"Mo'orea’s quaint beachfront Green Lodge offers built-in white noise—crashing waves—with the chance to spot dolphins and whales just steps from each bungalow."

The best experience we’ve had in Moorea! Green Lodge is a beautiful, peaceful paradise, but what makes it truly special is the people. They are the kindest, warmest hosts you could ever ask for. From the moment we arrived, we felt so incredibly welcomed. If you want a stay that feels authentic and full of heart, look no further.

Green Lodge is a beautiful place to stay. The bungalows are lovely, the bathrooms in particular are gorgeous with the rock showers. Anne-Sophie was incredibly welcoming and ready to answer any questions!

This place delivered 100% what was promised. Its a beachside bungalo on an island with a beach a bit close to the reef so its not for swimmimg. As long as you know this before booking you can only love this place. Tastefully decorated garden, nice rooms with space and a really cool bathroom. Staff was very friendly in all languages and I was especially thankful for their willingness to expedite our wishes to rent their bikes and finally go snorkling on a nearby beach, even if we arrived before checking. Me and my son had an incredibly fun stay!

Great rooms, shame about the hospitality! ||This small lodge is charming and well-decorated, but the hospitality leaves much to be desired. The management are unwelcoming and unhelpful, which is reflected in their responses to reviews.||One major issue was the lack of food on site bar present with no snacks or meals —only a basic breakfast of fruit, mixed mini bread and jams was provided without warning, leaving us stranded without options. With no help offered to find alternatives, I had nothing to eat and relied on Motu Grill for dinner when that was open. If you’re not renting a vehicle or traveling solo, I’d avoid this place.||I had the beach room view. Beautifully decorated, however can be noisy at night. The hosts made you feel like you were an intruder in their house, dogs barking, walls thin, no smiles as you leave or enter your room as you are in their house. ||The air conditioning is also a problem, as you can’t adjust the temperature, which is inconvenient. Also strict on no outside food policy and strict rule’s around pool area hence reluctant to use amenities. ||The beach is convenient , with broken coral and pebbles, though it does offer a nice view of Tahiti. Moorea bring your reef shoes. ||Pros: Nice premise, pool and bar. breakfast staff friendly ,Rock pools, Moto Grill next door Charming rooms . Eco -friendly culture more for romantic couples avoiding crowds. Ocean bungalows. ||Tips : Remote area away from town. Need own transportation. Avoid beach room view, Limited food and grocery options, so organised your own. Missing welcoming vibe that should be expected . |Zero variety in breakfast and food choices.|Long induction with accommodation policy.|Need reef shores for the pebbly beachfront. |Beware, of dogs and roosters on-site if you’re a light sleeper. More like an AirBNB with an average host.

This place is a slice of Heaven! The rooms and grounds are gorgeous. So many places to sit and listen to the ocean. The first two nights we were in the upstairs room and the last two nights in one of the bungalows. Both are amazing and love the rock shower. Breakfast was breads and pastries with 3 different jams. Coffee, chocolate or tea plus juice. Right on the beach. You can't swim but you can stick your feet in. Parking is secure. Just make sure you leave space for others. The hosts Jean-Luc and Isabelle and their staff are super nice. Karen helped us with a tour. A plus were the 2 German Shepherds and 2 cats! One cat, the orange one, I think Lee Lee paid us a visit in our room. She got some pets and then we hung out on the lounge chair before she chased behind the other one. One con, towels are changed every two days. I personally like two fresh facecloths everyday. Other than that, enjoyed my stay.

The accommodation itself was very nice. The bed was comfy, the aircon was great, and the shower overlooking the sea was very nice. The breakfast was very tasty and the lady's who prepared the food and served us were very friendly and looked after us well. The only negative for us was that we could hear other morning alarms which meant that we woke up a bit earlier than we would have liked, otherwise, we would stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay here in late June, and wished we could have stayed longer. It was a fantastic introduction to French Polynesia. The owners are very friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with. The location is slightly off the beaten track, but is worth it, right on the beach and a little quieter. There are half a dozen or so bungalows, we were delighted with our garden view bungalow and loved the look of the stone shower (just would have like a bit more water pressure). The bungalow was clean, nicely decorated and had a large comfortable bed. We really enjoyed the breakfast of fresh fruit, bread, croissants, and jams was provided on the deck overlooking the pool. Unfortunately we didn't have the chance to try other meals here. I certainly recommend this accommodation to anyone considering staying here.

This is a lovely peaceful spot. Small lodge with the owners on site. Isabelle and Jean Luc were so kind and helpful. Lovely pool and view of the Pacific from each room. Very generous continental breakfast. Would stay here again in a heart beat.
