great environment, with friendly staff who are so helpful. Very good internet. clean rooms and smart toilets. Very clean restaurant , with delicious food.

Great Zimbabwe Hotel was offering a "Special Valentines Weekend Special". Came across it on their Facebook page and quickly made a reservation for accommodation and the romantic dinner. Our reservation was promptly done and confirmation sent via email. We traveled to Masvingo and check in was very swift. We were shown to our room and it was what we have have come to expect of the African Sun group. Clean, spacious, and elegant. They even added a fruit basket and chocolates as promised and all the amenities were working. The wifi was fast. My wife really liked the romantic dinner so that made the trip worthwhile. The food was delicious and in abundance. The staff were always on hand to make our stay more pleasant. Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the pool because of the weather. I would definitely recommend and will definitely be back for more.

Generally, it's a good hotel. Especially the restaurant with really delicious food. Just require improvement around maintenance of air conditioners.

Spent 2 nights camping at the campground and very expensive for what you get. Managed to talk then down from 50 to 40 USD per night for 2 people with a rooftop tent. I will start with the positives, grounds are beautiful, easy walk to great Zim, fast Wifi, nice ablutions and the staff are mostly friendly. Unfortunately our stay was disrupted by them chainsawing down a massive tree 20 meters away from our tent in the campground. We had been gone all morning and they decided to start this process right as we were making our lunch spraying sawdust all over us and everything else. We couldn't even be at the campsite with the noise levels and finally after 3 hours we complained. Staff were very dismissive and did nothing to make the situation better even after we spoke to multiple people. Finally stopped around 5pm as it was getting dark. They also put the only other campers in a tent right next to us on our second day even though the rest of the campground was empty. Was also woken up both mornings at 6:30am by staff cleaning right next to our tent. Clearly have little regard for their campers despite the high costs. Would not recommend.

Beautiful. Serene. Calming. Just the room service that is priced in a manner that makes you enjoy your meal in the restaurant.

Yah this is a great place to be than ever to me. You know I liked the way their services are. They know how to deal with customers, I liked it

We had supper there only the waiter seemed like a trainee keep mixing up orders But the buffet served was good ,the food hot ,The service staff presence on point and the atmosphere was good .
