Definitely the last straw (pun intended). I’ve been here a few times now, and the one thing that’s consistently served, besides the drinks, is attitude. I understand people have things going on in their lives, and having worked in customer service myself, I know how tough it can be, but that doesn’t excuse being rude to customers.
This morning was no different. The blonde-haired staff member I interacted with (who, judging by other reviews, isn’t new to this kind of feedback) was unnecessarily snappy. With music blasting so loudly in the background, I had to raise my voice just to be heard, not out of rudeness, but because I literally couldn’t be heard otherwise. Being called rude for that felt unfair and honestly just soured the experience.
It’s a real shame, because the drinks are actually good. But the attitude? Not worth it.
