I had very high expectations for this “grandma style” Italian restaurant, but ended up quite disappointed, since the prices are extremely high while the food quality and variety is poor.
Both the crostini and ragù tasted like canned sauce and all menu dishes were made with “poor” ingredients, but costed as if they were made with white truffle.
The pappa al pomodoro (literally bread, tomatoes and basil) costed 20€ and I could finish it in 4 spoons.
10 points to the owner, who’s very friendly and passionate about his job, but that’s not enough to run a restaurant.
