyways. The overall experience was good it was just these quirky things that I will not return.

John M.

Yelp
Excellent breakfast location our server Alden was the best. Everyone was happy with their choices and offered samples of their meals. Prices for our meals was reasonable everything was served hot and fresh a definite place to revisit. Thanks

Reagan W.

Yelp
Paid $400 to stay here & was excited to enjoy the restaurant & bar. We were not allowed to use either because there was a "members only event" taking place. Wish the hotel would have let us know before hand. This is definitely more of a social club rather than a nice hotel. Do not recommend for anyone 30+ looking for a relaxing upscale mountain stay. Party environment & no access to bar or restaurant for "non members" during events for the "members" even though we were paying hotel guests ...

Allie K.

Yelp
I'm giving two stars for the restaurant (food is good) and location, other than that it's overpriced and not worth the money. We knew the room would be small based on description and photos but the setup is terrible. Upon entering, we notice ear plugs by the bed, totally a bad sign and it was! Every inch of this place is paper thin and SO noisy. We had to buy sleeping pills to take nightly to avoid the noise and even then that doesn't help! Barn door doesn't cover crap when using the restroom. No where to store clothing or gear. Let alone, what the bed frame did to my leg from just walking by, twice! Very poorly made hotel and just not worth the money. They need to address the noise levels and slamming doors because everyone here is plain inconsiderate of neighbors and also invest in double pane windows. Can't wait to go home tomorrow

Lynda D.

Yelp
So cute and comfy. Love the vibe - I call it contemporary rustic. The service is great. Maxine, served us at the bar - very friendly and personable. I feel like I just met a new friend!

John H.

Yelp
Great location for a summer visit to Breckenridge. I don't ski so not sure how well it would work for a ski getaway. Mattress felt cheap and my back hurt every morning. Courtesy ear plugs were on each nightstand--never a good sign. Didn't take long to realize they would be needed. Walls were thin. Overall an ok place. Seemed a little pretentious but I can't put my finger on why I think that. If I were the kind of person who slams a kale smoothie before my daily 5 am CrossFit workout I probably would have found the place dreamy.

Jennifer B.

Yelp
I will admit to being nervous booking this property since it receives mixed reviews. Optimistic and excited to stay here, I booked anyway and would see for myself. The pros: Great location within walking distance to lift 9. Half the walk is indoors too! Stylish new hotel. Cabin Juice and Unravel Coffee inside are great for food/drinks. Our room was spacious and well designed. We stayed in a room style called The Rambler. We were able to check in a little early and staff mentioned our anniversary which was nice. Amenities were great from water kettles to yoga mats to humidifiers. The sauna was perfect though. The attached heated garage where the valet stores your car and skis is convenient. The cons: The Onsen was not what I expected and was just 6 hot tubs looking out closed garage doors. Nice, but the plastic hot tubs don't go with the modern vibe. You can't adjust the temperature on them either. They were a little cold. We were given a card for a glass of bubbles or a beer upon check in. Super nice, however, it's for one drink even if there are two people on the reservation. That's not cool guys. Please either don't offer it or let the couple staying in the room each have a drink. Checkout is pretty rigid at 11am. You will receive calls from the front desk if it's 11:03am. Unfortunate, as check in is not until 4pm. I guess I am used to late checkout at other properties. On the plus side, you can keep your car valeted until 1pm. I found out as I was checking out that this property offers early ski hours (first tracks). This would have been excellent information to have upon check in. The small flyer on the right side of a two register desk isn't noticeable at all and staff never mentioned it. The valet fee isn't cheap at $35, but we knew what to expect. The resort fee should be rolled in or removed. I didn't feel that $25 went towards anything extraordinary. Like previous reviewers, we also received an updated bill (after receiving the final room bill) with a mini bar charge on it. I had to call to dispute it and was spoken to like a criminal. We know how mini bars work and took nothing. When I mentioned they need to check with their housekeeping staff since this seems to be a common problem, the women on the phone told me they trust them completely. So I guess all their guests are thieves. I really liked certain aspects of this property, but am not sure we'd stay here again. I think they need time to work out some kinks.

Dan H.

Yelp
We went to the bar at the hotel 3 new gets nights for my 50th birthday party weekend. Hayden and Nora were the best bartendesr every night a d we had so much fun because they were so inviting

Carlos I.

Yelp
We had no robes in our room. Some of the guests were walking around barefoot. It's like a Holiday Inn, without music from Nelly.

Kerry A.

Yelp
Gravity Haus was a great option for our one-night stay (before staying in a group house) in Breckenridge. It's really convientnt to Peak 9 and I would definitley stay here for a few more days if I wanted a good ski in/ski out option. Their COVID precautions are serious, but don't take the fun out of visiting Breck. For example, their hot tubs are still open with reservations and great cleaning procedures in place. I can't speak to the bar or coffee shop, but the atmosphere of Gravity Haus is great and very welcoming. I would stay here again at a reasonable rate. -1 star becuase Gravity Haus doubled their price during one of the biggest snowstorms of the century in Breckenridge. Like all other hotels, it felt like they were really taking advantage of those who were "stuck" in Breckenridge and trying to obey Colorado's Dept of Transpo's directions to NOT drive back to Denver.

Nathan T.

Yelp
Short version - If you are on the fence, book it! Long Version - The Good: Easy check in process and very friendly staff. Double check that your room is the category booked. We booked "Betty" but were put into "Rambler". The room was excellent so we didn't see a need to move but we had booked a more expensive room so that needed to be corrected. The hotel put the difference on a gift card (at our request) that we then used at the hotel restaurant/bar which we knew we would visit anyway. With limited online reviews we were a bit nervous but the room was great and spacious. Small bathroom area - ultimately wasn't important to us but heads up if you require extra space or privacy. Great view from our room. Space to spread out and space for all of our ski clothes. Perfect location. Maybe a one minute walk to our ski rental (if that). And then another minute or so walk to the lift at Peak 9. In the evenings, you are at the end of Main Street. Perfect spot for the mountain or being in town. You have no need for a car if you are staying here. Ski storage outside on your way to the lifts (inside storage I assume is for members). Gym is a stand alone fitness studio that you can book open time in. Very unique but beats any hotel gym. Squat racks, free weights, benches, cardio equipment, etc. It's very easy to communicate with the front desk via text which was convenient serval times. The middle of the road: Bed and pillows a bit soft for our personal taste. Your miles may vary. No daily housekeeping (thanks Covid)...but they were very responsive to our requests. The needs improvement: COVID ruins everything. Currently you have to have a reservation for the hot tub. Pretty easy process. However, my favorite part of any hot tub after skiing is being outside in the hot tub while snowing. These tubs are on a balcony with garage doors that are closed because "Unfortunately, we are not able to open them in the winter because it cools the tubs off too much so they will no longer be hot!" (Response via text). This isn't a problem anywhere else - and it would be nice to have them open. No one actively manages the hot tubs - so if the party before you overstays their welcome you need to be ready to engage in a conversation to ask them to vacate. Signs say someone is cleaning every hour - they definitely are not. $151 resort fee for 2 night stay. Fee is based on your rate - but be sure to read the fine print. I was expecting it (as it is standard at the Breck owned resorts). But it sure ruins the check out process. And it seems like it should just be built into the rate. Resort fees are dumb.

Yelp
Amazing hotel steps away from the Breckenridge shopping and restaurants. The perfect location!! We loved the amenities and the coffee bar. The trampoline was a hit!! Skiers would love the convenience this hotel provides. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Hate to check out today.

Amanda S.

Yelp
Very nice location and rooms are very clean. On our first night we were placed above the gym. After skiing we came back to our room and there was very loud music playing; we assumed it was a neighboring room coming back from the slopes and enjoying their time. The next morning same thing happens at 6am. We quickly realize this is actually the gym below us, which provide I'm assuming circuit training based on the music and yelling going on. Was incredibly loud. We complained to the desk and they were able to move us to another room. However be warned, the first time they called they dismissed it saying there were like 20 rooms above the gym. I'm not sure if we just had bad luck and were directly above it, but I'm a heavy sleeper and it even woke me up. They were very accommodating but it was a rough first night. Great amenities and very close to the slopes. Overall I would do it again but request to be roomed on the 4th floor (where they put us). Walls are still pretty thin but it didn't wake me up from sleep.

Kieu L.

Yelp
This is a new and trendy hotel. And to our surprise, they even have a trampoline on their property and a very nice gym and spa! The atmosphere is great, mostly quiet. We didn't hear outlet neighbors at all. The front desk was helpful. Our room was clean as far as we could tell. This is our second time staying here. The first time we came, we made a mistake with our booking. The manager was very accommodating and able to find us a room at moment notice. During that time, due to COVID, we were able to self park, so that was nice. During our second stay, we were charged $30 for valet parking. That's a bit much considering how much we paid for our room.

absolutely the worst over priced food I have had in years. I don't yelp A lot. But I'm tired of the over hyped experience "cool" places with crappy food. The concept of gravity Haus is kinda cool. But the real experience pretty shitty. The staff is nice, but you can tell there hands are tied for real fun. Especially with the silly smocks they are forced to wear behind the bar. Gravity Haus wants to be the Cool Corporate place.. but they are missing the mark. The place is stale, the vibe is lame. They want to be the cool guy doing cool shit. But the cool guy doing cool shit just wants to chill with good food, Good drinks, and a cool atmosphere. The food was cold. Even without Covid this place was boring. Stop trying to be cool. Be real. Let your staff have fun. Get rid of the corporate vibe. Life is short have fun

Yelp
Well... this one is a big no. We frequent Breckenridge a lot and only stayed here because we had our dog with us on this trip. We definitely won't be staying again. It feels like they tried too hard to be clever and different and it winds up just being uncomfortable and confusing. The front desk looks like a snack bar. I wandered around a bit before figuring out where to check in. The queen sized bunk beds are cute but impractical. There are no drawers or closets in the room to accommodate clothing and gear so the room is super cluttered. And the worst part is the barn doors on the bathroom that leave a 2" gap open. So... don't stay with anyone you're not willing to poop in front of! ‍ Finally, the nightly parking and dog fee make this more expensive than some of the nicer places in town. Nope-ity nope!

Yelp
Booked a night at Gravity Haus for my first time in Breckenridge and was definitely not disappointed. I had been following their journey on social media for quite some time and was pretty excited to stay at the haus. I was also quite nervous given the other reviews that I had seen, but when I was there I did not notice any issues that would bother me. The check in process was quick and easy, I was given a free drink voucher for the bar, and my luggage was brought up for me to the room. The room was clean, aesthetically pleasing, and cozy -- exactly what I would be looking for in my ideal ski lodging. In terms of the ambience, it's very young and hip -- lively at nighttime at the bar, and chilled out during the day. The main lobby area, is incredibly cozy with lots of seating area for doing work or chilling out. The onsen, albeit not very Japanese onsen like, is a room with two cold tubs and three hot tubs, along with a sauna. Extra bathrobes and slippers are provided in the sauna, and it's an incredibly relaxing way to wind down after a long day on the slopes. The hotel is advertised as ski in ski out -- it's about a three minute walk to Peak 10, which is where I ended up spending all of my time on the slopes. There are indoor and outdoor ski lockers to store equipment, and a ski rental shop right across the street, which made things very convenient. In terms of location, there are a lot of restaurants and bars nearby, so no complaints there. The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating on my last day there, offering to store my luggage for the day and allowing me to still use the hotel facilities as I was waiting for my friend to arrive. My only two complaints about this hotel would be that the rooms are not very sound proof, and neither are the bathroom doors. Otherwise, my stay here was everything I could have asked for, both in concept and execution. The next time I'm at Breck, I will definitely try to stay here again!

Yelp
We had a minor issue with our room and thought we would mention it to the manager. He said he would get maintenance to take care of it while we were at dinner. When we came back to the room the annoying sound from the hvac unit had not been fixed. The noise was so annoying we slept in a friend's room. The next morning, we voiced our concerns to 2-3 people and it never got resolved. The manager Marcus Fowler was less than communicative and poorly prepared to deal with guests' concerns. I emailed and called after our stay and received poor resolution. I would highly recommend staying SOMEWHERE ELSE while in Breckenridge.

Yelp
This review is regarding the hotel. I love this place, very modern, the decor is excellent. I love the layout of the rooms, bunk beds, and 4 twin beds. So cool. But mostly I love the service. There's this kid, Mason, that works the front desk that is awesome. I am a mega idiot and accidentally booked my hotel room the night before my arrival, so when I got there I was like "sh!!!". The manager and Mason figured it out and I ended up still having a place to stay for the night. During COVID there is no Valet or Bell people. The gym is awesome, they have a large trampoline. My only complaints are tiny parking spaces, you're talking 4 -5 inches on either side so not much to work with, but that's not a reason not to stay here. This place is in the ski village, and across from Main Street.

Yelp
Stayed here a little over two weeks ago... it was fantastic! The people were friendly, the coffee was excellent, and the room was very nice. This was my first time in Colorado and it definitely made us want to come back again. Big shout out to Alexandra- the front desk agent. We came in late and she provided excellent customer service. Patient, friendly, and informative for the activities we were looking for.

Yelp
Our first time visiting Gravity Haus . The decor is ski lodge sheik. We were greeted by a really friendly bartender, named Rick. He made us feel welcome and not rushed even tho it was almost closing time . He made it possible to celebrate a 50th birthday with champagne & cake for our group .

Yelp
This review is for the bar upstairs. I can't speak to actually staying at the hotel. We stopped by for Happy Hour and sat at bar. Great decor, drink options and snacks. We opted for Happy Daze which is a Montucky plus a shot of whiskey and the Whales Tail-very refreshing! The bartenders were friendly and attentive. The interior design is well done and has a modern ski lodge vibe. Downstairs has a juice bar and comfortable lobby with a fireplace. We would definitely come back!

Yelp
One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. This was our first weekend away from our kids in 5 years. It was long overdue. We were celebrating my husbands birthday. We arrived to a complimentary bottle of wine, amazing, welcoming staff, beyond beautiful rooms, continued on to super comfy beds and woke up to the best americanos from their cafe. Will most definitely be back soon.

Yelp
Kilegh has been so hospitable and informative on other things to do in Breckenridge. We felt so comfortable and welcomed. Coming from Vegas has been challenging to feel accepted and Kilegh has been so sweet and welcoming. I might of spelled her name wrong because of autocorrect she is definitely a valuable employee!

Yelp
We made reservations here over a month in advance for December 24 for a private Igloo. Our party received confirmation of our reservation on December 23rd. We showed up 10 minutes early for our reservation, a party of 7 with three hungry children, only to be told it was cancelled and the restaurant had closed for the day. We never received any notification of cancellation. The hotel staff told us there was nothing they could do except offer restaurant suggestions. As we sat there scrambling, two other parties showed up for their igloos only to be told the same thing. They too received no notifications. The staff couldn't tell us who to contact or any corrective action we could take. Needless to say, this was incredibly disappointing to us and the kids. This was terrible customer service. Definitely won't be giving my business to this restaurant in the future.

Yelp
Aside from a confusing valet, the stay was amazing. Loved the bed, anesthetics, very cozy. Breakfas/ was excellent. We ordered two courses each to sample...best breakfast in Breck!

Yelp
Hotel photographs very well and has nice amenity however we were given the most inconvenient room I have ever stayed in - 4 separate single beds in 4 rooms (felt like a dorm / staff apologized on arrival - even when it was our honeymoon Restaraunt is great and fitness is very good with good staff - but lots of set backs at valet ( 3 guys no one offered with bags ) and front desk staff were poorly trained and dismissed request for slight extension of checkout Simply for the money I can suggest many better options and do not plan to ever return !!

Yelp
We were so happy to be able to get away during this COVID stuff! The hotel is new and unique. It has a restaurant, bar, coffee shop and workout facility among many other things. The hotel provided masks and hand sanitizing stations around the property. Everyone respected each other's space and I felt free and safe to enjoy our stay. The staff is fun, friendly and very accommodating. I loved the patio on the street level and many different cozy seating spaces throughout the hotel. Every time we come to Breck......this is our new spot to nest in!!

Yelp
The place just opened 7 days ago and they were working through some kinks that any place goes through when they first open for business but all minor things that probably will be fixed a week after this post. But I have to say the customer service and the place itself were great. Very modern sleek looking. They also went above and beyond to help while I was out proposing to my girlfriend they put rose petals and a bottle of champagne in our room and didn't even charge me! We were only there for one quick night so didn't get to take advantage of everything it has to offer but will definitely be back! There is a $35 fee per day for their valet parking which is the amount you'd pay to park anywhere there over night as there isn't much parking available due to how busy Breckenridge is but at Gravity Haus it's in a heated garage instead of outside or an open parking ramp.

Yelp
Everything in the hotel was great. Everyone was very helpful and nice. The hotel was quaint and super cute! The room was clean and we had everything we needed. We enjoyed the coffee in our room every morning and the restaurant on premises was a great plus to have. We will definitely stay here again.

Yelp
I hope to change this review if things improve. And note that this review is only for the Snow Cabanas that are rented separately. I have reserved the snow cabanas twice now and same experience both times and hoping this review might help provide feedback that GH can work through for the next time I come. The service is very poor. The servers for the snow cabanas should be keeping the cabanas stocked and full of water, cups, etc. without the customers constantly asking. Servers should be expected to eye sweep the cabana to make sure there are not empty glasses and food plates to take away. They come and check in on you and ask if you need anything, but guests are constantly asking service staff to remove trash and plates, empties, is annoying frankly. The purpose of a cabana is so that when you get back to the cabana after a couple runs, there is a clean table and water ready to go. Servers do not anticipate the guests needs. Lastly, there needs to be an indicator to let the servers know that we need service/assistance from the outside of the cabana. This time we used our ear muffs to place on the outside handle to let them know we needed something, but I think this problem should be resolved by now and I am not sure why this is still ongoing. Even a sign on the outside handle that says, service needed or something, anythinhg. This would be so much better. That way servers arent bothering us when we dont need service, but when we do, we do not have to hunt down the staff inside. Overall, the experience has been good, but I think these few improvements would make a huge difference.
