Green Cup South Yarra

I ordered a bunch of things from the shop through uber. One of my order was an avocado toast and there was a bite taken out of it. It’s definitely from the shop because the bags were sealed shut when the uber driver gave it to us. This was extremely unsanitary and unacceptable. This was ordered at around 6:15pm on a Tuesday (17/06). Whoever did this definitely did it for fun and wants attention. Well now they have it. I feel bad for the manager to have someone like this in the team. Insane behaviour.

Normally I would only have good things to say about green cup but today has just not been their day. First the staff were no where to be seen for the first couple of minutes when I entered the store and could hear them talking out the back. My order came out quickly which was nice but the granola was so stale. Not a very good taste, pretty disappointed.

Green Cup South Yarra is an absolute gem! The smoothies are fresh, flavorful, and packed with quality ingredients—perfect for a healthy start to the day or a post-workout boost. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, creating a positive vibe every time I visit. I also love their açai bowls—beautifully presented and so satisfying. The space is bright and clean, making it a great spot to relax or grab something on the go. Highly recommend if you're in the area and looking for something healthy and delicious!

Fresh, healthy, and energetic 🤩 I am not sure whether this venue's takeaway plastic container and straw are biodegradable... I recommend visiting here with own flask/tumbler. - I visited Green Cup South Yarra without checking the reviews. I am surprised how this venue has a low review (below 3.5). My experience was positive yet I don't think I would've visited if I checked Google reviews first. I ordered Green Detox which was $9. It took about 15 min to receive my drink, yet the venue was packed so it was understandable. Green Cup South Yarra offers real healthy food, drink, and takeaway options. have a blender at home. When I feel too tired to make my own, I will visit Green Cup 🍵

Ordered a gluten free bowl and they served me a regular bowl, which would make me really sick. The staff couldn’t care less and told me some regular granola “fell into my bowl”. Could these girls make it any more obvious how much disdain they have for their customers? Also the kids’ smoothie is not kid friendly at all and tasted gross. I ended up ordering and paying for 2 smoothies for my child, which she hated so I just gave up and went somewhere else.

Very neat place - I came here for a mango matcha. The girl who served me asked me if I wanted coconut milk or almond even though I did mention regular milk. Secondly I had heaps and heaps of ice in mine with no taste of mango in it. To make it worse the service experience was really pathetic- I did feel the girl who served me was doing me a favor by doing so. I’m definitely not coming back and hopefully you’ll take this feedback onboard constructively. Good luck.

Definitely the last straw (pun intended). I’ve been here a few times now, and the one thing that’s consistently served, besides the drinks, is attitude. I understand people have things going on in their lives, and having worked in customer service myself, I know how tough it can be, but that doesn’t excuse being rude to customers. This morning was no different. The blonde-haired staff member I interacted with (who, judging by other reviews, isn’t new to this kind of feedback) was unnecessarily snappy. With music blasting so loudly in the background, I had to raise my voice just to be heard, not out of rudeness, but because I literally couldn’t be heard otherwise. Being called rude for that felt unfair and honestly just soured the experience. It’s a real shame, because the drinks are actually good. But the attitude? Not worth it.

The new South Yarra store is beyond beautiful, the staff are always so helpful and smiley. With the lovely addition of a salad bar ! I loveee the go to bowl its my fave :))
