Great Northern Mall

I hadn’t been to a mall anywhere in years! So, going to the mall after so long, you have to get acclimated to it again. At any rate, the first store I visited was Dillard which was very nice and clean! Staff were all very nice and friendly. Only issue I had was the pushy sales people. When I go shopping I like to admire on my own! If I need help I will go to an assisted for help! I don’t like the feeling if being watched abd approached every five minutes is a very uncomfortable feeling and makes the atmosphere of the store feel off negatively! 2nd place was the food court which was very clean and the staff was very nice. The staff at the Chinese food place were very friendly as well! 3rd we went to see Avatar Fire abd Ash! First time ever experience in DOLBY ATMOS! It was fantastic. Theater staff was super friendly and helpful! Theater was very clean!

Hard to believe there are still malls that remind you of the old days. Plents of stores still open, great food court with plenty of choices. Lots of people walking around. Plenty of parking, just remember where you went in because its a fairly large mall.

Wet nice mall. Quiet. Clean. Many of the old stores we love! We are from out of town and spent some time there shopping before our flight. The Christmas town store was great! We bought ornaments and were able to customize them right there. Food court smelled great and they had a family lounge/ bathroom for kids and babies. Parking was also easy.

I visited Phoenix Theatres. My overall experience was great. Popcorn was yummy. The sounds protruding from the speakers within the reclining seats are powerful! Pure amazingness🫶🏾

I Go Here Mostly every week It’s Better Than Other Malls great Dillards Dicks And JCPenney I Go On Tuesdays It’s Not Busy At all Great Abandoned Places Like Sears forever 21 rainbow And Rue 21 Please Put it A Closed For good Google maps also Great Chairs And Colors My Favorite Store At This Mall Is Macys / Macy,s backstage They Have A Toys R Us In Macys GREAT Macys Also Has Beds And. Chairs And Clothes This Is The best Mall In The world

We are at Charley's in the food court here. It is always a good experience. I've shopped at this mall many times,and I've even lost my phone here. Someone on the cleaning staff turned my phone in!! I was very relieved. For the last several years this mall has been kept exceptionally clean. That's no easy task with large crowds. It is a brighter and happier place than most malls. The displays are usually well done,and there's a wide variety of food,clothes,accessories, odds and ends to find. I highly reccomend this place.

It is a ghost of it's former glory. Spencer's is now an adult novelty shop and the atmosphere has been stripped of any personality. Fountains,mosaic tile and any form of architecture are gone. Now it is a hollow void with more vacancies than shops. Keep shopping on line and this will completely dissappear. We are becoming the Wall-E generation. You apparently reap what you sow. Change happens and they have adapted to what we want them to be. Does not help North Olmsted is not geared to help businesses flourish. Sad but happy nostalgia kicked in memories when it was amazing.

I miss the liveliness of this mall. (Arcade, Disney Store, F.Y.E...) Without the Phoenix movie theatre and Sweets & Geeks, there would be little worth stopping by for. Spencer's is still around and Earthbound has some odds and ends at least.
