An Unforgettable Paradise at Green Bay After spending five incredible days in this paradise, my partner and I simply didn't want to leave. The Green Bay Resort Phu Quoc truly exceeded all expectations, offering an experience that was nothing short of magical. Everything, from the immaculate services and the genuine kindness of the staff to the magnificent, serene location where the jungle meets the amazing sea, was perfect. The resort's commitment to eco-conscious luxury and harmony with nature is evident in every detail, providing a tranquil haven for relaxation and rejuvenation. The prices are absolutely in line with the exceptional standards offered, providing incredible value for money. The Ocean Pool Villa is fantastic; a private oasis with a tranquil plunge pool and breathtaking panoramic views. A special mention must go to the staff for their outstanding hospitality and attentiveness. In particular, we want to give a shout-out to Vu, the wonderful dining room attendant. He is a huge AC Milan fan, and for me, a passionate Juventus supporter, this appreciation is worth double! His friendly and attentive service, along with the rest of the team, made our meals even more enjoyable. With amazing amenities like a private beach, excellent restaurants, a relaxing spa, and complimentary activities like kayaking and snorkeling, we highly recommend staying here for anyone seeking a truly special and tranquil holiday experience. Wow... what an extraordinary experience. Truly 6*+ accommodations, food and especially staff. Very private, exclusive, romantic, isolated villa Ocean view, infinity pool, king size bed, indoor shower, outdoor shower, outdoor tub, covered lanai, all inclusive package of meals and drinks is ultimate luxury! Two great restaurants, w buffet, a la carte or set menu options. Suan, who manages both dining rooms is such a caring and wonderful host who made each of our days so very special... thank you. Georgeous soft sand, shallow beach w all inclusive kayaks, snorkel, paddle boards, life vests. Shuttle rides between rooms and amenities readily available as walking up and down paths is challenging in humid weather. The included 45 minute couples spa treatment, part of our package was exceptionally relaxing and a great way to end out Vietnam trip. Highly recommended!!

We toured Vietnam for 3 weeks and this was our final destination. It will always be our favorite and special romantic place. The room was over the top, the pools calm, relaxing and the perfect temperature. The food and service was amazing! We used the spa every day and I highly recommend the couples Journey to Serenity package. The staff was so friendly and all we had to do was send a text for anything we needed and reception took care of it right away. The ocean was so beautiful if we ever come back to Vietnam this is the one place we’d re visit for sure.

Stayed here from the 1st to 6th of december 2025 and it was Amazing! The resort is located in a remote spot on the island so it you’re looking for a serene, beautiful and peaceful place this is the spot to be. From the moment we arrived until the monent we left, we were well taken care off. The staff is very friendly and helpful if you need anything. At arrival you get a whatsapp number so you can stay in contact with the reception personel in case you need anything. For example you can send them a text requesting a ride from one end of the resort to the other end. Very useful. We had so much fun enjoying the beautiful beach and the nice pools. One of our favourite activities was watching the sunset from the pool, very spectacular. In the mornings there’s a wide variety of food you can choose from. We also enjoyed the afternoon tea moment which had some sweets. In the evenings you can choose between two resraurants. One that is a vietnamese restaurant and another more western oriented restaurant. Both has good food and very good cocktail. The tamarindo is my absolute favourite. Our villa was very beautfil, clean and had everything we needed. The private pool was a nice bonus and we enjoyed a nice breakfast in the pool one of the mornings. If I had to pick one thing that I had a bit of difficulty with at first, it’s the fact that during the night you hear different animal sounds. You hear the loud chirping of cicades, the cry of geckos and sometimes chipmunks or monkeys running on the rooftops. It’s quite an experience. Luckily the staff did let me know that it’s normal and that there was no reason to worry. I would definetely recommend staying here and am counting down to my next visit.

We had such a lovely time at Green Bay Phu Quoc Resort & Spa. The resort is absolutely beautiful – surrounded by nature, clean, peaceful, and with a private beach that’s always spotless. Our room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was amazing – easily a 10/10. There was a huge variety, including vegan options like tofu in the morning, a fresh Bánh mì station to make your own sandwiches, tropical fruit, and cold Vietnamese coffee that was simply perfect. A big thank-you to Mr. Truong, Mr. Thao, Ms. Tuyen, and Ms. Tran for their kindness and professionalism. Also a special mention to Service Manager Mr. Vinh, who went above and beyond with his warm and attentive service. And Ms. Xuan, one of the waitresses, was always smiling and made every breakfast and dinner even better. Some small downsides: the laundry service is very overpriced, so I didn’t use it. In the nearby village, I found a place that washed 1 kg of clothes for only 20,000 VND. The dinner was okay but not outstanding. One evening there was no tofu, which made it tricky as a vegan, and I also missed a pho chay (vegan noodle soup). There were some vegetarian soups available, but none with noodles. Overall, the food prices felt a bit high for what was offered. The gym is quite basic – only dumbbells up to 20 kg – but the yoga sessions in the jungle (every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday) were a highlight and made up for it. The resort is a bit remote, but with a scooter rental or Grab, you can get anywhere easily. Overall, we loved our stay here. The staff really make the difference – everyone is friendly and genuinely cares about guests. If you’re looking for a calm, nature-filled getaway with great service, this is definitely the place.

Loved our time here! Went with our 10-month old and she loved it too, especially the staff (big shout out to Vi who was an amazing server and who our daughter LOVED!) The food at Gio especially was so good, my husband has been to Vietnam many times and he said this was some of the best he had! Loved the big pool with our daughter in particular

We spent almost our entire honeymoon at Green Bay Phu Quoc Resort and Spa, and it was truly the most beautiful resort I’ve ever stayed at 🥹 It’s difficult to put into words how absolutely stunning this place is. It goes beyond the gorgeous beach, the high quality restaurants, the lovely pools and the luxurious rooms: there’s a very notable warm yet tranquil energy around the entire resort as a whole, a lot of which we believe is down to the staff. During our 11 days there, we were made to feel so welcome from the moment we arrived to the moment we left: we were always greeted with a smile, whether from the reception, the landscaping staff, the housekeeping or from the waiters: they create a truly lovely environment for the guests, which must be acknowledged and praised. We booked an Ocean Pool Villa, which was beautiful beyond our expectation - immaculately clean, stunning view - set in the jungle with a view of the ocean - the best of both worlds and we couldn’t have asked for more. The pool and beach areas are meticulously maintained by the staff, who use the net to remove even the tiniest leaves that fall in the water 😅 There was always plenty of sunloungers by the pool and on the beach, it never felt crammed. There’s also complimentary kayaking, snorkelling, sports and bikes available to rent which is a lovely touch. The restaurants are incredible - Gio was our favourite as it had local Vietnamese cuisine which we loved: seafood hotpot, stir fried beef, pork, curries. So fresh and delicious and in comparison to western prices, incredibly reasonable. Breakfast was great - egg station, traditional soup station and a mix of Vietnamese and western choices, lots of fresh fruit and salads. Complimentary afternoon tea every day, which is perfect to tide you over from breakfast to dinner. The resort is perfectly situated to watch one of the most gorgeous sunsets I’ve ever experienced from The Coral Bar with live music every evening, and pool tables! 🎱 On our last day, we both had a spa treatment - my husband had a mud wrap and I had a body scrub. Spa is beautiful, no surprises there. Set in the jungle and gardens. The only thing that may be worth noting is that there isn’t much directly around the resort. That being said, there is a really good supermarket around a 5 min drive away. The centre of Duong Dong is around 30 mins drive away. There’s a free shuttle to the town each day leaving in the morning and returning in the afternoon, the hotel are happy to organise taxis and scooters are available to rent through reception if you do want to explore, however we both commented that there really isn’t much need to leave the resort at all as it offers everything. To be honest we could itemise everything that was great about this place, but what actually makes it so special is hard to specify. It’s the overall energy, the peace, the tranquility, the staff and the beautiful setting - in the jungle yet by the ocean, which is very rare. A review and photos won’t do it the justice it deserves, it needs to be experienced in person and we would 1000% recommend. Special thanks to Vi, Jin and Xuan, who were absolutely exceptional at their jobs and became our friends while we were there. They were so lovely to absolutely everyone and deserve all the praise in the world. Thank you all for making our honeymoon so truly special ♥️

Fabulous stay! I will return. The staff is friendly and very attentive to every need. The location is secluded, quiet, picturesque, and located in the jungle. We had ocean access and pool access but the ocean was quiet. The room was comfy and quiet and clean. I do wish the pillows were thinner, but that’s just me. The food was yummy and the cocktails were too.
