Great staff and room was super clean. A few negative points: - Our room was right along the road and the traffic is pretty dense. If you book there, ask for a room with the parking lot view… Far better if you are looking for a quieter room. - pet friendly hotel, which is great. However $50/ night? Really? This is far too much, especially when there is no additional feature in the room for the dog. - we were considering going to the pool/hot tub area, but honestly the idea of crossing the public parking lot to go there, in additional to the nearby road work and dust…was too much. - only one elevator. It can get pretty jammed depending on the time of the day. Keep that in mind if you cannot use the staircase. Overall: great location next to the city center, great staff and very clean place, a few down features to take into consideration. Clearly not the place to stay at if you are looking for a quiet environment.

I loved this hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was one of the best designed rooms I've ever stayed in. We were on the third floor overlooking the parking lot and it was quiet. Having a small sink inside the bathroom and a larger one outside the bathroom made it so easy for two people to get ready. The bathroom had a great shower, fluffy towels, and nice toiletries. Other amenities included a hairdryer, clothes steamer, safe, coffee packets and a small refrigerator. The bed was super comfortable and everything was clean. We did not have our room cleaned during our stay, so can't speak to that but when we asked for extra towels, they immediately accommodated us. The pool and spa area were clean and we loved the swinging chairs and lounge area. The filtered water and free electrolytes were an added bonus and were much appreciated. The hotel is located within an easy walk of the downtown area and if you have a car, parking was easy. For food, there is Expedition Eighty8 in the lobby where you can get breakfast and the best burgers.

Loved staying here. It was our first time in Moab and glad we had the experience of staying with gravity haus. We’re not big outdoors people and only went to arches twice during our stay so the pool and hot tub and hang out areas by the pool were key for us. Everything was so clean and convenient. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Would stay here again.

Rooms were nice and well appointed. Rack system for gear and bikes was a good touch. Pool area is a walk across the parking lot but worth it, really nice space to hang and enjoy the pool / hot tubs after a long day. There is some noise from the road in the room, but manageable. Being dog friendly is great, but $50 per night is a bit steep. At least provide dog bowls for $50 per night!

I’ve stayed at all the high-end properties in Moab, and this one easily ranks in the top three! While the location isn’t ideal, everything else more than makes up for it. The hotel is modern, spotless, and beautifully decorated. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are spacious with every amenity you could need. Overall, it’s a stunning property—highly recommend staying here!

Google
Everything was great except, I booked through their website and there was an option to include breakfast in the booking. I did for both days and both days, expedition 88 was unaware of the promotion that was going on and that the food was included. There seemed to be no communication between the servers at expedition 88 and the management of the restaurant and Gravity Haus. Otherwise a great stay.

Just wrapped up an epic stay at Gravity Haus Moab, and wow, this place nails it for adventurers like us! The hotel is spotless—rooms are modern, clean, and perfect for crashing after a day exploring Moab’s wild trails. They’ve got filtered water and free electrolyte packets in the lobby, which was a lifesaver for our family hikes with the kids. Bonus points for the Magic Mind shots—kept us energized! The pool is crystal clear and an absolute vibe at night with those red rock views. Walkable to downtown, super friendly staff, and just the right adventure-ready feel. Can’t wait to come back!

Google
It was our first time staying at a Gravity Haus, and we’re impressed. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The cafe in the lobby was a pleasant surprise (delicious omelettes). The best feature is the location: central to everything Moab but also directly adjacent/walkable to a grocery store, shipping store, and a greenway (Mill Creek Parkway). Disclaimer: our room was not facing the road, so we can’t weigh in on any road noise issues.

Yelp
Nice hotel. Large rooms comfortable beds great shower. Also pet friendly. Road noise gets one star off for how close to the road rooms are, we moved across the hall to the parking lot side of the building solved the noise problem.

Yelp
I came down to Moab to do some hikes and booked a room here. Great customer service; the place was clean and is well centered with many restaurants. They have a restaurant where you can grab a delicious meal.

Yelp
Formerly Radcliffe Hotel, they are currently transitioning to a Gravity Haus property! Dog friendly, with Purple-brand pet beds at the front desk to keep your four-legged family members happy! A middle of the road adventure hotel with a small restaurant serving Mediterranean style breakfast and boxed lunches. The rooms are spacious and even offer bike racks in room with a cooler to take along on your adventures. We also found a sound machine in ours which was a nice touch. There's even an in-house gear store for all of your adventuring needs. Don't miss the famous Gravity Haus coffee served each morning in the restaurant! Only downsides: no closet space and all bath products are coconut making it a no-go for me (with a tree nut allergy)

Yelp
The room had an extremely strong odor when I walked into the room. It hit me like a sack of bricks. I called the front desk and asked about it, and she said it was the cleaning supplies that were used and to open the window and let it air out. I opened the window and left for dinner. When I came back, the smell was equally as strong. I told the girl at the front desk I could not stay in the room because the smell was so strong and it was triggering a migraine. I asked to switch rooms and she told me all the rooms smell that way, but if I wanted to check out I could have the second night refunded. I opted to leave the hotel, since the smell made the room impossible to stay in. When I left, I asked for confirmation that I could have a refund of the second night and the girl at the front desk refused to give me anything in writing. When I reached out to Hotels.com and they tried to initiate a refund, the hotel told them they would not refund me anything. The customer service was terrible, the hotel room was unacceptable and I will not ever stay here or recommend that anyone stay here. There is no reason for such strong deodorizers in the room unless you are trying to cover up something else.

Yelp
Solid place if you need a mostly clean and hip-presenting place to crash. Bed was comfortable and curtains blocked light well. But generally mid hospitality and okay amenities. Maybe the price point is just the expense of Moab, but we expected more basic amenities (1 microwave per floor? Coffee shop is actually closed down). We booked a King room, for the price, some details weren't super there. The small fridge opens up the opposite way of the cabinet it's in, making it a little annoying to get in to. Bathrooms are clean, but a little on the small side. Floor by the entry was was dirty and sticky, although you wouldn't tell by looking. Wiping the floor with wet wipes came back grey/black. Our room was facing the street, which isn't just downtown main street, it's the highway. So if you love to hear semi truck engine breaking and loud motorcycles into the night and early morning, the street side is for you. Otherwise, people with sensory issues or disabilities, this place may not be for you. (The lobby had an overwhelming artificial scent and when we asked for a fragrance free room, they said they couldn't accommodate because they put the fragrance into the HVAC or circulation system).
