gravitypope Footwear Vancouver

I went to GP first thing this morning as I was leaving town. I wanted to by a specific set of shoes but they didn’t work out for me. However I was able to get a pair of super cute Adidas Sambas instead. A big thank you to the very lovely Isabella, Sophia and Celina! They were helpful, charming and bring a great vibe to the store.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and the staff were super helpful. I tried on several sizes and styles of shoes until I found something I was happy with. The staff were attentive, helpful and patient while I decided which shoes to buy. They also had good knowledge of Canadian products which is what I was looking for. Thanks to Sofie for being so helpful.

Unfortunately one of the last places to get quality men’s footwear in Vancouver. However; their men’s selection isn’t great (seem to be missing sizes and colour options for what they do have) and their service is terrible. I’ve been here several times and the staff just don’t seem to care, particularly about male shoppers (somehow they make me feel like I’m inconveniencing them by being there if you know what I mean).

Went to the store today and Sophia was very helpful and kind. I tried a few styles and sizes and she was very pleasant throughout the whole process. I had concerns about the boots rubbing the side of my foot but she said I can come back to the store to get it stretched/loosen up. Great customer service!

Whenever I've gone to Gravitypope the service is solid. Recently I went there on Easter weekend and the dude with long hair helped me out with a return and even looking at another pair of shoes. Cheers for the excellent service again, you made my day. Thanks.

Large selection of heels, bad customer service.

Poor customer service. Everytime I go in, there is no greetings from any staffs. Today I went in with my mom to try on some shoes. No one acknowledged our existence nor asked if we needed any help even if we have made eye contact with them. I would love to support local business but then this shop probably has one of the worst retail customer service. Would avoid coming here if other stores carry the same brand.

I got an amazing pair of boots here. The selection is unique and beautiful. Sophia who helped me is a gem! My favourite shoe store in Vancouver
