Booked directly for our honeymoon and received an excellent rate. We paid to upgrade to a glorious suite. The welcome was wonderful and we were greeted by amazing honeymoon surprise in our room. Good breakfast the following morning. Some feedback would be that the round shaped bed is an odd choice and not very comfortable and that some elements of the room are dated and a bit worn.

My family had a nice 2 night stay at Grecotel Pallas Athena during our short visit to Athens. Upon arrival, the staff made us feel welcome, greeting us warmly and offering a welcoming drink in the hotel’s stylish boutique lobby — a nice touch after a long flight. Throughout our stay, the team was attentive and helpful, readily arranging taxis and providing useful local tips and recommendations.||Our room was spacious, clean, and well kept, with two large modern bathrooms and very comfortable beds. It offered plenty of space for three adults. The balcony was large in size, but the view wasn't nice enough to justify sitting out there.||The hotel’s location was excellent — within walking distance to the vibrant Psiri neighborhood, full of authentic, non-touristy restaurants, just a short stroll to Plaka, and about a 22-minute walk to the Acropolis.||The highlight of our stay was the breakfast. Each morning, we enjoyed customized barista coffee and an incredible variety of options — fresh fruits, yogurts, breads, cheeses, egg and meat dishes, salads, and delicious baked desserts. It was the perfect way to start our day.||Overall, we truly enjoyed our experience and would happily recommend Grecotel Pallas Athena to anyone visiting Athens.

This hotel was beautiful! The hotel itself was surrounded by older, even abandoned buildings, but the inside was clean and well maintained, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our four day stay. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends. Our room was so lovely and very large! The complimentary snacks were nice, and the breakfast buffet was really great every morning. They had a wide variety of really good food, and their restaurant staff was so attentive and kind (we ate one dinner there, too) ! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great hotel for the price. Very clean, comfortable, great staff, fantastic breakfast. Beds very comfortable but less pleased with pillows - full of air like sleeping on a balloon. Need shower mat as standing in the bath is very slippery - had to use bath shower mat to stand on in bath.

Loved this place, having stayed twice in two weeks for a couple of work trips. Spacious, clean rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast. What really sets it apart from other Athens hotels though is the sense of calm, somehow it never seems too busy or chaotic, even at peak times such as when loads of guests are at breakfast

This was a wonderful hotel where I spent one night before flying back to the U.S. I was upgraded (for an extra 40 Euros) to their best suite and it was well worth it. spacious and well appointed with Art Deco inspired furnishings.|Breakfast was a highlight: massive number of choices and all of it good.|Wish I'd had more time to enjoy it, but will choose this place if and when I return to Athens.|P.S. one quibble: there was a lack of outlets to plug in chargers. I had to unplug a lamp to plug in my chargers.

We stayed for 5 nights, and were upgraded to a suite which was super and gave us a lot of space. |The decor is quirky, I think it suits Athens because it generally feels like a fun and quirky city.|The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean.|The buffet breakfast was really good, lots of options and lovely, friendly staff.|We ate in the restaurant and the food was really good, and they have a good selection of cocktails and wine.|As other reviews mention, it does feel a little like it is located in a rougher area of Athens, but I never felt unsafe; and to be honest quite a lot of Athens feels neglected.|It was a 20 minute walk from the hotel to the Acropolis, and well really to anywhere in the city - excellent location from that point of view.|I would definitely return to this hotel, I highly recommend it!

We stayed for three nights in early October. Our room was very spacious and airy, spotlessly clean and with a huge comfortable bed. The bathroom was a good size. The staff are all very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is wonderful!
