Great Salt Pond

Behind some food trucks, entrance is off the dirt road. We were excited to visit this historic place but there was so much trash on the path. How sad when places dont take care of their nature preserves. There was also a junked vehicle and since it looked dirty and sketchy we didn't get out to walk around. Please clean up your island.

Our famous salt pound, in the old days St. Maarten produced the best salt in the world, until the pound was polluted.

The place to book all your activities, at great prices.

Not that great. I would never pay to go there. I was only there for work.
