Chef Gregg was an incredible teacher. He was knowledgeable, detailed, engaging, and friendly. Chef gave us lots of pro tips, warned us against harmful foods and beginner errors. He was approachable when we had questions.
His studio was very welcoming. The ravioli he taught us to make turned out very well and we really enjoyed it. It would have been nice if there were more chairs, as the class turned out to be over 4 hours instead of the advertised 2 hours. Maybe this was a glitch in the system? We were hungry, but the class was a lot of fun and we highly recommend Chef Gregg for future events. Wonderful way to celebrate our marriage/anniversary.
