Green Caffè Nero Express

Had asked for fresh croissant in the oven which was already opened. She said it was not ready yet even though the other worker said it was. Then i bought a cinnemonka which is hard and old. Not recommended.

Be careful with this place, if you're not a polish speaking person. I brought a small coffee and paid for the large one. I guess they scam people who can not fully converse with them. And since it's a railway station, a person have limited time to react.

I often buy coffee at this place on my way to work. Coffee is always good. But the service is horrible. Today I was waiting on a line for about 20 minutes while the barista was trying to prepare only 2 cups of coffee. 20 min is way too long. It looked like the girl just had no idea what to do… whole the other one was in a backside. When I said that I just want to buy a pack of coffee cause I don’t have time she just continued to do smth… maybe she should have call for a help… anyway I left after more than 20 min having nothing..

Excellent customer service! I forgot my paper stamp another day, one of their staffs was super friendly towards me and handed me another new one immediately. More importantly, their flat white is gorgeous!

I spend on nero 600zl on a monthly basis and the one thing all of them have in common is that THEY START TALKING AS SOON AS SOMEONE ORDERS AND WHILE making coffees which leads of course for baristas get distracted and customers getting wrong coffees. Also Please CLOSE TAKE AWAY CUPS, why playing so much I have to do all by myself. Costa and Starbucks are packing their cups PROPERLY. Hope you guys can improve it

The worst branch I ever been the waiters are arogant the don’t know about what they sale. I don’t recommend to anyone
