Great staff and room was super clean. A few negative points: - Our room was right along the road and the traffic is pretty dense. If you book there, ask for a room with the parking lot view… Far better if you are looking for a quieter room. - pet friendly hotel, which is great. However $50/ night? Really? This is far too much, especially when there is no additional feature in the room for the dog. - we were considering going to the pool/hot tub area, but honestly the idea of crossing the public parking lot to go there, in additional to the nearby road work and dust…was too much. - only one elevator. It can get pretty jammed depending on the time of the day. Keep that in mind if you cannot use the staircase. Overall: great location next to the city center, great staff and very clean place, a few down features to take into consideration. Clearly not the place to stay at if you are looking for a quiet environment.

I loved this hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was one of the best designed rooms I've ever stayed in. We were on the third floor overlooking the parking lot and it was quiet. Having a small sink inside the bathroom and a larger one outside the bathroom made it so easy for two people to get ready. The bathroom had a great shower, fluffy towels, and nice toiletries. Other amenities included a hairdryer, clothes steamer, safe, coffee packets and a small refrigerator. The bed was super comfortable and everything was clean. We did not have our room cleaned during our stay, so can't speak to that but when we asked for extra towels, they immediately accommodated us. The pool and spa area were clean and we loved the swinging chairs and lounge area. The filtered water and free electrolytes were an added bonus and were much appreciated. The hotel is located within an easy walk of the downtown area and if you have a car, parking was easy. For food, there is Expedition Eighty8 in the lobby where you can get breakfast and the best burgers.

Awesome room, we had a suite. Exceptional cleanliness, friendly staff. Absolutely loved mountain biking in Moab. BUT, Only one drawback, IT IS INSANELY LOUD HERE. The road is a federal road with truck traffic all night. We were there during the week but noticed significantly less traffic Friday night into the weekend.

Cleanest, nicest accommodation we’ve stayed in for years! The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were just right. The entire experience from check in to departure was seamless. Not to mention the price, which really made it all that much better. We were not familiar with Gravity Haus, but we’ll watch for the brand on our travels from now on.

We stayed here for 3 nights at their King suite. The room is huge with two bathrooms, a huge shower/bath, a living room, kitchen, a sofa sleeper and a comfortable king sized bed. I have a bidet attached to my toilets at home, so I was pleasantly surprised to find a deluxe bidet here. If you've never tried a bidet, do it. I don't know why my wife booked such a large room for just two people, but we really enjoyed it. The best part of this hotel is the large balcony with great views of the mountains in the background while enjoying coffee and breakfast (and writing this review). The best time is in the morning where it's shaded and cooler, but it winds around the building so there is some shade in the afternoon while enjoying some wine before dinner. The pool area is OK with a large number of chaise lounges and some umbrellas. We were disappointed that both hot tubs were out, because we would have liked that after a day of hiking or biking, so that why this place gets a 4 instead of 5 star review. Also my wife looks for hotels with bars and this one has a bar, but it looks permanently closed. Another good point about this place is it's close to a great grocery store City Market, Gear Heads (an outdoor store like REI) and Moab Cyclery, where we rented our bicycles. This is the only hotel I've ever stayed at that has a place to hang your bicycles and gear in the room, which is great. We rented bikes this trip, but if I ever bring our bikes, we would stay here again.

The rooms and common areas are lovely. It's in a great spot to walk almost anywhere in town. The pool and hot tub are really nice too. I loved the bottle filling station in the lobby. Unfortunately, the building is cheap construction and the rooms are sooooooo noisy! We heard it all there, from the neighbors having "private" time to the couple who left their dog in their room while they went out for dinner. The dog whined, yipped, and barked for several hours. One night, the people upstairs arrived at 11pm -- after we were in bed -- and proceeded to move the furniture in the suite above is for almost an hour!! We were hoping for a quiet space to work during the day and a base from which to hike in the mornings an evenings. There are no work pods at this location. Also, the bar / breakfast area is CLOSED. No coffee, drinks, or breakfast on site. We ended up walking about 12 minutes to a cafe every morning. Not super convenient.

Loved staying here. It was our first time in Moab and glad we had the experience of staying with gravity haus. We’re not big outdoors people and only went to arches twice during our stay so the pool and hot tub and hang out areas by the pool were key for us. Everything was so clean and convenient. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Would stay here again.

Still owned by Radcliffe but now branded as Gravity Haus. Radcliffe had great reviews but I was nervous after booking and then seeing reviews for Gravity Haus(YELP). Can’t for the life of me understand the poor ratings here. Stopped in for the night on the way to Denver and we couldn’t be more pleased. Clean room(passed black light), great shower, very friendly staff! I mentioned it was my daughter’s birthday under “requests” in my reservation and they left us a nice happy birthday note and a couple of smore making kits. Also, the staff recommended taking the scenic route 128 through the Colorado river which connects us back to the i70 for Denver. Google and Waze didn’t even have this route as an option, we would’ve never known! There are rooms that face the main road/highway through town so maybe there could be some noise pollution? But we requested a room facing the parking lot and had no issue. Definitely our go to next time we come through town! Thanks Gravity Haus Team for a great stay!

Yelp
I came down to Moab to do some hikes and booked a room here. Great customer service; the place was clean and is well centered with many restaurants. They have a restaurant where you can grab a delicious meal.

Yelp
Nice hotel. Large rooms comfortable beds great shower. Also pet friendly. Road noise gets one star off for how close to the road rooms are, we moved across the hall to the parking lot side of the building solved the noise problem.

Yelp
Formerly Radcliffe Hotel, they are currently transitioning to a Gravity Haus property! Dog friendly, with Purple-brand pet beds at the front desk to keep your four-legged family members happy! A middle of the road adventure hotel with a small restaurant serving Mediterranean style breakfast and boxed lunches. The rooms are spacious and even offer bike racks in room with a cooler to take along on your adventures. We also found a sound machine in ours which was a nice touch. There's even an in-house gear store for all of your adventuring needs. Don't miss the famous Gravity Haus coffee served each morning in the restaurant! Only downsides: no closet space and all bath products are coconut making it a no-go for me (with a tree nut allergy)

Yelp
The room had an extremely strong odor when I walked into the room. It hit me like a sack of bricks. I called the front desk and asked about it, and she said it was the cleaning supplies that were used and to open the window and let it air out. I opened the window and left for dinner. When I came back, the smell was equally as strong. I told the girl at the front desk I could not stay in the room because the smell was so strong and it was triggering a migraine. I asked to switch rooms and she told me all the rooms smell that way, but if I wanted to check out I could have the second night refunded. I opted to leave the hotel, since the smell made the room impossible to stay in. When I left, I asked for confirmation that I could have a refund of the second night and the girl at the front desk refused to give me anything in writing. When I reached out to Hotels.com and they tried to initiate a refund, the hotel told them they would not refund me anything. The customer service was terrible, the hotel room was unacceptable and I will not ever stay here or recommend that anyone stay here. There is no reason for such strong deodorizers in the room unless you are trying to cover up something else.

Yelp
Solid place if you need a mostly clean and hip-presenting place to crash. Bed was comfortable and curtains blocked light well. But generally mid hospitality and okay amenities. Maybe the price point is just the expense of Moab, but we expected more basic amenities (1 microwave per floor? Coffee shop is actually closed down). We booked a King room, for the price, some details weren't super there. The small fridge opens up the opposite way of the cabinet it's in, making it a little annoying to get in to. Bathrooms are clean, but a little on the small side. Floor by the entry was was dirty and sticky, although you wouldn't tell by looking. Wiping the floor with wet wipes came back grey/black. Our room was facing the street, which isn't just downtown main street, it's the highway. So if you love to hear semi truck engine breaking and loud motorcycles into the night and early morning, the street side is for you. Otherwise, people with sensory issues or disabilities, this place may not be for you. (The lobby had an overwhelming artificial scent and when we asked for a fragrance free room, they said they couldn't accommodate because they put the fragrance into the HVAC or circulation system).
