This whole place is simply amazing! Each one of the staff members were extremely kind and helpful. They organized for us so many things - from transfers all over the city to train tickets to Vang Vieng so quickly and smoothly, zero stress and waiting time. The rooms are spacious and classy, so comfortable and clean, all with nice terrace with exquisite view to the pool and a beautiful pond with water lillies, the whole garden so green and comforting. The food and the drinks - exceptional! Everybody, from managers to receptionists, helping staff, drivers, kitchen and cleaning staff, all ready to help even without asking. An assistant was waiting ready to help us with our baggage in front of the door so early in the morning at check out exactly for our transfer time without us calling for that. The pool has 2 sections - one can be used both for kids and for relaxation for adults, it's small and shallow and the other part is really comfortable for swimming for all - it's getting gradually deep up to 2m probably. And the two sections are naturally connected, we had great time with my 4-year old son in both thus! And staff handed a special ball for the pool to my son at check in yet to ensure his good time playing in the pool beforehand. They even organized a surprise for us - a special cake with personal message with long well wishes card for our family member's birthday which they noticed themselves. All just heart-melting, can not thank you enough, you brought me to tears! This is a 7-star service for me! Can't wait to see you again!

We spent 2 nights here at the beginning of our trip to Laos and were not disappointed. The hotel is located in a quiet area of the city a little away from the main sites (30 min walk from the night market on the Mekong), but tuk tuk rides for people only cost us 100,000 kip (£4). The staff were lovely, and on arrival we were met with cold towels and a welcome drink. ||The hotel itself is fairly small and had an intimate feeling about it. Our rooms were very clean, and had a bathroom, large double bed, wardrobe, tv, safe and a pool facing balcony with a little table and chairs. ||The pool was a decent size and again was well maintained and clean, and it was possible to order drinks at the pool. ||We stayed on a breakfast only deal and there were plenty of options both hot and cold. There was a buffet element to breakfast but you also ordered an additional cooked element. There were a variety of choices to pick, based around different types of eggs, omelette, fried etc but you could also order eggs Benedict and a pretty much full English. The food quality was very good with a good choice of hot and cold drinks. ||There was also a small bar on site, with a number of outside tables which was a nice place for a night cap. Again, the bar staff were super nice and attentive. ||We loved our short stay here and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS! Beautiful hotel but completely neglected (see photos)! ⚠️ We wanted to treat ourselves to a pleasant night in a beautiful hotel in the city (it is the most expensive hotel we have paid for in our two months of travel) for our honeymoon and our stay was just DISASTEROUS from start to finish. To start with, we were coldly greeted by the reception staff, who are very young and speak very little English, only telling us to pay directly for our room. We hear another customer complaining about a problem with the pool. We then went to our room, which was quite pretty at first glance, until we looked a little closer: the cleaning was ABSOLUTELY NOT done, there were dead insects and dust near the furniture, all the objects and wooden furniture were damaged (see photos), there were marks on the walls, limescale marks and an abandoned toothbrush in the bathroom, the bathroom products are almost empty. I wanted to take the hotel slippers before realizing that they were dirty and used. A shame! We then went to the swimming pool (which is the main attraction since it is located in the middle of all the rooms), which was not accessible due to maintenance apparently carried out the same morning (see photo). We go to complain to the reception desk (where we are only told that the water has turned green) and finally ask to speak to a manager. We wait 40 minutes for a return, but no one comes to see us, the staff just watch us from afar. We return to the reception desk and the young people present seem lost, saying first that the manager is sick, then that he is finally not available. They refuse to let us speak to him even by phone. There follows a misunderstanding about what they are offering us in exchange: they offer to reimburse us for the night in full and give us the choice of staying or not at the hotel. After going back to our room, they contact us by phone and we tell them to keep our room, not having the energy to look for another hotel. When we go back through the reception to leave, they call out to us and finally tell us, very embarrassed, that if they reimburse us, we must nevertheless leave. We are furious with the management and let them know that we will sleep well on site as we had been offered. The next morning, we were more than disappointed with the breakfast, which is one of the worst of all the hotels we have ever stayed in in our entire life. There is very little choice, everything is in tiny portions and there is nothing local. We don't even understand how all the customers can be fed. Again, the staff in charge are very young. We finally think, in view of the other comments in particular, that no one really manages this hotel where the minimum is done to continue to welcome customers. We have slept in small country guesthouses much better than this expensive hotel (while we were in low season)! Choose another place if you want to have a good time!

This was my second stay at this hotel since 2011 and the experience was just as pleasant the second time around. The hotel seems to have recovered from the effects of Covid lockdowns in that guest numbers continue to increase. Some facilities remain closed such as the 2nd floor level restaurant but the ground floor section is now at full capacity. Our Deluxe room overlooked the pool with a reasonably spacious balcony. The room itself was clean and well furnished. Breakfast was as good if not better than any hotel I have stayed at previously with an excellent menu selection. All staff were extremely helpful and obviously enjoyed their work. The pool and pond/garden area was well maintained and a credit to hotel management. The only criticism I would have is that there needs to be dedicated pool staff ready to take drink or food orders rather than guests having to trek to the restaurant to place an order. |I would definitely recommend this hotel to any visitors to Vientiane.

Would recommend to anyone visiting Vientiane. Beautiful, small and tranquil hotel with the most delightful and helpful staff (shout out to the wonderful Minh). Great pool and probably the best chef in Vientiane. We've stayed twice and the very high standards were maintained

Green Park Boutique Hotel is a serene haven located in Vientiane, offering a tranquil escape with its beautiful garden and little pool. The hotel prides itself on its very friendly and helpful staff, enhancing the overall stay experience. Worth to mention is the free bicycle rental, allowing guests to explore the nearby town center and the shopping center next door at their leisure. The hotel's good location combines the best of both worlds - quiet and relaxation within the hotel premises with easy access to the vibrancy of the city. It's an ideal spot for travelers seeking both relaxation and adventure.

At first I was impressed with the look of the premises and and the friendliness of the staff. We had prepaid for 4 rooms and extra beds for 2 of the 4 rooms. We indicated which rooms required the extra beds, and a crib. They ended up sending 3 extra beds unknowingly. They forgot the crib which we had to ask for again. In the end there was huge miscommunication and they charged us for the extra bed we did not ask for, but was sent to one of our rooms. We asked for a refund and the manager Jericson made it extremely difficult to get the refund and made us wait a very long time when we had stated that we had to leave very soon to catch our flight. He ended up walking away to talk to his boss, told us that there’s nothing that he would do for us. I asked to speak yo his boss directly and instead of putting him on the line he ended up walking away and made us wait even longer. Eventually he came back and gave the refund but after dealing with this issue for almost an hour. If a mistake is made by an establishment, you would hope that they would take accountability and fix it right away, but this was not the case. The aesthetics are definitely much better than the service here.
