Green Farm Deli Cafe

I love the food and the atmosphere here. It is much calmer in the summer season than winter so I can take my time to relax and enjoy the food. The portion size is great and the staff is very friendly.

I came here with the English camp organised by my university. I had a great time at the Green Farm Café. I tried the parmesan potatoes: Rösti and eggs, an açaí bowl and a smoothie. The food was fabulous and the staff were really friendly. Even the chef came to greet us!

Can’t say anything bad about this place. Staff were friendly in the cafe and bar next door (where most dishes are cooked). I think some of the cafe staff were learning on the job which makes sense at start of season. Still, no complaints from me. Came here 3 times for lunch. Coconut curry,cheese burger, chicken burger and avocado on toast were great. The eggs benny has a bit of wilted spinach which I like but other may find over powering. All dishes were perfect after a morning on the slopes. And I love an all day breakfast menu

Fantastic food in a great atmosphere. I came here in a group trip with my college club mates. Ordered a Vegan Burger and a Mix Berry Smoothie. I've never eaten a vegan patty so I was surprised how filling it was. The burger was juicy, and the fries were perfectly crispy. Great deal of vegetarian and vegan options for people who need it.

Your staff need customer service training, they are awful. I paid good money for steak and eggs waited over 30mins (restaurant not busy) i went up to check on it and got told “my buzzer will go off when its ready” without staff actually checking in with the kitchen. Had to go up a second time to check 10minutes later (they actually checked this time, and what a coincidence the buzzer goes off) My steak and eggs were cold they’d just been sitting there- I got it take away and went back up to my room to microwave my meal, i couldn’t stand being there any longer. You guys ruined my morning and were hardly apologetic.

Great spot for breakfast! All the food and ingredients were super fresh and their drinks were also good. Definitely recommended and will come back again next time we’re in Niseko!

Would give this place zero stars if I could based on the poor customer service experienced here. The girls working at the front of house are rude, obnoxious and incompetent. This was not a once off experience as I was staying up stairs and the cafe was conveniently located just below. Management needs to tell their staff that if they hated their job so much then just quit because they’re giving the business a bad name. Food is also below average and takes forever to be ready. Would avoid if you have other options.
