Excellent selection of flowers, friendly staff!

Refused to refund flowers that were never delivered and claims they have photos even though they admitted to delivering them to the wrong place over the phone. If you order from here then don’t expect them to be delivered to the correct address. Reply: There were no flowers to be seen at the funeral. You may have delivered them after the fact to cover your mistake but there was only one service that day. This post is not angry but factual and a poor review is warranted.

They always do such a great job with their flowers. Ever since my grandma's funeral, we keep going back for any and every occassion. If you bring your own vase and buy some flowers, they will do an arrangement in the vase for you. Great place.

My sister went there today to buy flowers for a funeral service and the attendant was flat out rude and the customer service was so bad she ended up walking out and taking her business to Gabby’s Flowers. Sure I can elaborate. First the attendant told her she didn’t have time for her as she was busy doing an arrangement and gave her an arrangement book to look at. Then she was accused of taking pictures of flower arrangement in the book and when she clarified she wasn’t the attendant didn’t believe her that caused my sister to tell her she was rude. Thirdly, she stated she was taking her business elsewhere and attendant responded, “Go ahead.” Well that sale was a loss for your flower shop and a gain for Gabby’s Flowers.

I've been going there for almost 20 years now super cheap they always make custom stuff for me well worth my trip in effort right across from the cemetery if you need flowers for that but I put them on my kitchen table

It was perfect! The sunflowers really stood out and the color was perfect. It was easy to order and delivered on time.

Very affordable prices! Especially with delivery (mine was about a $10 delivery fee but I chose a place within the city). The website says same day delivery as long as the order is put in before 12pm. I barely placed my order 20 min before noon! I don't know if it's because of placing it later, the flowers I saw online were not available. But they were good enough to call me and check if I am ok with substituting flowers or if I want to wait a day. I did not want to change delivery date so I went with the substitute option. It turned out pretty! But my name was signed incorrectly on the card delivered. It isn't a big deal but just being transparent about my experience. I would still go back to this florist because they have great prices, bright colors, and beautiful arrangements! And the delivery made my friend's day, so mission complete!

I stopped in after work on a whim and wanted a pretty/girly bouquet for my sister. The "grab & go" display bouquets seemed a little sad & small for my liking. I asked the man behind the counter if he had anything fresher looking & he immediately sprung into action. He brought me three bouquets from the back & he let me combine two of them to create a larger & more custom bouquet. He really took his time, chose the perfect amount of greenery to highlight the beautiful colors & variety of flowers, & he finished it off with dainty paper to tie it all together. Needless to say, the bouquet was a humongous showstopper. All for $40, which also includes the hummingbird detail ;)

This review is way overdue! But I used Green Gardens for my 2020 wedding and Fernando and staff did such an amazing job. I showed him pictures of what I liked and he made it come together in such a beautiful way! Thank you green gardens.

It's great that the delivery was quite quick but also unfortunately they were a day late from order date which is fine with me because I wasn't in a rush, but the person never called me back to let me know what the status was. I understand sometimes some flowers are replaced for what's in season but you can be the judge of how the actual flowers came out vs the online photo... I tried to shop local and found this store to support, but a bit disappointed with the service.

If I could give ZERO stars I would... I ordered flowers on July 24 to be delivered the following day to a friend who had surgery. My friend never reached out to me, so I finally followed up and asked if she received her "special surprise" and come to find out - they never delivered her flowers. When I spoke to the shop owner he said he sees the order but "never got the fax so it wasn't done" but I shouldn't be upset because I wasn't charged. WHAT? I was obviously upset because it's now 2 weeks after the fact AND if I hadn't reached out to ask my friend, I would have never known that my order wasn't processed. I asked if he was going to rectify it by sending a new basket and he said "nope - you said it's 2 weeks after the fact, and you weren't charged so I'm not sending them for free." No apologies - nothing. First of all, I didn't ask that he send anything for free. But he didn't offer me any solutions to try to rectify the situation. A good business owner would have offered to upgrade the existing basket to rectify the issue. Now I'm left embarrassed asking my friend about flowers that were never delivered. Very disappointed by this shop and owner.

I ordered a flower arrangement on their website for a next-day delivery. I chose from an online photo and hoped the arrangement would be similar. When our friend sent us a photo of the arrangement they received, it was even prettier than the online photo!! I'm saving this florist to use again in the future!!

I Yelped this place for bouquets and was in the area, so I figured why not. This is actually part of a whole street of florists across from the cemetery, which explains why there are so many cheap bouquets. I saw more than one florist's sign along the street advertising $5 bouquets. For being helpful, cheap, and offering a variety, I'd come here again. Minor gripe: lady gave me $.50 instead of $.75 cent change. I bought an $8 bouquet and added a small balloon for a total of $9.25. I probably loved the bouquet more than the recipient did, haha. Parking was free on the street, but parts of it were colored like loading zones. My friend managed to find parking, though, so maybe the loading zone thing isn't enforced.

I had no idea about this place until I checked yelp! Went in there and looked around and the lady said if I liked any or if not she can make one for me in the back! I said yes please can I incorporate pink & white daisies, & red roses. She definitely heard me, it's so beautiful & my wife loved them. Also very affordable. Extremely pleasant experience and will definitely be back for more. Thank you!

My 2nd purchase from Green Garden. I knew they would deliver exactly what I wanted. Flowers were fresh and bright and looked great even after a few days. I will always go to Green Garden for my flower needs. They took my order over the phone and delivered to the funeral home.

I am extremely disappointed and hope that tomorrow when I call and speak with Fernando the manager, he will make it better. If so, I will update my review. I ordered a birthday arrangement this morning at 9am and paid for same day delivery. I received a confirmation email. I called at 3:30 pm because the arrangement had not been delivered. When I called, the employee stated that their online system is not working and that Fernando did not send her the order because he was out sick. I was upset and asked why was I not notified. I was told to then call back tomorrow. How am I suppose to have my issue resolved if the flowers were to be delivered today? My mother's birthday is not tomorrow! I now have to try to find another delivery service last minute and hope that I am able to have flowers delivered this late. This is extreme POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I DO NOT recommend this place for online orders nor delivery service.

Green Garden Flowers did a magnificent job with the floral arrangements for our wedding. The bouquets were exactly what I had envisioned and we got so many complements. Fernando was able to visualize and capture my ideas and add a uniqueness with his own creative touch. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely pleased with the beautiful floral arrangements Fernando and his staff created for our sons funeral. We wanted to express our love for our son and his love for his Dodgers and the amazing creation we got was beyond perfect. They also created a beautiful white rose laden casket spray. My dad in law just suddenly passed on Saturday and we just found out that flowers was not in the funeral package on Sunday noon while we had to do the viewing/mass on the next Wednesday. A little bit panicked since most of florists are closed on Sunday, or some of them open but the $$$ or the far one. Thank God we found this place on yelp, open on Sunday, has $ and very good reviews. Didn't think twice went there, and put the order with Eliza. She was so nice and tried to accommodate all our requests even it was some extras but she didn't charge as extra. She even gave my mom in law a pretty fresh bouquet flowers and it cheered her up after lost her husband. The delivery was on time, pretty, and perfect. Definitely recommend to all our friends and families! Note: She didn't ask to put a good review on yelp, like many places. We do it anyway so it can help to keep their 5 stars rating cause they are ;)

Not sure where to begin. I understand some reviews may be exaggerated but I assure you this one isn't one of those. I needed a floral wreath for a family member's funeral and had NO idea where to begin as I've never ordered one before. I messaged Fernando (or his sister) multiple times with all these questions that may have seemed annoying but they made it so effortless! I sent a few pictures that weren't in my budget and yet, they accommodated. They made a few substitutes but those changes were insignificantly noticeable. I even called a few times (needless to say my head was everywhere) not knowing what I was trying to accomplish and each time I've spoken to someone different, they were extremely helpful and pleasant. I'd definitely order my flowers here from now on. Hopefully not just for funerals. Wish I found them for my wedding a year ago!

This place is great! Good service. Nice arrangements. I was looking for something for Mother's Day and wanted something with sunflowers. I called in advanced, they picked up and confirmed they had different bouquets with different price ranges. I added a butterfly decoration to mine for $1? The bouquet I got was $9. They take credit card so that was convient. It was a quick and easy trip.

So i ordered what they call The beautiful Love Bouquet, (I ordered for my brothers girl friend). I spent over $200. What was delivered wasn't even close to what I thought I was ordering. I called to ask what happened, and they said oh we don't have those flowers, and I said why didn't you call me? What I paid isn't worth what you delivered. The owner said ok we will pick it up and send a new one. They picked up the flowers and NEVER delivered new ones. I called and they said well we don't have those flowers. And said we will refund. I was so mad, they never bothered to call me to tell me what they were going to do or not do. I am still pending my refund. I called and they said we will refund once we get our flowers back, i said they were picked up! You have the flowers. This place is a SCAM! Do not order from here.

I ordered a funeral arrangement here. This person is very special to me I want to make sure the flowers turned out right. I called the shop spoke with Fernando. The total was $213 included delivery. The arrangement I asked for was a mixture of red roses/carnations/gladiolus. I have asked Fernando to text me a picture of it prior to delivery the next day, he agreed to do so. I never heard back from him. I called the shop the day before the funeral ceremony, spoke to a lady she took the message and will have Fernando call me, still no calls no texts. The day of the funeral I saw the flowers and I was so disappointed. The mixture was 90% carnations and only 10% roses (which were supposed to be 50/50 ratio). At that moment I realized why he never text me the finished product prior. Fernando, if you are reading this review please be honest to your customers. When we ordered flowers from you because it's for special occasions. Don't ruin our special like this.

Ordered flowers over the phone after I received a quote from Yelp message with Fernando. I asked him to replicate a photo I had for Mother's Day arrangement. They were a great match and gorgeous! Great price will be my new spot for flowers!

I have order flower arrangements for our company parties and this pass Saturday used the for my husbands birthday. Fernando has always been very helpful. They have not once let me down with the arrangements. I highly recommend them.

Can someone please call me back ASAP? My friends Funeral is today and I've been calling and I can't get through to anyone since Thursday night. I spoke with Fernando on Thursday he said he would call me back to confirm because he doesn't see my order in the system even though I have a confirmation email. I have not gotten a call back. I'm worried the flower wreath I promised won't be at my friends funeral which would be terrible.

Fernando and everyone at Green Garden Flowers is great! I called to see if he can rush and make my sister's wedding bouquet and he did! I texted him a picture and they created the same pretty bouquet in the picture within 2-3 hours. Not only did they do it so fast...he quoted me the best price. He even beat the price I got from the DTLA flower district. This was my second time using them for my flower needs and I'm so glad. I'm a procrastinator since I always call the day I need the flowers but Fernando always saves me! I went in to order some flowers for our 32 wedding anniversary. Her favorite flowers are carnations. I brought in my own vase. It's been her special flower vase for many years. I sneak it out of the house and always try and surprise my wife with flowers in it each year. I know she knows but she still acts surprised each year. Amazing woman! Well I brought the vase in and asked for red carnations. But I wanted some height to it so I asked for some white tall flowers. And I asked to have them delivered to a restaurant so they could add to our anniversary diner by surprising her as we got to the restaurant. Yes it took some planning but she's so worth it. A few days before she got sick so our plans had to change and our dinner needed to be postponed. But I still wanted her to have her flowers. I called and changed the address and had them delivered to our house. When she went to the door she was still not feeling well but the tears began to fall. She was so happy. This florist is amazing in their work and working with customers special request. Thank you so much.

I came to Green Garden Flowers to ask for a price quote for my wedding bouquet and 6 bouquets for my bridesmaids. Fernando offered me great prices! I came back to put my order in and the process was simple. I wasn't pressured to get anything else extra and Fernando gave me suggestions for my bridesmaids bouquets. I highly recommend this to place for your floral needs. I will definitely come back here. I ordered in a short notice sent a pic of a heart flower that I wanted for funeral services and not only were they able to accommodate they made the most beautiful arrangement at the service, not that it's a competition but they really were. I asked for a ribbon across with a message and it was printed in cursive gold ink the others at service were gold puffy painted... need I say more. My brother recommended me to Fernando he was super helpful glad I found this place!!!

Flowers were never delivered but the manager has been changing the original story. First they were delivered to the wrong place because of a new driver and they were very sorry and would refund the money. Days later when that never happened they were delivered but just loose flowers, then it was a ring of flowers and they supposedly have pictures. The gaslighting from the management instead of just giving a refund for services that were not completed is ridiculous. Poor business practices.

Fernando was so nice and patient helping me pick out the appropriate flowers, colors, and so forth all over the phone. They even delivered it to Rose Hills memorial park and when I arrived for the service I could see from a good distance which one was made by GGF as the wreath was filled with large, abundant fresh flowers! It stood out and their prices are so reasonable. Sadly with aging I find that I am attending more of these events but on a bright note I will be using GGF to provide a bit of sunshine and color with their flowers. I recently needed a floral arrangement for a memorial service and decided to try this local shop out. I wasn't sure exactly what I needed but I expressed that I had wanted an arrangement that that was full of whites and greens and looked full and rich. The guys here took my vision and ran with it and came up with an arrangement that was more than I could have wished for. The arrangement was so beautiful and the recipient was extremely grateful when she received it. I can't express the amazing prices that this shop has. I definitely paid a fraction of the cost of what I would have paid at any other floral boutiques. In just one order, they have won me over as a customer for life. Not only were the flowers gorgeous and fresh, dealing with the gentleman on the phone was a pleasure. There was a little hiccup with our order, but they went above and beyond to fix it. I am a very happy customer and would definitely recommend this wonderful florist again. Don't hesitate doing business with them. I'm serious they're some of the most beautiful flowers I've seen.

I needed flowers for my mother's birthday and found Green Gardens on yelp. All the other florists around were closed or not answering. I called, asked for a bouquet, named my price and picked up about 20 minutes later. The bouquet was absolutely gorgeous. There wasn't a single flower discolored or wilting and the staff couldn't have been nicer. I've been buying flowers in this neighborhood for many years, but none of the other florists around have impressed me like this business has. I am definitely using this florist as my go to from now on.

They even made a custom flower arrangement of my nephew's favorite football team. They are simply the best.
