I asked the cobbler that we have been going for years for recommendations for dress shoes that could be resoled and lasted for long time for my husband and he recommended this shop. It was our first time here, and we were surprised to see a wide variety of shoes they offered, to very high end ones. It was also very bright and spacious inside. My husband found one pair of dress shoes that fitted him very well and reasonably priced - less than $300 and it was their house brand that was made in Italy. We would see how well the shoes will hold up but we were happy with our shopping experience here.

Excellent shoe selection. Jordan was super patient at helping me try on all styles that were so similar until I found the perfect one! Very low pressure buying environment. I had an issue after I bought my shoes and needed them replaced even though I'd worn them. The customer service on this end was uncomplicated and very helpful!

I went to GP first thing this morning as I was leaving town. I wanted to by a specific set of shoes but they didn’t work out for me. However I was able to get a pair of super cute Adidas Sambas instead. A big thank you to the very lovely Isabella, Sophia and Celina! They were helpful, charming and bring a great vibe to the store.

Celina was a true pleasure to deal with. Thanks for the help getting two pairs of awesome designer fall boots. I recommend Celina for anyone looking to get into some new kicks.

This is a shout-out for Celina, for helping me and my sister try on almost a dozen pairs of shoes, for somehow magically tracking down the last size 8.5 of the only pair she wanted, and for being positively delightful through the whole experience. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and the staff were super helpful. I tried on several sizes and styles of shoes until I found something I was happy with. The staff were attentive, helpful and patient while I decided which shoes to buy. They also had good knowledge of Canadian products which is what I was looking for. Thanks to Sofie for being so helpful.

Had always wanted a pair of Adidas Sambas and Isabella recommended me a classic white on black pair and I've never looked back. Wonderful service and great recommendation, I'll definitely have these shoes for a long time.

Ignored the whole time I was there trying on several different shoes. It’s full self service. The staff were chattting with each other. Great selection and quality of shoes, so maybe that’s what they pride themselves on, but definitely should not be the customer service.
