The food was underwhelming and service is lacking. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and received the attached photo. This costs 10 GBP. When the bill came, they also let us know we are obligated to pay the bacsis cos this is tax. It turned out to be an optional tip. Best to avoid this restaurant.

Went there for a beer, the place is really nice, the food for my friend was brought relatively fast, it was tasty and warm. The only thing I've noticed is that there is a difficulty to be noticed by the staff. It took us 10-15m to get our order. Maybe a QR system can help with that.

Best wheat beer on tap, really good vegetarian options as well, the egg plant spread was amazing, hands down, one of the best

I came here to have some drinks and snacks and it was a good decision. The location is nice, near the Calea Victoria and not far from old town. The place looks very nice with decorations , and a lot of tables outside in the patio. It gets full but there are many waiters and they are very kind. Service was fast and the drinks were good. I saw people come here a lot for the beer however we tried cocktails. We also tried the Romanian eggplant salad (which is like a dip) and it was good. Prices are fair, so it is a good option for a night out.

Is a tourist trap - overrated! nothing to see here and everything is overpriced. Beer is 5-7 €, quesadillas 12€ - the waiters are tired, grumpy and they don’t see you waiving. If you are expecting some sort of quality then this is not the place for you…Everything here is mediocre at best! This used to be a fun place -now is just a cemetery for those memories

Nice place. Beer paradise. Fair price. But after 22:00 how can you drink without something to eat? And something general for all the waiter’s tips & restaurants. If tips are crucial for waiter’s total income and they don’t get enough salary, then owners should write on the menu that tips are mandatory but they have to lower the prices of drinks and food. If I have to pay 10% above bill then prices are too high. Much more the 10% minimum tip is unacceptable. Otherwise tip is client’s choice for top performing waiters

I had high hopes for Green Hours Jazz Café, but unfortunately the visit left me quite disappointed. The food were just average—not bad, but nothing memorable. Portions were modest and presentation uninspired. My first waitress seemed uncomfortable and not friendly at all, which set a really awkward tone. To make matters worse, there was an issue with card payment at checkout. Instead of offering an apology or an explanation, they just continued as if nothing was wrong. It felt unprofessional and disrespectful. The cafe has a pleasant location near Victoriei and a nice courtyard, and I’ve seen positive remarks about their ambiance and live events. But this time, the overall experience was overshadowed by poor customer care. Green Hours may be known for its jazz nights and cultural vibe, but with service like this and food that does not impress, I found it hard to justify its reputation or the price.

A quiet, relaxing place in the middle of the city. Outdoor and indoor sitting, but definitely recommend the terrace experience. The interior is very common, nothing special to offer. They have all kind of events through the year but the outdoor concerts are especially pleasant. The food is very average, with hit or miss dishes. The service could be improved as well, in terms of attention to customers.
