Great American Cookies

This was my first time visiting this business. I sampled a chocolate chip pecan cookie, and it was so good! The staff was also great! I will definitely be back!! Yes I purchased that same flavored cookie!

Great service. The manager is always so welcoming. She engages and makes you and your patronage seem valued. Visited again on yesterday and decided to review regarding the consistency. The chew pecan supreme is my favorite. The peanut and snickerdoodle are tied for second. Definitely satisfies my sweet tooth.

Nice location for cookies located in Uptown shopping center in Cedar Hill. Friendly staff! The crunchy ice & Sugar Double Doozie is my favorite!

This place never lets me down. I went and tried the cookies and cream cookie for the first time and it was to die for. The customer service has been good when I have went and I always seem to catch them right after they just baked a fresh batch of the cookies I like.

Jaden and Jennifer were so polite and helpful. I came in to get a birthday slice and customer service was amazing. Great job guys.

These cookies are the best and this location is also. The cookies are ALWAYS fresh and soft!!! The brownies are delicious too. (I love the red velvet brownies!) Everytime I go Mrs. Paulette is there with a beautiful smiling face. The cookies in my photos are the sugar, cookies & creme, and peanut butter cookies. I got the buy 9 get 3 free deal which came to be around $15. (So worth it!) I am signed up for the rewards program that does help to get you discounts.

The Manager there is the very very best person. She has 10+ customer service skills. She takes the time in helping you with ideas choosing the cookies/cookie cake. She never ever rushes you on what to chose. The CEO needs to really reach out to her and give a big money bonus.

They never disappoint.. my kids love getting their birthday cookies from here and they are very good. They're always ready in time when I order online. The only thing I wouldn't buy is the individual cookies from here because they all taste the same from some crazy reason lol.

Very rude unprofessional service. The young lady working the cash register opens by saying "it's not ready yet"! Umm how about hello sir how are you? Maybe she confused me with someone who made an order. I then tell her my order and I'm like telling her how many cookies I want and I respond I'm looking to see which ones I want from what's available then she rolls her eyes and says I need to know which bag to get. Just so rude and unprofessional and no one was waiting at the time.

I live in Midlothian, TX, but drive to Great American Cookies in Cedar Hill, TX for the cookies and the great customer experience received. From beginning to end, I receive what I often refer to as the "Chick-Fil-A experience." Delicious and ALWAYS fresh cookies. RESPECT, POSITIVE attitudes and PATIENCE from ALL members of the team, management included (Paulette, Chiquita, etc.) and so much more. I have visited MANY Great American Cookies, but never have my family and I ever received this level of customer service, it is unmatched. I thank you all for making our experience(s) great. AND, Ms. Paulette, THANK YOU for ALWAYS leading by example.

Who hasn't given in when seeing the sign for "free samples"? A large cookie is a great alternative to another cake at the office party. My girls always wanted a package of cookies to give as a gift. Its a mall staple and we are fortunate to have one here in cedar Hill

Fun Father's Day gift. Also, the ladies were super busy getting all those orders ready, but they were professional and courteous.

The cookies were good, but they are a bit pricey. I had the Snicker doodle, Sugar, and Oatmeal Raisin with walnuts. They were good cookies, but I would prefer if they were a bit warmer maybe. Worth a try.
