"At Graycliff Chocolatier on Nassau, you can do more than just taste delicious, gourmet chocolates—you can learn how to make them yourself with the help of Graycliff’s master chocolatier. The chocolate-making experience is part of the chocolate factory tour, in which guests learn how the chocolate goes from raw cocoa beans to a rich liquid that can be poured into molds. Then you’ll have the chance to mold your own chocolate bars. Of course, if you’d rather taste it than make it, you can purchase a selection of chocolate and truffles, or join one of the chocolate and spirits tasting sessions to learn how to pair gourmet chocolates with spirits like rum, whiskey, and port."
I had a tour of this place and it cost $60.The tour was very short, but it included an interactive part, so we were able to make our own chocolate. The chocolates are very expensive and there are a lot of options. They are good gifts for family and they put ribbon on the cute boxes the chocolates come in. They also give small samples of chocolate chips. Outside of the shop, there is a bunch of seating and tables for people to sit at.

Visited as part of a cruise shore excursion. The chocolate shake sample was yum! Nice pretty little place to buy gifts and eat while you are shopping! Take pictures too!

Very good chocolate. They have chocolate you can taste for free everyday. The bubblegum chocolate was so good. I should have purchased more.

We had a great time going on the 15 minute tour here. We learned all about making chocolate and the long process. It was hit or miss with friendliness of the workers. Our tour guide was amazing, but checking out was not so great.

We stopped here as part of a bus tour. They give you a sample of four chocolate chips in a green cupcake paper. They just tasted like everyday chocolate chips. We decided to purchase two small pieces of chocolate. The woman behind the counter was less than friendly and kept saying’ “They cost $2.80 each.” It cost $5.60 for both pieces. We tried to pay in US cash and she said they couldn’t give change for our $20 bill. They said they could take a credit card instead, but we didn’t bring one. We managed to scrape up a $5 and $1 and told her to keep the change. Sadly the chocolates weren’t anything special and not worth the trouble.

Pretty nice experience. Chocolate tasted amazing. I suggest eating it melted or at room temperature. It taste so so good. It’s even better when you have it with a glass of wine from the winery. It was really nice learning about how chocolate is made, the history, and how long it takes. I have always love chocolate, but this experience made me appreciate it even more!

Some really good chocolate. We did the 10$ tour which was pretty short but a fun thing to do when you're an annoying tourist. I recommend getting the little wine bottles for the bus ride back.

This was fun!! Not a big time commitment and an easy walk from the cruise pier. Enjoyed learning about cocoa and the steps it takes to transform into chocolate. And the tasting! So fun to spoon it from the machine during the process. Very nice people as well. And for 10 bucks this is the cheapest “excursion” ever lol.
