Green Hills Hotel

Mostly l like their food very much. Always freshly made, very tasty and enough quantity. I Especially enjoy their platter of meat, yummy and sizzling. Their customer service is really nice, l have never had issues for the several times l have visited. Their ambiance is great, indoors and outdoors. Nice place to be.

The place is located in a nice environment. Quick service, variety of food selections. There are children activities and outdoor sitting. There is a swimming pool accessible during the day at a fair price. Alcoholic drinks also served for those who do. They however lack a child's menu, so you either have to split or order for the child. Ample parking space, and security at the entrance to restrict unwanted characters.

Very nice place. The area is beautiful - you can enjoy the proximity of the Aberdare forest. The staff in the hotel are very polite and you will feel welcomed. The restaurant has some delicious options. Ask for a room close to the reception area since you might walk a few hundred steps.

I have always wanted to visit this hotel and give my feedback. Their services are at par, reception is excellent, customer care is exceptionally good. Of all places I have ever been to, Green hills has the most courteous and friendly staff. Food is great, especially fish... They have a modern gym and great instructors. The swimming pool is clean, spacious and risk free. Photo taking is well considered, very beautiful place. The rooms are spacious, well equipped, highly ventilated and fit for a family who wish to unwind away from home. I highly recommend this place.

This is one of the more decent hotels I've visited in Nyeri. The staff are friendly, and the facilities are great. The rooms are also quite decent, clean and spacious, and I especially loved the African countries nomenclature. The restaurant food is splendid, including the breakfast buffet.

I liked the hotel's overall set up and the room. The scenic setting of the hotel is remarkable. Also enjoyed the gym and sauna. Staff were courteous. However, I experienced an unfortunate incident where I called the reception's landline four or five times without anybody picking. I had to go physically and it was raining.

The ambience is amazing and environment serene and kid friendly . The rooms are clean and very tidy and large, breakfast is buffet and you can come in anytime and still find what was served earlier there. The staff is kind and polite and very helpful.

If you're looking for a place to hold your next team building activity or conference, I'd definitely recommend Green Hills Hotel, Nyeri. This was my second time here. Two different companies, two different activities two years later. Nothing much has changed. Very friendly customer service from the person who welcomes you at the entrance to the waiters. They have a variety of delicious foods. The environment itself is serene and private. Didn't spend a night here so I can't comment on accommodation. They've maintained the place quite well. Plus it's child-friendly so if you want a place to enjoy the weekend with your loved ones, I'd no doubt recommend Green Hills Hotel
