We chose Great Aunty Three to cater a surprise birthday party, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the service! From start to finish, their service was top-notch, and the food was absolutely incredible. The Bahn Mi sandwiches were a huge hit with all of our guests—fresh, flavourful, and perfectly balanced. Every bite was bursting with deliciousness, and they even took the time to cater to dietary preferences, ensuring everyone could enjoy the meal. The quality of the ingredients was impeccable, and the variety of options (both traditional and vegetarian) gave us so much to choose from. Not only was the food amazing, but the team behind the scenes was so professional and helpful. They made sure everything was done on time, beautifully packaged for pick-up, which helped us ensure everything ran smoothly with the surprise. I can’t recommend Great Aunty Three enough. Whether you're hosting a big event or just craving an unforgettable meal, they’ll make sure it’s a memorable experience. Thank you for helping make this surprise birthday party a success—we’ll definitely be using them again in the future!

5 stars for the service. I really wish I could give 5 stars. They were very very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the food was not to my liking.. the pho didn’t have much flavour and had an overwhelming taste of cinnamon. The banh mi had such a tiny amount of chicken in it that it was more a salad roll, I was quite frustrated with the lack of protein filling. The spring rolls were absolutely beautiful! All in all, I’d give them a try solely on their lovely service :)

This is one of my favorite lunch spots! The vermicelli noodle salads are so full of flavor and refreshing (especially during those humid days!). My favorite is the vegan chicken and tofu noodle salad, it’s so delicious, I’m not even vegan but it tastes so good. The crispy spring rolls that comes with it is next level. The staff there are so friendly and kind, they always remember that I can’t eat bean sprouts and pay particular care to make sure to not include it. First time trying their rice paper rolls and it’s really yum too. They also make great recommendations and always chatting with you. Would highly recommend as a wonderful lunch spot!

I should have taken a photo before I started, but I didn’t realise how good it was going to be. On a rainy day, the warm and hearty pho was perfect. Doh and Tiffany are both really sweet and greet me with a warm smile every time I come in, or even when I just walk past. I love their food and love them!

This place is my favourite lunch spot in Sydney. Their banh mi is the best thing I have ever eaten. I go back regularly just to get it. Not to mention, the people who work at Great Aunty are so extremely kind and create a great atmosphere. They also can cater to dietary requirements! Couldn’t recommend anymore.

This place is absolutely amazing! The food is so delicious and the service is spectacular👌 I tried the Traditional Beef Pho, Tiger Prawn Banh Mi, Roast Pork & Crackle Noodles, Viet Iced Coffee and the Coconut Mango & Mint Frappe. My favourite dish would have to be the Pho, the broth was super flavourful, the beef was perfectly cooked and the noodles were so chewy, just how I like them 😍 My family and I really enjoyed the flavour combinations of the Roast Pork & Crackle Noodles and loved how refreshing the Viet Iced Coffee and Coconut Mango & Mint Frappe were. I will definitely be coming back to have my favourite Pho again and to try out some more of the other dishes :) 📸 Check out @lilbeaneats on Instagram for more things food!!

Fantastic little gem in Enmore, directly across from the theatre. Delicious Vietnamese food with heaps of veggie options. I had the faux chicken and tofu vermicelli salad 🤌 and a Vietnamese iced coffee. Delish. Limited indoor seating and a decent amount of outdoor seating. Was packed with locals even on a Monday lunch.

Yelp
Not overly impressed. Overpriced for what you receive. $10 for the rolls!? With Barely any salad in them. Not your traditional Vietnamese street food, more weird "fusion" flavours than anything else, that don't quit work together. Green apple and papitas in a roast pork roll? No thanks. They don't even have traditional pork rolls. Chipped a tooth on some bone left in a duck rice paper roll. Awesome. Been there 3 times, thinking maybe the first time was just a "one off bad day" but every experience the food seemed to get worse. Tried different items every time too. Stale rolls twice, they pretty much turned into powder trying to bite into them. Lemon grass chicken tasted like fish the last time... tasted like a canned tuna roll... was not pleasant and 2 bites in was enough to throw it away. Super disappointed, starting to think everyone giving them raving reviews have 2 minute noodles for dinner every night if this is what they think is amazing? Sorry guys, but Aunty threes ain't for me... or any of the friends I went there with.

Yelp
Being Asian I've eaten at a lot of Vietnamese places in Cabramatta and Bankstown so eating here........doesn't compare. It's expensive for what you get and while I didn't mind the pork rice and BBQ pork bun and rice paper rolls the portion sizes don't match the price. And it's also a small place and not open at night

Yelp
I LOVE BAHN MI and I know I'm not alone in that. We quickly ran down to Great Aunty Three during the lunch break at the conference I was attending. They were just about finished prep when we arrived, and we were served quickly. We had a good chat with the owner, who's aunt (after whom the shop was named) is very passionate about vegetarian food. Needless to say, the bahn mi and rice paper rolls (made in front of us) were delicious. We left before we started eating, and as soon as we'd taken the first bite of a rice paper roll, I ran back inside to buy more. Very highly recommended.

Yelp
My love-hate relationship with Great Aunty is strong, but shhhh, don't tell her... Your first thought when you're warmly welcomed through the door of this family-run business will inevitably be "Miss Chu." While the modern and funky decor of this pho-tastic Vietnamese joint does resemble the charm of the Chu, the attitude and philosophy is completely different! The couple who own it are absolutely lovely and pride themselves on fresh and unique flavor fusions. They're also extremely vegetarian friendly and have three or four vegetarian rice paper variations that have faux meat, as well as a faux meat salad roll. While I'm not typically one to go "meaty," I tried the faux prawn roll which was packed with pepitas and apples - items definitely not conventional for a salad roll. They're still experimenting with their vegetarian pho, which I cannot wait for, by my partner claims the pho and the pork rolls are among the best hes had! And now for the hate .... While I think it's fantastic for businesses to "run out" of items, as it means they've sold well that day, I can only recall one time I visited Great Aunty when they had everything in stock. As the vego options are already limited, it has been frustrating to head for a late lunch and find the only thing still available is one flavor of spring roll. But again, this is nothing to fret about, and Great Aunty is a feel-good, street food cafe that you'll feel good walking into and even better walking out of! Definitely worth the five minute walk from Newtown Station down Enmore!

Yelp
Nicely priced food with lovely flavours. I highly recommend the pork belly Vietnamese salad. There are some veg there to help you neutralise he pork belly

Yelp
Awesomely fresh and crisp flavours without fail. Great vegan options and always friendly service. If only inflation didn't affect their pricing so dramatically I'd be there much more often.

Yelp
I had pho for the first time here a few weeks back and I am sorry that I have not tried it sooner!! Absolutely loved the food however the seating in this restaurant is not overly comfortable and is very cramped so would suggest take away is a better option here.

Yelp
The absolute kindest staff at Great Aunty Three make you never want to leave, with their welcoming smile to personal delivery of your takeaway food and a asking how your going, you never want to go anywhere else! That is little to say when your ale into consideration their food. Wow. Short menu, all the options covered and the taste has been poured into the simple meals like there's no tomorrow.

Yelp
Not terribly impressed. Went with the honey soy chicken bùn & tiger shrimp banh mi. Chicken was dry & tasted old...shrimp was ok, but nothing special. Hearty sandwich, but just meh. Iced coffee was, well.....BZZZZZZZZZZZ

Yelp
After reading raving reviews on Great Aunty three, I was very much looking forward to trying out this place.. Only just got back from having lunch there, and wanted to write my thoughts on what I had. I ordered the Great Aunty pulled pork caramelised in coconut cream bhan mi. Thoughts? Definitely a very generous full roll.. Taste? Unfortunately disappointed in the over flavour... Yes it was fresh but not much else.. I won't be rushing back.

Yelp
It's been hard to go past when this place is actually open but I finally got the chance. The food was very delicious, fresh and reasonably priced. Definitely go back again for more

Yelp
Friendly staff and super fresh summer rolls. The crab rolls on the weekend are my favorite and they have several vegetarian options available.

Yelp
The pork crackling and green apple rolls are to die for... And don't even get me started on the coconut iced coffee! Only downside is sometimes it gets crazy busy and they run out of duck rice paper rolls... Can't get enough,

Yelp
Love this place! The food is healthy, Vietnamese fusion, comparisons to Miss Chu's are inevitable. Not only in the food great, but the couple who run the place are really personable and awesome. It is extremely vegetarian and vegan friendly. The bahn mi is delicious - wholemeal bread, avocado, crispy onions - all sorts of luxury yummy extras which you don't usually get on bahn mi. They also have vegan chicken, ham etc for something extra and fun for vegetarians. Noodle bowls are also great. Lots of interesting options for meat eaters - duck, slow cooked meats... (seriously my boyfriend tells me what he's eating every time but I forget! He swears by it). Great local business to support.
