Grecotel LUXME Kos

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Grecotel LUX.ME Kos! From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptional – incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making our stay as enjoyable as possible. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond made a real difference and added a personal touch that we truly appreciated. The food across all the restaurants was outstanding – fresh, beautifully prepared, and offering a wide variety of choices. Every meal felt like a special occasion, and the quality remained consistent throughout our stay. A couple of small suggestions that could enhance the experience even further: In the evenings, once the pool area closes, drinks from the pool bar are often served in plastic cups. While we understand the practical reasons, having proper glassware would better reflect the premium feel of the resort and elevate the evening atmosphere. Also, while the sunbeds were very comfortable and well-maintained, they are quite low to the ground. This can be a little tricky for older guests or anyone with mobility challenges. We did notice some higher loungers by the beach – having a few of those around the pool area would be a thoughtful touch. That said, our overall experience was outstanding. The setting is beautiful, the service is top-notch, and the food was truly excellent. We’re already looking forward to returning – and are very curious to explore more Grecotel locations if they live up to this same high standard!

Sadly the sunbed situation has totally overshadowed our holiday! Having to set an alarm on holiday to have a chance of sitting around a pool is absolutely shocking! As a family we have taken it in turns to go down and sit on beds before 8am! This is not something I want to do but what else can we do? I would say about 95% are saved with people’s belongings and get barely any get used before 10:00am, so the other day were left until 13:30!! Crazy! |I never imagined this type of stress at supposed 5 star resort! It’s madness! Both my husband and I complained via WhatsApp and both got the same stock answer! I can see that this is frustrating for so many here. We have paid £1000’s for this holiday, it’s meant to be a high end resort! ||The room we have is lovely and big and the bathroom is modern but the actual bedrooms are very tired indeed! I think the hotel has refurbished some areas but definitely not all. ||We are bed and breakfast and I’m pleased to go and eat outside as the AI option looks substandard. I won’t be recommending this hotel sadly but I would come back to Kos.||The photos are taken at 07:30 in the morning when I was practically the only one sat at my sunbed.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the lady at reception. She offered us a welcome drink, and we received immediate access to our room, which was a great start to our holiday. The pools were beautiful and well-maintained, with plenty of comfortable sunbeds available. The pool bar offered a wide variety of drinks, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the sunny weather. The food was absolutely delicious. Every day there was something new to try, with a wide range of choices to suit all tastes. The quality was excellent, and the staff in the restaurant were always friendly and attentive. As a family of four, we chose the all-inclusive option and really enjoyed every aspect of it. The staff truly go above and beyond to make sure guests have a great experience. We definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back in the future!

Truly an absolutely beautiful hotel. The resort is stunning. The rooms are dreamy, and the staff are very friendly and attentive. From morning till evening, there’s always a smile on their faces. The selection at breakfast and dinner is incredible, and everything tastes absolutely delicious. There’s really something for every taste. Perfect location – it’s easy to reach the capital or other beautiful places on the island by bus or car. I can only recommend anyone visiting Kos to spend their vacation at this hotel.”⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed at Grecotel with our three kids on an all-inclusive package and had a fantastic experience. The place is clean, spacious, and family-friendly. The food was absolutely delicious with plenty of variety, and the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. We had lots of fun and would definitely recommend it to families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation

Staying at the Grecotel Lux Me Kos hotel is pure pleasure!|The staff is very helpful and friendly. The garden is stunning, full of plants that are tended to daily by gardeners. Everything is clean – both in the hotel buildings and around the pool and beach. The service in the restaurants is excellent, and all spaces are well organized.|The food is very good – guests are seated efficiently and there are no queues. The meals are fresh and highly varied. The hotel has four themed restaurants, all of which are of a very high standard.|I highly recommend this hotel!

The resort is amazing. Lovely staff. Very friendly and helpful. I was there for a wedding and holiday time and all the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hairdresser at the resort is amazing. She did an amazing job in styling my hair. The food was amazing. I would recommend the place to everyone.

Our stay at this hotel was a great experience, with a 4/5 rating for the hotel and food. ||If I had to rate only The Beach Bar i would rate 5/5, which is mostly due to Ernest the waiter which was fantastic and took great care of us.||However, one star was deducted due to the poor condition of the toilets in most of the hotel. The food at the Lobsteria restaurant was not up to the 5-star standard, and the staff at the Italian restaurant were slow and unhelpful. We waited for our desserts for about an hour before deciding to leave.||On the positive side, the bar at the lobby had fast service, and the main restaurant had great food and a good variety of dishes.
