I haven't had the need to use Gravy's services, but I am telling you when and if I ever need too they will be the first company I go to. Why? Because of the culture that their CEO has built within the company. He goes the extra mile to make sure the culture is built correctly but not by him, by his employees. He challenges his employees everyday to learn, explore and grow their career. If you are not sure what I mean just follow Gravy or Casey Graham on LinkedIn. I look forward to reading Casey's thought provoking words as well as his employees. By following them, I have been able to challenge myself each day to put myself out there and create a brand for me. I've had nothing but fantastic interactions with Gravy's CEO Casey Graham and his team. I first heard about Gravy as a job seeker and Casey personally responded to my inquiry and gave me the link to apply with his well wishes. Down the road as a potential customer, I shared on LinkedIn that I'm interested in his product and he not only sent me as message on LinkedIn offering to chat with me but also left me a personalized voice message within 10 minutes. In addition to Casey creating such a personalized experience for me, I've spoken with 3 other Gravy employees and they each shared their genuine desire to help me as a potential new customer without making it feel like a hard sell. One employee even offered to join a call with me and walk me through Stripe to make my life easier as I exported data! Now I am a subscriber to Gravy's new newsletter From: Scratch and enjoy learning from the industry expert and companies they highlight week over week. I'm totally laughing at the bad review that is here because it couldn't be farther from the truth! Haters gonna hate. While Gravy is our retention team, they are so much more. Our specialist works to have a relationship with the customers that she works with, she holds our company values high and helps our clients feel comfortable. I have not done business directly with Gravy, but I can tell you their sales process and content is second to none. One of their SDRs reached out after engaging with my content on Linkedin, and the message was super personalized and he had done his homework. When I wasn't the right person and said we might not be in the place to chat yet, he was totally respectful, and has continued to engage with us elsewhere in a non salesy way. It seems to me that this company, today, is run by good, genuine people that do fantastic work.
