I’ve personally exchanged communication with Gravy’s CEO. You won’t find a more passionate entrepreneur! His team is focused, there mission is clear. They are building something special. I had tried to sell them on using my recruiting platform for developers. I’ve never been rejected so kindly by a CEO before. He rejected me, but also made me a fan of Gravy! Choose the people you work with! Gravy has great people!

I haven't had the need to use Gravy's services, but I am telling you when and if I ever need too they will be the first company I go to. Why? Because of the culture that their CEO has built within the company. He goes the extra mile to make sure the culture is built correctly but not by him, by his employees. He challenges his employees everyday to learn, explore and grow their career. If you are not sure what I mean just follow Gravy or Casey Graham on LinkedIn. I look forward to reading Casey's thought provoking words as well as his employees. By following them, I have been able to challenge myself each day to put myself out there and create a brand for me. Gravy is a true unicorn company. To work for and to work with. They serve their clients and their customers with empathy, dignity and respect. They are the partner you trust with your business and your brand. But “They” are what makes the company so special. They are a team of individuals who are genuine, hard working, determined, fun, personable and empathetic. They do what they say they’ll do, they take initiative, they approach life with optimism, they build others up and don’t take themselves too seriously. Gravy is a unicorn company that you’d be lucky to have as a partner and even luckier to work for.

I've had nothing but fantastic interactions with Gravy's CEO Casey Graham and his team. I first heard about Gravy as a job seeker and Casey personally responded to my inquiry and gave me the link to apply with his well wishes. Down the road as a potential customer, I shared on LinkedIn that I'm interested in his product and he not only sent me as message on LinkedIn offering to chat with me but also left me a personalized voice message within 10 minutes. In addition to Casey creating such a personalized experience for me, I've spoken with 3 other Gravy employees and they each shared their genuine desire to help me as a potential new customer without making it feel like a hard sell. One employee even offered to join a call with me and walk me through Stripe to make my life easier as I exported data! Now I am a subscriber to Gravy's new newsletter From: Scratch and enjoy learning from the industry expert and companies they highlight week over week. Thank you Gravy for sharing your continued learnings with all of us!

The people over at Gravy genuinely care about each other and their clients. The leadership at the company is invested in every person who works there. Among other things, this is evidenced by their CEO wanting to develop each employee to ultimately leave the company and do bigger and better things. Kudos to the Gravy team.

The level of detail that goes into the interview process for Gravy is unmatched. They are truly building a company that puts its people first and genuinely cares about their success. Casey and Renee are incredible leaders and I look forward to learning from them as much as I can.

The company culture at Gravy is one other companies should aspire to. Their CEO is accessible to the public. He encourages personal growth. And his team seem to rally around him. I have been engaging with them on LonkedIn and find myself drawn to read more and more. Even their newsletter stands out.

I'm totally laughing at the bad review that is here because it couldn't be farther from the truth! Haters gonna hate. While Gravy is our retention team, they are so much more. Our specialist works to have a relationship with the customers that she works with, she holds our company values high and helps our clients feel comfortable. Gravy has freed us from the uncomfortable space of coaching AND bugging people about their cards being declined. It allows us to really do our job working with clients and gives our organization the team member needed to do so. They have recovered thousands for us! Beyond that, I am over the moon with the business resources shared by Casey and really look forward to each email and newsletter I receive.
