I was walking my dog in the neighbourhood and stumbled upon the store. I first saw a sign protecting trans rights and my heart lifted. Then I saw a sign welcoming dogs and I was sold! I found a pair of Solomon hiking boots for less than half the original price! I could easily try them on because Cassandra and her colleague were taking such good care of my dog Frida, and she was lapping it all up. Both were super friendly and knowledgeable. I hadn’t brought money with me, so she put them on hold until the next day they were open. I came back with Frida a few days later and was greeted so warmly. Cassandra went to the back to look for something and the entire staff came out to greet my dog. Absolutely love this place. Like regular Gravity Pope, there are some very high priced items and some reasonably priced items that also have a discount. Lovely addition to my neighbourhood and we will be back.

Always fun to see which luxury apples have fallen from the store to the outlet. Cassandra was so great and fun to chat with, helpful in finding a great pair of boots for me. Thank you!

I absolutely love this place, and I've shared their information with everyone I’ve met. When I visited, the shoes were mainly for women, but hopefully, they will also bring more for men.

My first time using the outlet store and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Although my purchases were not a large sum, the online service staff was great. Due to an error, my purchases were exchanged with no issues from Gravity Pope personnel. The communication was exceptional. I received my new sneakers and am very happy. An added bonus was the reimbursement of some funds as the sneakers had been further reduced while I was making the exchange. The store did not have to inform me as I would never have known. Thank you so much. I am calling these my 'cover 19' sneakers and will love wearing them. Hopefully others will 'catch' the idea of shopping at Gravity Pope.

Best boxing day sale I got all day. Way more women's selection than men's, but both me and my lady friend were able to find amazing, one of a kind steals!! And we love our good deals...
