I had high hopes for Green Hours Jazz Café, but unfortunately the visit left me quite disappointed.
The food were just average—not bad, but nothing memorable. Portions were modest and presentation uninspired.
My first waitress seemed uncomfortable and not friendly at all, which set a really awkward tone. To make matters worse, there was an issue with card payment at checkout. Instead of offering an apology or an explanation, they just continued as if nothing was wrong. It felt unprofessional and disrespectful.
The cafe has a pleasant location near Victoriei and a nice courtyard, and I’ve seen positive remarks about their ambiance and live events. But this time, the overall experience was overshadowed by poor customer care. Green Hours may be known for its jazz nights and cultural vibe, but with service like this and food that does not impress, I found it hard to justify its reputation or the price.
