Gravity Haus Moab

Nicer than your standard hotel room, for a great price (at least it was in December!) Very modern and tastefully decorated. It is right along the main street in Moab, but my wife and I (who are both sensitive to noise when sleeping) had no trouble sleeping as long as we used the white noise machine we brought along. Easy to walk to stores and restaurants too.

Great hotel in a fantastic location, not far from the national park and within walking distance of excellent restaurants. The amenities were wonderful—especially the warm pool and jacuzzi, which were perfect for relaxing after a long day of driving and hiking. The rooms were clean, though the air freshener scent was a bit too strong for my taste. Overall, a great stay!

This has got to be the most thoughtful hotel I've ever stayed at design wise. The rooms had absolutely everything you could need during your stay. They were extremely spacious and had a sitting area and table. I LOVED that there is two sinks, one in the bathroom and one outside the bathroom. This made getting ready with multiple people so easy. The shower had a chair as well as two shower heads, best bathroom situation ever! The bed was so so so comfortable, the fridge worked perfectly and they even had free electrolyte packets in the rooms and lobby as well. The front desk receptionist was so friendly and check in was a breeze. They also have a lovely pool area and hot tub. I would easily say this is the best hotel in Moab.

Loved our stay at Gravity Haus in Moab! Friendly staff, plenty of parking close to the lobby and great rooms. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. I appreciated that the mattress had a fully encased mattress protector and that each pillow had pillow protectors. The shower featured a handheld sprayer and rain head to choose from. The pool area was fantastic, even had 2 hot tubs and 2 fire pit areas. And everything was decorated so nicely, really enjoyed staying here!

We will never stay here again or at any of there other locations. On the first day we were impressed with how nice the rooms are but that’s about the only positive. When we checked in the guy up front said to let them know when we would like housekeeping. We said thank you we appreciate it! The guy working Friday night was amazing we had no complaints with him. The next morning we were headed out for our family members funeral and I informed the front desk we would like room service and we would be gone most the day. We came back at 5:30pm and it wasn’t done. We went downstairs and no one is in site! I tried to call someone on the phone in the room and the phones don’t call through multiple times. Maybe the employees went off to watch the parade of lights? I have no idea. They were gone from 5pm-8pm (last time we cared to check). To not be able to find any employees from or call out is beyond ridiculous though. The next morning was the same story. No employees in sight even for checkout. No one came to get our trash or dirty towels so we just sat them outside our door. We ended up finding our own towels so we had some to use. The showers are very slippery and they really should put some grip on them or an anti slip mat. It’s not like a anti slip mat is that expensive. To put it in sorta perspective the LVP flooring in the room has more grip than the shower floor does. For what they charge to stay here it’s crazy they don’t have shower safety in mind. We found putting a towel down in the shower helps prevent slipping. Hopefully this location can figure it out because the service is horrendous.

Great hotel walking distance to downtown. Rooms are spacious and sparkling clean. Great bike storage, but unfortunately, very little clothing storage. Comfortable bed, but the pillows were not to my liking. Outstanding service, helpful and friendly!

The staff service here was fine, rooms are stylish, but I wouldn’t recommend it over other cheaper options in Moab. Our biggest gripe was with how badly sounds bled into the room, you’ll hear every footstep above you, and every car passing on the road below if your room faces Main Street. The TV in the room wasn’t very functional with the remote provided, so we gave up on using that pretty quickly. Also some guy with a clipboard came by our room at 9:30am knocking to see if we were in the room… check out is at 11am and we hadn’t seen this guy before so I don’t know if he was staff or what, but it was weird and off putting.

We stayed here at the end of October and we had such a fantastic experience. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, the pool area was amazing and we loved so much that they are a dog friendly establishment. (Also that it did not affect cleanliness) we loved seeing everyone with their pups and our girl Bernie enjoyed her stay and also took home one of their mascot stuffies. We will definitely be returning next time we are in Moab. Cheers.
