The most amazing hotel we have ever been too. The staff are incredible and from the moment you arrive to the minute you leave they can't do enough for you. |If you are looking for that touch of luxury this really is the place to stay. |The bar staff by the pool were absolutely amazing. Sorry for the spelling but fotis and xaris were the best, nothing was too much trouble and it really does make a difference to have so many staff who are so polite.|The hotel it's self is immaculate, I have never seen so many staff keeping the grounds so clean and well maintained. |The food was great and the selection of drinks for all inclusive is the best I've ever seen. |100% recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful location, amazing facilities and that real luxury feel . |We stayed in a family masonette with a pool and sea view and the room was amazing 😍.

On our last night here & I have to say it has been lovely from the second we walked into the reception. All staff each & everyone of them have been nothing but pleasant & accomodating. |Our room a family suite with a pool room 628 is situated perfectly with a sea view, near all pools , bar & lunchtime buffet. |The hotel is closing for the winter it seems on Monday ~ but the standard of food & care hasn’t gone down in the slightest. The quality of the food is perfect, the selection and freshness is very good and to a high standard. |A totally gorgeous hotel with staff to match. |Easily a 10 out of 10 if not more.|Would definately return.|Thankyou

Great location, so close to the beach. Staff fantastic, great setup with the pools, with one being a quiet pool during the day, then switching for later on as the bottom pool/cafe switched into the premium restaurant. Lovely vibe. Customers seemed a decent classy bunch. Slides are decent, even for adults! Easy to get drinks and food throughout the day. Love the external gym, plus there was one inside as well. Best provisioned hotel gym I’ve seen outside of a spa hotel.

What is not to like! We liked the look of the hotel and did a great deal of research before booking. We were a bit worried because of some negative reviews however need not have been. From the moment we arrived the service was excellent and all staff without exception were polite, smiley, lovely throughout our entire stay. We opted for bed and breakfast to enable us to get out and about, and not be tied. The breakfast buffet was the best I’ve experienced in any hotel including one we stayed at earlier in the year that cost over twice the price! Superb selection, superb staff. We opted for a family room for a bit more space, and it was lovely, clean, regular towel and bed linen change. The gardens and layout of the hotel is excellent; love to be able to stop people smoking nearby us! Not the fault of the hotel. This has been an absolutely gorgeous holiday, beautiful surroundings, fabulous staff and very relaxing. Would definitely return to this hotel. Thank you to everyone for making it a wonderful holiday

I do not like to be this negative, but please think twice before booking this hotel. The gardens and views are nice, but it feels less like a luxury resort and more like a factory where guests are pushed through with little genuine care. The worst was that my wife and I both suffered food poisoning after eating sushi at the Asiana restaurant on 19 September. About eight hours later we were both sick with vomiting and diarrhoea, while others who did not eat sushi were completely fine. Two nurses who were with us and a doctor I consulted confirmed the symptoms matched food poisoning. When we reported it, the reaction was shocking. Instead of showing sympathy or investigating, the hotel dismissed it as a “virus” without checking their kitchen or food safety practices and feared for the rest of the guests’ safety. Oddly, after such dismissive and warning remarks the manager Evlambios Grigoriadis wanted to shake my hands, which feels completely contradictory and proving they were focused purely on denying all responsibility. He even told me: “This is your problem, not my problem” words truly unfit for anyone in hospitality. This attitude shows how the hotel is run: denying everything, showing zero sympathy, and shifting blame to guests. It says everything about their standards and their genuine respect for guest experience and health. If they respond to this review, they will most likely deny everything and twist my words, but they will most certainly not take the smallest sense of responsibility and that says it all for me. The issue is also under investigation of the PNAI authorities in Greece.

Stayed at this hotel for our 40th wedding anniversary on the 12/10/2025.|The hotel is mainly a series of 2 and 3 storey buildings (apart from the main building housing the receptions and restaurants), which are located around three large stunning pools|We found that the grounds and gardens in the resort were beautiful and extremely well cared for. The food was a buffet in the main restaurant with plenty of choice and excellent quality. We did eat at the a la carte restaurant on two nights. Whis was nice to be served at the table although, did not live up to the hype advertised on their website. The 1930 restaurant had a lobster taster menu and no other choice, which was ok. I really like lobster but found the quality of the overall menu to be uninspiring. |The staff were all very friendly and hard working. Which made our stay a really lovely relaxing experience. |But the one thing that does let this hotel down are the rooms. They were very clean with the sheets and towels being changed every day. But the rooms are old and tired. The furniture was chipped and old. The shower had a poor water shield causing the bathroom floor to be flooded every time the shower was used. Our room had a breathtaking sea view, but the patio windows were blown causing frosting between the glass. The rooms really need a refurbishment for this hotel to be a true 5*|All in all, lovely hotel but the rooms let it down

🌟 An Outstanding Stay at Grecotel LUXME Kos – A True Gem for Business Travelers and Families Alike As a businessman who frequently stays in 5-star hotels around the world, I rarely come across a resort that truly surprises me. But Grecotel LUXME Kos exceeded every expectation. It was, without a doubt, one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable—warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. The resort itself is beautifully designed, blending luxury with a relaxed island charm. The rooms are elegant and comfortable, the dining options are diverse and of exceptional quality, and the all-inclusive concept is executed at a truly premium level. What made this stay even more special was how perfectly it catered to both my professional standards and my family’s needs. My children were thrilled with the activities and safe environment, while I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and top-tier amenities that allowed me to unwind completely. Grecotel LUXME Kos isn’t just a vacation spot—it’s a place where luxury, hospitality, and heartfelt experiences come together. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a refined yet family-friendly escape. We’ll definitely be returning.

Mixed Experience Stunning Grounds, Disappointing Rooms||The hotel is set in truly beautiful surroundings, the grounds are immaculate and clearly well cared for. The pool areas are lovely to look at, with comfortable leather sun loungers perfect for relaxing. Unfortunately, the pools themselves were far too cold to comfortably use, which was a letdown.||On the positive side, drinks were plentiful and featured a good selection of premium brands, which was a pleasant surprise. The buffet food was fresh and consistently good, with enough variety to keep things interesting. The à la carte restaurants were also a nice touch and added to the overall dining experience.||Where the hotel really falls short is the accommodation. The rooms were shabby and dated – more in line with a 3-star property. Bathrooms in particular were in need of a deep clean and gave off an unpleasant smell, which affected the overall comfort of the stay.||It’s a real shame because the exterior of the hotel is stunning, with breathtaking views across the bay. With some serious investment in updating and deep-cleaning the rooms, this could be a fantastic place to stay. Until then, it's a letdown for me.
