Green Bungalows Hotel Apartments - Ayia Napa

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had a quick check in and were shown to our room within minutes of arriving. The property exceeded our expectations. The property was always clean and staff always available to help with any questions. It is close to the main road of Ayia Napa, a few minutes walk. Would definitely recommend and plan on rebooking in the tuture.

Quite good for 2, quite terrible for 4. Well located hotel, near the main street, and not far from the beach. Nice pool. Clean. The problem is that the "one bedroom apartments" have air condition only in the bedroom, but they put two extra beds in the living room. So be ready to decide who will be punished to sleep there. At 45 C during the day this is a real question. When complaining about that, the manager informed me that all these details were present in the room description... True, but not in hotel's description. By the way, have you ever seen a hotel where only half of the apartment you booked was air-conditioned? Have you ever had to check if the AC is present in all rooms? Neither did I. After calling booking.com, the manager offered me an upgrade for 30 euros/ night to an apartment with two air-conditioned bedrooms. Thinking that we had already paid 110 euros/ night, we decided not to take it. The hotel is way too basic for such a price. The breakfast is poor too. Low variety of low-cost products, the same every day. Definitely, the least comfortable nights we spent in our otherwise beautiful holiday in beautiful Cyprus. ...and we do not expect Sheraton. Just a clean room where we could sleep at a decent temperature from the first night.

As a part of my Sperm Donation World Tour of Cyprus, I stayed here in Ayia Napa. This place is close distance to the strip, and my room is pretty much backed on in conjunction with paddy's bar. The staff were nice and friendly and helpful. The cocktails around the bar were a reasonable price. Would reccommend to stay in here while in Ayia Napa.

The hotel is located very close to the center, about 2-3 minutes away, which is very convenient. The pool and the exterior look nice. The breakfast is decent, although it is the same every morning. It’s an English breakfast, which I don’t particularly enjoy. The staff is very friendly and always available, and a big plus is that the reception is open 24/7. However, the rooms are terrible, and the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. We had dirty and stained bed linens... the towels were awful, dirty with something that looked like blood (hopefully not), or mold, or yellow stains. We stayed in a three-room apartment, and the living room had no air conditioning, making it impossible to breathe there. The bathroom had a small tub, like in a dormitory, and the water leaked all over the bathroom, making the floor constantly wet and smelly. The toilet seat was dirty, the window frame was moldy, and it was clear that the furniture hadn't been changed in many years. You have to pay a deposit for the AC remote and for each extra key card. They changed our towels and bed linens several times until they found something decent. If it had been clean, I wouldn’t have had any complaints... additionally, there were cockroaches in the room, which was horrible.

Good hotel located about less than 5 min walk away from bars and clubs. Greeted by very friendly staff. ||Special mentions to MT, Andreas, Carl and George. All made us feel very welcome and treated us great during our stay.||The rooms are basic but perfect for a lads holiday. No problem regarding cleanliness, rooms are very clean and maid will come round daily to clean, replace towels, toilet rolls etc.||One minor nag is the floor gets a little bit wet in the bathroom from the shower but not a problem if you put a towel down. ||The pool is lovely, kept very clean and always got a sunbed too.||The bar area is great. Lots of choice for food and drinks. Food is served from early until late and the bar is open 24 hours.||A couple of our lads had some problems with the locals. We come back to the hotel after and was treated great by the staff. Was given Carls contact number who sorted us out for deals on getting into bars and the boat party excursion where he hooked us up with free bottles of champagne.||Overall, very decent and one of the better places to stay in Ayia Napa. Would stay here again. Thank you to all staff for making our stay enjoyable

This hotel is AMAZING! From accommodation, to location and staff - everything was perfect. We always felt welcome and we could always count on the staff to take care of any issues. Most parts of the city were in walkable distance and the beaches are also easily accessible. Our room was cleaned every other day and the cleaning staff were always nice and understanding. We’ll definitely stay here again if we ever decide to travel to Ayia Napa again.||Thank you George, Maria, MT, Konstantinos, Kyriaki, Adreas and everybody else for making our trip to Ayia Napa such a wonderful experience. A special thank you to the manager George! He helped us find the best locations in Ayia Napa, arranged the cheapest taxis and overall was just a very friendly and cool person to be around.||I highly recommend! 🙏🏻

Absolutely brilliant we had 2 lovely weeks rooms are clean and cleaned often george the manager is lovely can't do enough for you very friendly and welcoming great guy always happy to help and have a chat , a breath of fresh air really we are frequent travelers and we've not had that interaction with manager anywhere such a great guy welcomes all customers even if you've just been out for the day top man. Andreas at breakfast is a great guy very welcoming always friendly as are all the staff excellent. Facilities are great pool is very clean plenty of loungers . George said in a chat I had with him the hotel is getting updated over the next few years as well. All in all Absolutely brilliant place food is excellent bar is open pretty much all night if you fancy a late drink perfect .we will be returning next year and I would advise anyone to to stay . I would like to say thank you again to george and all the staff for looking after us and giving us a great holiday it's a 5 star rating from us ☆☆☆☆☆

From the moment we walked in the staff here were so welcoming and amazing. Massive shout out to Harriet who was on the bar who always went above and beyond. We will definitely be returning here later this year, absolutely no complaints the accommodation is lovely. Perfect for a younger audience, the hotel comes to laugh with music around the pool!!!
