What a wonderful experience that we had for 8 days in Gravity Seoul Pangyo!! - Great location/excellent customer service/great gym/coin laundry on the 4th floor/incredible daily breakfast/cheaper than most Marriotts & Westins in Seoul -
One thing that makes this hotel stand out is its customer-first policy.
Levi who welcomed us with a check-in was so kind and wonderful. He was very cooperative and was willing to go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and exciting. His professionalism and efficiency during the check-in process were truly appreciated.
Many thanks to Sana Kim whose housekeeping services exceeded all our expectations. We are grateful for her impeccable service during our stay and her attention to detail made all the difference.
The breakfast buffet at Andish was delicious!! They offer a wide variety of choices and ALL food was fresh, high quality, and tasting great. All the staff is awesome and very attentive. Special thanks to Aaron Park and Rachel Kim for clearing our table.Their hard work, friendly service and great attitude truly made our early breakfast meal enjoyable.
To sum it up, genuine hospitality left a lasting impression and greatly contributed to the positive experience we had at the hotel.
The only downside is that their air-con is centrally controlled, so you cannot adjust it on your own.
