Great Northern Railway Cafe

Online menu is completely incorrect so don't go off of it. They only have two breakfeast items. We went to the Cafe at the KOA across the street and had a real breakfeast. Since we couldn't get food, we unfortunately left.

Pretty neat place. Had some minor fly issues from bug screens that arent big enough for the window or broken. And internet wasn't working but I fixed that. The scenery here is breathtaking

Online menu is way off. They have a breakfast sandwich and a pb and j for lunch.

Cute place but they have no sugar-free syrups or even alternative sweeteners! The food options are also extremely limited.

Good service. But small portions. Average taste (hummus, “naan” and veggies).

Went here for lunch and the sandwiches were excellent. Cute little set up with outdoor seating area.

We each ordered a sandwich with bacon, cheese and avocado on an english muffin. It was delicious, but so small, we ended up going somewhere else and grabbing a second breakfast. :(

Flat river rocks 👏🏼😲 Sometimes I like to go fishing other times I like just being on the water. Montana is great for both most of the time. Get out and do something on the water, it is good for the soul. Also, Saint Nicklaus is the patron saint of sailors #nice list...🎅🤙

Personalized service!! Cook gave you lots of attention! Loved the veggie sandwich. Husband had the huge hot dogs!! Great lunch spot!

We really loved this stop. It was simple but hearty and tasty...the staff was really nice and the views were lovely.

We were in the park the last weekend of the season and needed breakfast! What a great little find with friendly service and great food. I also got a lunch sandwich to go since we would be out for the day. Excellent choice. So fresh!

Cool atmosphere, had breakfast sandwiches and they were really good! Its inside an old railroad car so it is small in there. But definitely would go back.

Lizz is super friendly and provides excellent customer service! The crepes are delicious. I definitely recommend checking out this cute little caboose cafe if you're in the area.

Great Northern Cafe at The Great Northern Resort is only about a mile from the entrance to West Glacier. This was a wonderful little place for breakfast. We had crepes that were perfect. We ate outside beside a lovely, little pond. We'd also recommend staying in the cabins at the resort.

The unassuming red caboose on US 2 with the crazy good grub. Steak sandwiches, Italian sandwiches, charcuterie, hummus, beer and various other sundries. Ask for bacon on your grilled cheese. There's crepes. And two dudes with good conversation doin all the work. Stop in, eat yummy things, consume beer and recharge yourself as well as your phones. Worth it. Next trip I'll know where to go.

We had a delightful late lunch here. The service, sandwiches and chefs salads were all great. They made fresh lemonade and limeade for us - great on a hot day! We highly recommend the Great Northern Railway Cafe!!!
